I went on a recommendation from nurses at the hospital. And so glad I did! Good good, quiet when I was there but friendly atmosphere. Food was great! Awesome flavors! Parking: Front of building parking and some on the side as well. In a shopping mall, so even if its crowded, a little walk maybe. But plenty of parking.

A solid option for burgers when you don t want to drive to Kenny s Burger Joint. Scotty s also has surprisingly good salads, I mean really good salads. So it s a great choice if some in your party doesn t want burgers and some do. Overall, solid burger place.

Best burgers in DFW! Been a fan since I first discovered them at Preston & Forrest years ago! Too bad they left! Cant ever decide what to order - too many great alternatives. But, always end up with the basic burger! Only thing that would make it better - is a lower price! Theyre pretty proud of their menu items - but - they should be!

UDATE July 2024: In the movie Pulp Fiction Samuel L. Jackson (character Jules) has the line : Big Kahuna Burger. Thats that Hawaiian burger joint. I hear they got some tasty burgers. I aint never had one myself. He would say the same about todays burger here without the bloodshed of course. My last review was in 2016 so its been way past forever coming here. Our most recent SP visits have been to the Frisco location as we often have errands in the area. Great burger and sweet potato waffle fries to it off. Also a discount on meal always gets us in the door.2016: A Collin county institution with several locations. B&W photos on the walls showing life in the area over a 100 yrs ago. And the burgers are great; too much competition in the area for best hamburgers so we dont get there often enough.

Fantastic local burger joint! Ample serving sizes, reasonable prices, and very attentive staff. We were able to feed a family of four (used to Asian serving sizes) for under $40. The burger quality is superb and all sides delicious. We also loved the family history decor of the dining area, classy touch. Scotty P s is now our go to burger joint in Plano!

Delicious food, made when you order it. You know by the taste. Beef and turkey burgers are outstanding. Their chicken tenders are seemingly half a chicken breast and a food group unto themselves; they re what Raising Cane want to be when they grow up. Great quality, fair prices (even by Plano standards), and old-fashioned, genuinely-glad-to-see-you service. Try it, and you ll making up for lost time before you realize it.

Wow, outrageous pricing. $6.49 for a burger dollar more for cheese. So $15 for 2 burgers. Want one side of onion rings $2, tiny drink $2.50, kids meal $6. Spent $29.17 for one kids meal, one adult meal, and an extra burger. $30 for 2 people is ridiculous, we will not be returning. Just going to Whataburger next time. Also 33 cents per onion ring... Burger was raw, I like my burgers cooked. Checked their prices on 2024, they literally doubled them

Just received my lunch delivered by Scotty o using Lunch drop and its as if they put it in the refrigerator...not room temperature but Cold fries and a Cold turkey burger. Scotty P s always has amazing food but this visit the Plano location went above and beyond in service. We have family gathering from 5 different states and needed a meeting place. Weve eaten at this Scotty Ps for years. The burger quality is consistently above average. Definitely not a fast food burger. I like the Preston Trail best (with chili!). The prices are frankly ridiculous for a burger. The cheapest youll get a burger here is $12. Most of them are $15. Thats about 20% higher than other local places of equivalent quality. Yeah, you get a side with your burger. But that means my fries are $4? Feels high. Also - love the onion rings, but...hey, Scott Ps? You have nothing to prove by making them so BIG. Id love the taste better if I could get them into my mouth without having the outer breading crumble onto my plate as I try and bite them.

Ive been a very frequent customer here for the last three years. Recently, the last three times our community has ordered the jalapeno ranch dressing, it is so watered down it has no flavor. Not sure if its budget issues or just trying to make it stretch, but its horrible.

Ordering food was easy: go to the counter, tell them your order, take a number and go sit down wherever theres a spot. Food is great, and you get a lot. So I guess I cant complain too much. But its SO EXPENSIVE! $28 for buffalo chicken tenders, fries, and a drink? Ridiculous. Its a good place to go. But dont go often, unless you have excess money to spend.

Stopped in for a burger with the family on a recent Saturday night and paid $10.45 for a counter service cheeseburger. Sadly, 5 years ago this was $7.45. More than a 40% increase. Inflation....or greed. Based on the fact we were one of only 3 tables on a Saturday night at 6:30 it appears their historical customer base has moved on. I will miss what this place once was whe they are gone. Sad that they let thing go.

So conflicted writing a 5-star review since I don t want this place to get overrun, but good gracious this place sure deserves it! Some of the juiciest, perfectly seasoned and grilled burgers you ll find in Plano guaranteed. And I m a sucker for their sweet potato waffle fries! It s a heavenly pair with almost any of their assortment of burgers which is a fairly diverse and inventive selection. To top it off, they have some of the friendliest and attentive waitstaff we ve come across even at pricier formal sit down restaurants. If you re a burger fan, you can t go wrong with Scotty P s, and if you re a fan of quality burgers and quality staff, Scotty P s will have to be one of your Top 3 choices!

Decided to try a burger that Ive never had before and it was good! This isnt the best burger Ive ever had, but it felt like a great burger that came right off a charcoal grill. I love the burgers at Scotty Ps. They are cooked to order on toasted buns with fresh, crisp veggies. The fries are super and the serving is more than enough to share. I cant believe Ive lived in plano as long as I have and have never been here. It was very clean inside, the staff is friendly, the food is soooooo good! You get so much food as well! Youll probably need a to go box! We will definitely be eating here again! Dietary restrictions: My son has a life threatening peanut allergy and we had no issues. I will say we didnt do a dessert as thats where theres usually peanuts or at least cross contamination occurs most frequently

This visit was perfection. There were five people in my group and we wanted for different Burger temperatures and they were all cooked to perfection. Frys that came on the platter were perfectly seasoned and cooked at the right temperature. The amount of fries on the platter was enough for two people unless youre really hungry. The cashier who took the order was very friendly and able to accommodate all special requests with ease. It took about 10 minutes as promised to get our burgers but it was worth the wait because of how well they were. Dining room was clean with appropriate number of condiments. Definitely will be back here.

Have been wanting to try for a long time. Finally did today for Father s Day dinner. My papou s chicken sandwich was amazing, juicy, tender. The burgers were fresh and hot, juicy, buns grilled and crispy with excellent toppings. Fries portions are very generous; when you make your sandwich a platter, you probably only need one order of fries for a family of 4. Kids chicken tenders could have fed a grown man, portions are so huge; they were great and would definitely get again! We will all just be ordering smarter and probably share more next time. Price point matches food quality. So glad I finally tried them, service was great during pickup, food was piping hot and fresh when I got home. Dietary restrictions: I love that you can choose a gluten free bun, or no bun, to help you meet your dietary needs.

Ive had mostly positive experiences here, the food is always top notch and the place is very well kept and clean but a recent experience is what made me write this review. As soon as I entered with my brother I got hassled by the person at the front desk about my order and he kept insisting that my order had no bun, it says on the receipt that this server was Victor N however I dont know how true that is. Overall I do love this restaurant I just had one bad time with one bad attitude.

I ve been missing out for years. I finally tried Scotty P s and I m so excited. I tried the Mike s Classic Cheeseburger Platter with jalapeño ranch sauce. I LOVE french fries and there were plenty. These were perfectly seasoned. The cheeseburger was also seasoned really well. Everything was made fresh to order. The prices are reasonable, with a great atmosphere and customer service. My meal was very, very delicious. I ll be back soon.

The food is very delicious and the service is great. The food is a bit pricy, for a soft drink was $3 plus tax, sides are seperate and burgers range, total for meal was about $21. I will say the burgers are a good size and i got the onion rings which were big and tasty. The scenery is good but the customers are mostly seniors who looked very judgemental, i had to eat outside on a windy day for that. I dont think Ill be coming back due to not feeling welcomed in.

Ordered an Orginal just like I have for the past 25 years. Paid $9.75 for a bun that was cooked to long it dried out, a hamburger that was also dry and rubbery, not too mention barely warm. My husbands burger was partially uncooked. A single order of $3.50 french fries, was the warmest food on our table were over cooked. WOW qaulity of food I am not use to in the long loved restaurant. There was one cook, 4 others (male & female) behind the counter playing grab a**. Restaurant (and restroom) was clean and well stocked. Pull the cook that was cooking tonight out of the kitchen and replace with a more experienced one and Ill be back, but if you continue to pay for this qaulity of help, youll continue to lose your long term customer base, because we know what a qaulity Scotty Ps hamburger taste like.

Great burger joint that has a hometown hole in the wall feel(meant in a good way). Their burgers are very tasty. Last May they messed up my order. I went in today and spoke with Jolonda and showed her a picture of the last meal I got and Jolanda discounted my meal because she knows my last experience was not the normal one. I came from the McKinney location since I used to live there, and this place is just as good. They specialize in burgers and Id say theyre probably the best place in the area for high-quality beef burgers. The eating environment is nice and clean too.

Our go-to burger place in Plano. Husband liked his Hatch Green Chile Burger with baked potato FULLY loaded. I was always satisfied with their Mushroom and Swiss. Loved how the buns were toasted with crispy edges. Friendly staff with consistent good food. Highly recommend.

We love Scotty Ps! The burgers are so good that it is hard to try convince ourselves to try something different... and it is so easy to customize your fixins! Onion rings are massive and the fry pile you get is daunting. Kiddo got the kids grilled cheese... the treat and Capri sun it came with were welcome and devoured. The vintage pictures displaying Plano through the years are so fun to check out, we try to sit a different place each time. We love the take home cups too!

We ordered the Chris P. Chicken tenders, onion rings and Greek salad. The chicken tender portions are generous and they are cooked to order. Their onion rings are big and cooked to order. The onion flesh is thick and tender with a crunchy light batter. Their dipping sauces are made from scratch. Jalapeño ranch, regular ranch and blue cheese are all really yummy. The Greek salad is one of the best. The dressing is a delicious Greek oil and vinegar. Their service is as fast as possible when cooked to order, but worth the wait. When they are not busy you can pick up your order in 10-15 minutes. If the are busy you may wait 20-30 minutes. The young people who work their have positive attitudes.

Showed up at 8:15 and tried to get a milkshake with our order. The guy at the front counter told us they were out of everything they needed for milkshakes. 5 minutes later I see another person making milkshakes behind the counter. I told the guy I thought they were out of milkshakes and he said we are. Those are the last two . The kid making them looked up and said, oh they are? . Guy at the counter was strait up lying so they didn t have to clean anything. Won t be back.

The grilled chicken sandwich is outstanding... consistently moist due to outstanding marinade. I order with extra chicken breast, and avocado hold the honey mustard and on wheat bun. Filling and surprisingly good Nutritionals. Order with no bun to further lower carbs.
