My experience at Lowes Pharr Texas location was not pleasant. All they have are self checkouts. They do have staff working in that area but they were just talking and laughing instead of attending to the customers. I dont see the need for me to do their work so that they can talk .

After a bad experience with having an associate messing up an order I had placed and getting me into a mess, I was able to receive the assistance from Oscar (associate), Kim (associate) and manager, Lorena. Oscar, Kim, and Lorena worked with me throughout this tedious and confusing process with so much patience and understanding that is difficult to get anywhere now-a-days. Today after a terrible experience at the orange box , I decided to just travel a bit further here and it was well worth it. Not only was the associate at the paint department, Brenda, very nice and understanding, she was able to give me the exact color I wanted. Horrible customer service. Don t bother calling 800 number because they are clueless of what to say and what to do. Purchased washer and dryer 1 month ago (Paid in Full) and items yet to be delivered, called several times all they can say is that item has been acknowledged .. ok, but what does that mean? Customer service- well I don t know ..I asked her are calls at least recorded of how many times clients call with item concerns? Customer Service - Well no Go some where else for appliances. Lowe s- if you don t have items don t put them on display. Just an FYi.

Had a bad experience today at Lowes I go buy a drill and driver combo set I call for help and the associate helps everyone else except me because I am a girl I have to tell him Im the one that called for help. He takes the box to the other associate and i am not allowed to even inspect it while at the register.. No bag hes like here and he stayed in front of me i had to go around him. Tip of the day dont go to work with an attitude.and get on a diet!

Worse Customer service ever, even the manager rocky didnt want to hear me about the bad experience with employee. 3 hrs later still waiting on a call back manager rocky just says Ill tell him to call you right back. I paid for 2 windows only got 1 and it was the wrong window. Never got a call when window arrived at store until I called the store and still waiting on them to call me about the right windows. We purchased a Samsung refrigerator , LG stove and microwave on Black Friday. We pushed our delivery date to receive all items together. The days leading up to the delivery I received multiple text requesting confirmation of delivery date. I confirmed all canceled all plans. The day of delivery they let me know they would arrive between 8-12pm. Well after 12pm I received a text message my delivery date was cancelled and rescheduled. I wasted a whole morning. I called Lowe s the young lady at the phone said that if Lowe s hadn t even received my order yet . The delivery date gets rescheduled we finally received everything late. But we got it. Less then a month later the fridge stops to cold, we contact them there nothing Lowe s can do we contact Samsung , they sent a technician who pretty much told us the fridge came broke. Call Lowe s and there response is there nothing they can do. How can you sell a broke item that came broke?!? We spent $1,200 dollars and there nothing they can do? We have a lost all over groceries , we currently have been without it for over 2 weeks. Now our stove recently started to give us problems. It has been the definition of a purchase from hell. I RECOMMEND YOU SHOP ELSE WHERE FOR APPLIANCES. 10 out 10 don t recommend.

Yesterday, I went to check if I would get my water heater changed. Always great to fill out the warranty and mail it back. Since, the store does not have the brand I would have to go where I bought. Service was awesome the staff helped me get the water heater down and place back in my vehicle. Greatly appreciate their help. Staff treated me well. Thank you so much.

These past two Christmas seasons they put up a black Santa and ofcouse a traditional Santa which is white . I asked if they had sold any black Santas one answe was no . Its obvious here in the valley. Just my opinion lowes Corp. Is racist? I would understand in the big cities yes . But here in the Rio grande valley ! Wow so what happen happen to the brown Santa? I was looking for a Firestick for my TV. According to website, showed they had a specific model for $19.99. I ask a young lady and she said they are in a cage. She pointed me in the direction. There were two but not what was on the website. Another lady directed me to the same place, to no avail. Rechecked the website went to the isle where they are supposed to be and to no surprise there was no sign of Firestick. From now on I will never depend on the Lowes websites. I went to Home Depot and they had them in the isle where they were supposed to be and at the same price. Lowes you might want to check your cameras who pick pocket those four Firesticks.

I like Lowes for some of my DIY stuff as it seems to direct itself for EVERYONE, unlike HomeDepot who seems to prefer Construction contractors. so you find the only ones that have a nearer parking are the Disabled and Military Veterans. Otherwise, you can find justabout anything you need for your project.

Horrible customer service! Purchased a Lg top loader washer and dryer on September 7th (with delivery and installation) with the promise day of delivery for September 19th. Received multiple precall delivery alerts, but no deliveries. So I called customer support at the store to be transfered, hangup on, no answer, and was finally told after multiple calls throughout the day that they had no idea was going on with my purchase. Finally I got incontact with a manager to be told the items were apparently special ordered and would be delayed till October 11 (was told the items were instock at the time of purchase), but the store will try and send something earlier in possible to please call again tomorrow for a updated status. Called again and was told the set day was now October 2,2023 and was insured the delivery and installation would be completed without issues. Upon deliverey I was notified that the hardware (hoses, dryer plug, and dryer vent) wasnt included. After providing a receipt to the delivery driver comes to find out they forgot to schedule and ship the hardware. Again called consumer service in the store location (pharr, tx) and was told by the employee that in was a 3 party delivery mistake, that I would have to continue waiting till the 6th of October or can personally go pick up the forgotten hardware and install it myself without a refund. unprofessional and unsupportive. Worst customer service experience.

Huge store, dozens of customers, and only about 5 or 6 employees on shift including cashiers, manager, and sales? Wait time to get help approx 20 minutes or no help at all. Not sure what is going on..this seems to be a pattern with most lowes stores. Delivery issues same thing either your stuff doesnt arrive on time and when it does the paperwork has issues and you end up missing stuff.

Went to this store looking for Glamos wire products I could not find anyone to assist me. There were a few workers huddled on a computer in the return desk. When I approached to ask the question the gentleman looked at me without saying a word and his face expression told me Like can t you see I am busy!! When I asked if they carried that wire. He just pointed to the Christmas section and said if we carry it it will be there. I was looking for tomato cages. Because they look like a funnel , he assumed it was a pine tree decor. I walked out to never walk in tgere again. There are plenty of other stores.

The worst place for customer service, the manager told me to take my grass cutting machine somewhere else to get it fixed. It should be noted that I purchased the warranty on my machine. Nobody has been able to solve the problem for me. The only thing he told me was that he was selling me a brand new machine for half the price and that I could keep mine (well of course I can keep it if I pay for it). The worst team of drivers is Lowes from Pharr. tx. Super rude, they dont care about customer service and they dont help at all. I have had my machine broken for 2 months because now it turns out that they are not going to fix it even though I bought insurance for my machine, I have had it for a year. and it no longer works.
