Horrible experience, the owner promised my mom and me that she had colors for our centerpieces that we wanted and when the day came to choose she only had one color. The same thing with the table cloths, she said she had every color which she didn t we still decided to go with what they had but the week of the baby shower they still called me to tell me they only had 6 and not all 10. We ended up renting the tablecloths from somewhere else. The food banquet that came with their package was the worst . they told us that we just needed to choose a plate we wanted and when they had an event that had chosen the plate I wanted I just needed to go pick up a sample but when I went to go do that the food was super cold and the lady literally said (you have to heat it up). When I contacted the owner in that 20 minute time frame she said oh it s because the food got cold in the 5 minutes the food lady brought it from the kitchen to the outside where i was waiting (it was really bland and nasty pretty sure it was food from the night before) also ended up booking a food banquet with a different person and those people actually gave me warm food that had just been done. To top it all off the day of the party they only gave us an hour to set up which is something I know most event centers do, the owner wasn t answering the phone and the person they eventually sent didn t get there until 30 minutes after so we literally only had 30 minutes to set up anything and guests started arriving on the dot so we were still setting up while people were getting there which is so freaking unprofessional & by 8:30 they were already kicking us out which my party was from 5-9pm. Honestly i thought it would ve been a better experience but i say go somewhere else its not worth wasting hard earned money for people like that. I didn t even get to enjoy my party because everything was bad from the beginning and it wasn t cheap. Since you decided to reply, no I personally wasn t ever rude to you the owner and the lady that does the food. The way I spoke to you was always with respect so that just goes to show you don t really know who s making the review. Yes, we did in fact book everything everywhere else so again money was never an issue! the venue to me was spacious in itself as well as very close to my home everything else was just not it. The day of no phones were being answered & the message sent to me (at 5:30 ish) was an hour later saying tengo otro evento ahora si ya puede llamar which honestly at that point i have to worry about hurrying everything else and the least you can do as an owner is open the venue at 4pm so we could have the one hour that was promised and the salon was not opened until 4:30pm which honestly gives no one no time for anything. If i needed to lie, I wouldn t have the need to specify what I didn t like and what people should look into. The best thing about this place was its proximity and space to me. If you don t like my review then that is valid but it s my opinion just like your response its your opinion also and it s respected ! Thank you have a good day.

Had a party for my daughter here and paid the VIP package. Several issues were noted through the event from 4pm-8pm. First, the appetizers were set at the tables and guest were not provided napkins or drinks (We were only told to provide utensils and napkins for desert only). I was rushed to go buy napkins and beverages during my event. In addition, the servers began picking up the charger plates will we were all still sitting at the table eating our dessert and we still had 2 hours left for the event to finish. For the main meal, the chicken chipotle and mashed potatoes were very good however the green spaghetti had no flavor and guest were no pleased with it. Towards the last hour of the event the servers were seen making out next to the bathroom which is next to where the guest were sitting. This was very unprofessional.

We payed for a VIP package which included wait staff and during the party we were still expected to serve our own drinks and dessert and there was only 1 person as the wait staff, they began tear down an hour early and our party was still going on and they began taking the decorations down, we asked to put a cake in the fridge and the fridge was not cold at all and very moldy and it was very dirty and the employee was rude and overall it did not fulfill the things provided in the package we payed for and definitely not worth the price.!

Very bad service, the food was cold apart from the fact that the waiters and the person in charge of the event behaved very badly. There were 10 minutes left and they were almost running us out of the place.

I dont like leaving negative bc most of the time its just not worth it. But I lost $762 on this company so this post is worth it. After initially being misled about non-refundable deposit, I had to either pay remaining balance or lose $250 deposit...this was March 2020. I mistakenly thought the best in these ppl and didnt think them capable of screwing me over like this so I paid full amout. I reached out last week to reschedule my event. (Full disclosure: I had a baby June 2020 so that first year was difficult...throwing party was not a priority.) I was told my contract (which I never got an updated one) expired after 12 months. Im barely comfortable hosting even now- how the heck was I supposed to be comfortable hosting an even March 2021...and with a baby. Apparently there was a drive-by option, which was NEVER disclosed or offered to me!! Had I know, I wouldve rather use that at least than losing out entirely. I get this is the their right, how they do business and perhaps theyre struggling with business due to pandemic, but the lack of transparency and unwillingness to come to some sort of agreement, the too-bad-so-sad attitude is just not someone I will ever do business with again. Imagine paying someone almost $800 and not getting anything back, not only that but being insulted. Unacceptable and unyielding people. So if you have life happen to you, be careful with expecting them to understand bc not even through a pandemic were they understanding with me. I shouldve just lost the $250. Lesson learned. Never again.

The place was nice but it was hot in there. I done know if the people that were there were the owners or just worked there but they were rude. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The time came around to wrap things up. They turned the lights on and started violently popping g the balloons in the decorations. Like literally telling us to get out. So rude.
