Good spacious place for a birthday party where kids can play, but theres only one bathroom available (2 in total one for girls and one for boys). In general, it was nice and clean.

UPDATE 4/11/22 They never answered me, nor resolved anything, lowering my review to one star. I had my babys first birthday at this place. Everything good, except at show time. I paid around 1,300 and in the end the show lasted at most 20 minutes. When I rented the place they told me it would last 1 hour. On the day of the party, they had to open the room at 5 to decorate and they didnt open until 5:30. The show started at 7pm and they ended up doing it until 8:30pm. At show time, a man came out to rush the entertainer in front of my guests, saying do the show quickly so they can leave and it wasnt my fault that the entertainer arrived super late. The salon is nice, the girls are friendly, but if you asked me if I recommend it? No. UPDATE: I dont know how to respond to your response right here, which is why Im editing my comment. My event is in the name of Kenndy Garza for Nicholas, it was on September 19. Yes, the package did include the balloon arch, it was more than anything the cake, desserts, bags, piñata, centerpieces and gift table that I had to accommodate, in fact I called them that day because they wouldnt open it for me. Thats right, they have music, the person who told the entertainer said it next to the stage and the entertainer stopped talking, my guests who were next to the stage could hear, they themselves also commented to me at the time. I dont know who it was but it was a boy who dressed in black. I bought about 15 prizes because they were going to have contests and they didnt do them in the end the cheerleader was just handing them out. The same cheerleader was the one who arrived late, the other girl came up with one excuse and the cheerleader came up with another. I will send you a message personally.
