I m back to edit my 5 star review, they are back to being terrible. Food had an old cooking oil aftertaste, the wrap tortillas were all cut and everything came out of them when I picked them up, to top it off one of my kids food was missing from my order,so kids had to share. Then husband also ordered sauces and they just put what they wanted. Really dissatisfied as we came here from Georgetown for a treat. The past couple of orders have been pretty good. Tasty,on time.and everything was there! We were surprised and glad we gave it another chance. Only thing I didn t like was being charged for a small side of ranch and buffalo after spending almost $60. I guess that changed

They have a good size menu with plenty of options and I have tried several and they have all been good. The smokehouse burger is my favorite. 1/2 lb burger with grilled onions, bacon, cheese and cooked to order. Service here has always been great and you can pay your bill at the small kiosk on the table so no waiting around for the bill to come. Country fried steak is also really good here.

This place just keeps going downhill... This might have been our last shot at this place. Firstly, the service was VERY SLOW. We ordered the artichoke dip for starters and the chips were over done, dark brown, unappetizing. Then we ordered drinks and my husband had to send his back it was so bad. Mine was watered down and unflavorful. We then waited another 40 minutes for food and it was just bleh, bland. The steak was overcooked and had no special flavoring. To top it off this place is FILTHY. Just look around your booth next time youre there. Look at the walls next to you, look at the floors. This place is just so unappetizing in so many ways.

Not great experience. The best part of our meals was being served by Becca, who was very nice. I was concerned about the cleanliness, especially in the bar and the area leading into the kitchen. We found the food either bland or too salty. I was so excited to try the honey butter croissant, which was dry. My steak was seasoned well, but was tough. It was so hard to cut, that I imagine a trapped coyote would have had an easier time gnawing off its own leg than getting through that steak.

I was scared when I pulled up because the parking lot (which is pretty big) was full and I m not a patient person but we walked in despite my doubts and were greeted immediately, there was a 5 minute wait for a table of two which didn t sound horrible so I obliged. It took maybe 3 minutes tops. We got seated and our server was very friendly got us our drinks and took our order. The food came out fairly quickly and was delicious! not to mention you can add beef to your queso for FREE! The patron margarita was tasty and got me feeling good and it was all for a killer price. Will be coming back

We called 2 hours in advance to be put on the wait list as it mentions to do so on their website. To call to be put on the wait list if party is larger than 6 people. We had 16-18 people. I called around 3 p.m. to be put on the waitlist for 6-6:15 & the guy Danny initially hung up after saying they dont do reservations over the phone or we dropped the call. I called back to better understand what he meant and informed him of what their website says. He says I got you and reassured me we would be taken care of. We got there about 30 minutes early and told theres nothing they could find regarding the reservation. I showed one of the hosts proof of the phone call etc and I unfortunately had to press the issue more after being told they are sorry it would be a 1.5 hour wait. As customers who called in and your employee drops the ball, I refused to make my other family members wait that long after it was my responsibility to make that reservation. We couldnt have walked in as suggested we should have done prior to make the reservation as we are not local to the area. The host offered to make it right but I believe this issue shouldnt have the opportunity to be messed up. The other issue is it was very hot inside the restaurant and the large oversized leaf fans have a unstable fan arm over the main center seating area as of August 17, 2024. Also looks like some sort of tape or securing material is being used on it but it is not safe in its current state. Lawsuit waiting to happen if it fails and falls on a customer. Wheres the aquarium as Ive seen in my local Cheddars and other locations? We were disappointed this location does not have one. Food was pretty great. The cooks were a bit heavy on the black pepper for my ribeye to the point it left a hot after feeling in my mouth. Server was awesome and busted his tail tending to us. Big props to him! Cant remember his name, though. I dont know if I would return to this location though.

Had a lunch date that was ruined by cold food, terrible service, and a sticky bar. I walked in, not a soul at the host stand. I sat at the bar, and the bartender looked so disappointed that I sat down. My date arrived. It took the bartender 5mins to get her drink order. Took another 10mins to take our lunch order. 20mins later, our food arrived, cold. The bartender had zero energy, zero positivity, and just sucked the energy outta the room. Im fairly certain my date judged me for my restaurant pick. This was just an awful experience. Also, i warmed up my chicken later and it was chewy, like it was under cooked, I felt sick over night. Sub par service and disappointed with quality of food. Their south location is much better. Been to this location a few times, never impressed.

I came in today to the one in pflugerville and got the chicken pot pie with the Cesar salad. My salad had a bit too much dressing but still yummy, my pot pie had this buttery flaky, soft crust. It also had plenty of chicken in it. I had Shantel as my server and she was patient, kind with our group, attentive and overall great. Vegetarian options: I believe they have one veg meal option and of course sides that are good to eat.

First time at cheddars. Im sorry but we wont go back. I was excited to see the Monte Cristo on the menu. It was a little burnt on the outside and quite oily. Looks like it was cut before it was allowed to drain on a rack. My daughter ordered meatloaf. She could only eat the middle part since the outer edges were over cooked. We had great expectations.

We were seated quickly at 5pm. The food was great. Tge honey croissants were amazing as always. I recommend the fried cheese curds as an appetizer and the Buffalo chicken wraps as a meal. My companions were equally happy with their selections. Steakbwas prepared perfectly as ordered. Ever since a few months back when they made a change to the To-go management there has been a vast improvement in food quality, portions, freshness, and speed. Their prices are great too. My wife our toddler and I eat for about $25. This is the go to spot when we need dinner last minute or cant get around to cooking a meal. One of the best to go spots all around.

This restaurant needs new management because the food was good but the restaurant itself was a mess. Starting from the entry, the outside was ugly and messy with serving trays on the floor and trash in the dried out fountain. Restrooms were horrible and not clean at all. I give Cheddar s 10/10. Me and my daughter visited this location for the first time. It was pretty busy, but we were seated right away. We order an appetizer and it came out within minutes. Our food followed right behind the appetizers. They food came out very fast. I had the southern Chicken and gravy meal with green beans and broccoli and cheese rice. It was so fresh and so good. The green beans were seasoned to perfection. Be sure to get the white gravy, not the brown gravy. My daughter had a kids milk which was about 3-4 chicken tenders with fries. We also had a plate full of cheese balls. In all we spent $30 and had good left over. Great service. Kid-friendliness: They have several options for kids meals which Include a drink for under $6.

Where do I begin on my terrible experience?! It s a slow Tuesday around 5 o clock. Drinks took awhile to get to the table, had to ask 3 different servers to bring extra ice for grandma before I just took it out of my own glass. Again it was extremely slow. Food came out cold. Steak was tough, cold and flavorless. Sent steak back and requested just the side so everyone else didn t have to wait, my side of fries was still cold. Ribs were decent, fries and mashed potatoes were terrible, and the chicken was crispy. All and all I wouldn t be paid to go back except maybe for the chicken. Everything was going well. Until I left. Walking up to my car, to find out that it had been broken into. They have no surveillance cameras, so they were no help at all. Management didnt even come check on me when they were notified this happened. So I probably wont be going back for a while. I just wouldnt feel comfortable. The server was AWESOME and on POINT. The drink was Delish but the food was not good, although I had tried two different things. The Blackened Tilapia with shrimp and cream sauce fish dry was not tasty at all. Then I had meatloaf, and it would have been good, but the meat had gristle, which was in several bites.

I ordered a loaded baked potato. I got a baked potato that wasn t even sliced open. No butter, cheese, sour cream. Just a plain baked potato plopped in my container. My daughter s loaded mashed potatoes was just a plop of plain mashed.

The steak was absolutely perfect. Im very picky about eating out because Im a really good cook. And I especially hate it if my steak is cooked wrong. My steak was cooked perfectly, seasoned perfectly and served wonderfully. Unfortunately, the sides left something to be desired. I was surprised at this since Cheddars is known for its sides or so. I thought. I even tried the sides on my friends plates and it left me wanting. However, the steak was perfect and so this restaurant gets a decent review because thats a big deal to me. Also the service was impeccable and when I go out with a group of middle-aged ladies that is not always the case. So good service is always much appreciated. Thank you so much Cheddars

The first time eating here was good and food is amazing but second time eating there the seat we sat at one of the booths was broken! and we did not receive the croissants after we were seated(we also ordered 2 more servings of croissants and only got 1 they still charged us) and needed a steak remade and they charged double as well as charging $3 for a tablet game which DID NOT even say it cost anything to play HIDDEN FEE!!!!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. It was the first time I was going to eat there and I was with my family. We ate and we were sharing and the waiter came over to offer us 20 dollars to change tables. Incredible lack of respect. He NEVER returned to that place. and when we got up cockroaches came out of the seats but I have never taken my family to a restaurant of this chain in a few words THEY RUNNED us out after consuming 200 dollars
