Chris and his group are really professional and made the process for a first time seller really easy and painless. From the open house, needing anything, having any questions Chris and his group were only a phone call or text message away! Also they were always safe wearing mask when visiting. My family chose to work with Pflugerville Realty after hearing from friends how pleased they were with their experience. Chris and his team came in and instructed us on what we needed to do in order to maximize my value on the home I was selling and also worked to help identify potential properties that met the needs of our family. This was our first home so we were very pleased the their was always someone available to answer our questions regardless of time or day. Chris really took the time to ease us into the process while also educating us about the necessary steps of both selling and buying our properties. Needless to say both the selling and buying experiences were very positive and Pflugerville Realty will be my first call when we decide to jump back into the real estate market! When my wife and I reached out to Chris almost 6 years ago to find a home, we didnt realize wed be making our first friend during our transition to Texas. The first thing you need to know about Chris is that hes an expert at his trade, but you need more than expertise in a crazy market like this. Just recently, we considered selling our home and applying the equity towards something larger for our growing family. He showed up on a Sunday at our home with 24 hours notice, discussed our options, pulled some listings for us, and closed the discussion with insight on the competitiveness of the buying process. Why is this important? Any other realtor could have easily talked us into listing and selling our home at a price we would have been happy with and made a pretty penny in the process. We ultimately chose NOT to sell, because the thought of not being able to secure a winning bid on a new home wed be happy with without overextending ourselves was more stress than we were willing to accept at the moment. As an added bonus, hes extremely active and well known in the local community! Chris and his crew not only earn your business with that personal touch you cant find anywhere else, they deserve it through countless hours and donations returned to the people here at home who need it most. Weve referred Chris to family and friends over the years without giving it a second thought and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.

3 weeks ago we reached out to Eddie Banales for some guidance about selling our house. He provided us honest and concise information about our options. He assured us he would help us every step of the way and he did! Lo and behold, we just accepted an offer on house after just 2 days on the market. Chris Templeton goes above and beyond for his clients! He helped my daughter and son-in-law find their perfect house; he helped my son and his fiancé find their perfect house. When I moved to the area, they all said I needed to use Chris - and Im so glad I did! Im not one to normally write reviews, but I felt compelled to have to leave a review after the amazing experience I had with Chris. After living in apartment after apartment my wife and I decided to stop throwing away our money and invest in our future. I met Chris through a friend of mine after having a not so good experience with another realtor. I have heard many horror stories about the whole house buying process. Chris was amazing in helping me and my family our home. He was very informative, his communication with us throughout the process was grade A. Being first time one buyers we did a lot of research online but Chris was even better than google lol. He made the process as smooth as possible. He always delivered when he said he would. He would work into the late hours if anything else was needed throughout the process. He made us feel like family and not just another commission. There was even a time when we were meeting with him that we got to meet his amazing family, his wife and kids. I recommend Chris to anyone that is looking to purchase a home. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. If we ever decide to sell our house and buy another house, we wont go to anyone but Chris and the team at Pflugerville Realty. We just purchased our third home with Chris. We wouldnt buy with anyone else. Chris treats us as family and always does his best to make the searching and buying process as pain free as possible. Chris does a lot of work on his end making sure that we dont end up wasting time and money along the way. We have recommended Chris via word of mouth to multiple friends. In fact, every friend that is buying a home in this area! Each one made sure to tell us that he was the best realtor theyve ever worked with! In the past, weve purchased and sold in Pflugerville with Chris at Pflugerville Realty. Recently, we purchased a new home in Round Rock and kept our other Round Rock house as a rental property. Chris manages this house for us. Everything that Chris does makes buying, selling or renting a house easier!

Best realtor EVER! Chris was exactly what we needed to find a house in this competitive market. We had been working with a realtor recommended by our lender...doing all the work...and getting no results. We were frustrated and discouraged to say the least. And then- enter Chris. He immediately set us up to receive listings that fit our criteria as soon as a home was listed (Nope- our previous realtor had not done that). And somehow he was always available to show us a house whenever we asked (there were times that I had to wait several days for my other...not busy at all...realtor to show me something). Chris was professional, yet personable, and extremely knowledgeable. He gave us input/recommendations on asking/offer price, neighborhoods, school districts, etc. He was an excellent communicator, providing timely response to questions/concerns. And he worked hard for us- talking to other realtors after what most of us consider a normal work day- showing us houses after hours, on Sundays, or whenever we needed. I never once felt like he was too busy for us, or that my slightly controlling personality drove him crazy. I would recommend Chris to anybody- whether a first time buyer who needs somebody to help them guide them- or a more savvy and experienced buyer who just needs somebody who is going to work hard for them. As a young family leaving the military and moving to Texas, Chris went above and beyond to assist us in finding a rental home while we were in the process of moving cross country. All I can say is WOW! Chris Templeton with Pflugerville Realty is amazing. He helped us purchase our current home five years ago and he was the first person we called when it was time to sell. He made the entire process as painless as selling a house can be. He gave us advice on how to stage our house, things to remove to make the space look larger and things around the house to fix that would impress buyers. He sent an amazing photographer and when our house hit the market we started getting people interested. He scheduled an open house and we had over 50 people visit. We had multiple above asking price offers a little over 24 hours after our house went for sale. He also helped us find an apartment for our in between houses time and helped us with our new build house also. He is an all round amazing guy and wonderful to work with. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Thanks Chris for making our house dreams come true!

We recently bought and listed with Chris. We listed our house at the very high end of prices in our neighborhood, and within ONE DAY of hitting the market we were under contract at well above asking price. As for our new house, we opted for a new build. Chris knew all the questions to ask, and made sure under several instances that the builder wasnt taking us for a ride.

I received spectacular service with Pflugerville Realty. I wanted to go with a local realtor that knew the neighborhood I was looking to purchase in, so I called Chris one evening in July and he answered (even though he was out on a date with his daughter). He immediately jumped on board and we were viewing houses that next morning. He is easy going, professional and provides exceptional service to his clients. We encountered a few bumps along the way (not on our part), and he stuck it out with me because I was set on that one particular property. I found Chris by searching the internet. I looked at local businesses and read reviews. We were looking for someone who knew the area and had a real interest in people, not just the bottom dollar. We found him under Pflugerville Realty, which happens to be his own company. He hit all our criteria. Although we ourselves were looking to stay in Pflugerville, his vast knowledge of the market spans to the surrounding cities as well. Not only was he committed to helping us find our home, he has a heart for the community he lives in! Chris made us feel as if we were his #1 one clients, which is not an easy task in the real estate market! When looking at homes, he pointed out areas of concern or features our specific family would be affected by positively or negatively. He didn t push a sale on us. That takes patience. He always made it a point to respond quickly if we could not reach him on the phone. Once it was time to finance, he didn t just hand us over to a lender; he remained with us through the ENTIRE process, always answering questions with a smile. He works closely with the lenders and will contact them directly if the need arises. Chris is the real deal, and I would and will highly recommend him to anyone who is in the market for a home.

I recently bought my first home with Chris Templeton as my realtor. He came highly recommend and I am extremely satisfied with the outcome! Being out of state buyers,Chris would give us updates on our home (new construction) he would come visit our house as it was being built and send us photos and videos. Chris would stand in for us if we were unavailable, and would bat for us when needed in negotiations. If you are looking for a realtor, I highly recommend Pflugerville Realty! Chris Templeton is truly committed to his clients, and did a phenomenal job selling both of our homes. We ve used him three times now, once to buy and twice to sell. On top of being awesome at his profession, he is a great person and does so much for our community. He is honest and straight forward, a quality I really appreciate. I know that someone left a bad review on here, and it simply isn t true. I was the seller in that transaction and we were out when the buyer received their keys. The house was not a mess. This buyer was difficult during the entire transaction and wanted to do a walk through the weekend before closing. We are not obligated to vacate the home days before closing. I m sorry that this person feels the need to trash the good name of the most generous person I have ever met. I d use Pflugerville Realty again and again!

Very unprofessional. We had a horrible experience with this man. I dont think he even warned the sellers on how an appropriate walk through should look like. Sellers were not even out of the house at the time of closing. Is this how a sellers agent advises his clients? The house was also messed up as the sellers were leaving. We are so upset we even had to deal with this realtor. He even had the nerve to try and come into our house with duplicate keys AFTER we closed on the house. Why do you even have keys?!? I would not buy from or sell with this agent, EVER. I definitely would not recommend this him or his company to anyone.

Without a doubt, 5 stars!!! I highly recommend Pflugerville Realty. My realtor was Chris Templeton and he was amazing. He made an overwhelming process a lot less stressful. The communication was great. He is very patient and really gets to know his clients. He took his time to describe the process, come out to our house to answer questions, and any question that I had was answered very quickly. We had the situation of buying and selling a house. We were able to both purchase a new house and sell our old home very quickly. Our house to sell was listed for a day and we had an offer over asking price. Honestly, it was a smooth process. He definitely made sure that I was informed, made sure that I knew what needed to be done and really advocates for his clients. It made the entire process enjoyable from beginning to end. Chris was always available and responsive when I had questions or wanted to go see a property, even outside normal business hours. When looking at houses we never felt pressured and always knew that he had our best interests at heart, both now and for potential resale down the road. When we put an offer on our dream home that we knew we probably werent going to get, he worked some crazy voodoo magic and the seller choose our offer over higher offers. We could not have gotten a better result with any other realtor. Chris worked so hard for us to get our home. I would recommend him again and again.
