Hands down one of the best pawn shops in the area.. I have been a regular customer at first cash for years & received fair prices on loans for things I purchased. You get top notch customer service provided from a staff of experienced Gentlemen.. RJ.. Darrien & Jose. The new manager has the place spotless now so its much easier to find what ur looking for.. she also makes you an offer u cant refuse.. shes a pleasure to do business with. Whatever store she goes to is where i wanna be. Check them out for all ur latest electronics and Jewelry

Great pawn shop!! I have been coming here for quite a while. Darien and RJ always have taken care of me on both purchases and loans. The new manager Maribel has been great helping me out when I go and pick my layways! I recommend going in if you are buying or even need a load to help you out! Stoore looks great and I even visit at least once or twice a week to see what deals I find! Thanks a bunch First Cash Crew!!

I have been coming here for years now since it opened. I usually get helped by Richard or RJ but today they weren t here and Joshua and Damien helped me out this time. I was a little worried because new people always give you a hassle but Joshua and Damien took good care of me! So shout out to them for helping me out! I love the relationship I have built with this pawnshop and will continue to only come here.

I Would say everyone has a different experience. Me,I do recommend to friends because I do get - what I think is a - good deal. RJ, is always calling me when my payment are 4 days to be due. Bundle deals on guns and jewelry. So far they honor any price that other employee have give me, even if that person is not there at the moment. Overall I like this location

It s a shame I have been coming to first cash for years. Stay away from the pflugerville location. The manager Darren is a young kid that doesn t know what he is doing. He talks down to his customers and has an extreme since of arrogance about him. I ve tried to buy from him several times. Here are some pics of an overpriced telescope that I was trying to purchase. There was a stocker two weeks ago for $40 now it s $60. The spotting scope is broken and it does not have the remote that comes with it. $60 is way too much money for a broken incomplete telescope.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! DONT BUY GUNS OR WEAPONS HERE!!!!! EVERYTHING OVER PRICED AND FAULTY OR BROKEN!!!!!!!! I ve come a hand full of time just to check things out they sold me some led light bars that only one of the light bars worked I went back to explain that I took them apart to try and re Sauter and fix and they weren t fixable ( because the light bars had been ripped from the original wires) meaning they were stolen (can t confirm obviously but it wasnt hard to tell) off someone s truck and sold for profit... unfortunately their guarantee means sales are final when I came back the next day all they did was say sorry and gave me a 5$ Towards another purchase in return because they had been there so long after having to almost argue them down to 90$ To buy them in the first place and don t get me started on the guns... first cash pawn if you read this I won t be coming back and I hope no one else wastes they re timeor money, also this is a screenshot and can be reuploaded at anytime as well as this is going on multiple neighborhood apps, I m a very unhappy customer, do better for the people that pay your bills

I was looking at selling my old wedding ring but dreaded going into a pawn shop. I have never been to one but have heard horror stories of being ripped off.Brought my ring to these guys after trying out 4 other spots in round rock and pflugerville and they offered $100 more then everybody else. It wasn t the dollar amount that earned this review. What impressed me was that the employee was only able to quote me a smaller amount and it was not what I wanted so he went and discussed this with his manager. The store manager then called his boss and they were able to offer me close to what I wanted . Every other pawn shop I visited kind of gave me a take it or leave it attitude and not one manager was involved . Being in customer service I noticed these little things. Just be careful because they have Layaway option on all of their guns and they convinced me to put a Glock in Layaway! So I left with no money and I am okay with that!

Honestly dont recommend business here I dont know whats shitier. The employee attitudes or the prices they offer you.Go to the pawnshop down the street by speedy Cash.At least there you will definitely get respect as a customer.These guys tried to offer me 5$ for a mini fridge and a 22in monitor.The other shop at least dropped me 98$ flat for my troubles.
