Such a great eye Dr. Thorough, helpful and explains things so you can understand. His Staff is really good too!! 4th visit to him and I highly recommend him.He did cataract surgery on my almost 89 y o Father In Law. Smooth as pie and 20/20 vision so far. Cataract surgery on my sister too. If someone mentions they are looking for an Opthalmologist, Dr. Hart is the answer.

For every business the customer service is very, very important to boost their business in this competitive market. The receptionist is we disciplined and calm and responsible to the patients. The inspection on eye specialist is well and good experienced in her job. Finally, the eye doctor is well experienced and calm and quiet and well behaved, which shows his experience in his profession is extraordinary. The doctor is more efficient and have good experience in surgery. The doctor, did my left eye cataract surgery and now I am able to see perfectly even though I neglected the surgery because of my busy work schedule. My left eye became worst and not able to see any thing. For the lost seven years I neglected but the doctor Adam Hart has given me chance to look clearly and read without glasses. Hats off to his efficiency in eye surgery.

I would not recommend this eye clinic if you have (or may have) keratoconus. I had 2 visits here and was left more confused about my diagnosis and treatment plan than before. I was referred out to another specialist but I could tell Dr Hart didnt have much confidence on who to refer me to. I tried to communicate through the portal once I found out the specialist was out of network for another recommended specialist but never received a reply. Upon calling the office, I was told to contact my insurance. Please go to Dell Laser Consultants if you have keratoconus, they were very thorough, clear in all of their communications, and experts in keratoconus.

Not having met Dr. Hart before, I found him to be thorough in his explanation of what my options were regarding surgery for my eyes. His explanations were easy to understand and he made sure I was comfortable with my decisions before I left his office. I would recommend that he get his website updated. The procedure I was looking for was not listed on his website and I had to wait and hear about it from Dr. Hart. Also the forms I had to fill out before my appointment were tough to fill out because the space provided for answers was very small. I would recommend making the forms available online in .PDF form or filling them out at the office with some sort of tablet or small computer that gives you more room to fill in your answers.

Good Monday morning Dr. Hart. I picked up my new pair of glasses with the latest prescription from Manor Walmart Supercenter last week. Walmart advised to wear it continuosly for 1-3 weeks to see if double vision still exists. Well, after a week and a half, it is still there. I give the highest recommendation possible to Longhorn Eye Care, from the office staff to Dr. Hart and the surgical team doing cataract surgery on both eyes. I had excellent care and now see better than ever. However, during surgery the anesthesiologist monitoring the procedure detected a previously unknown abnormal heart rhythm, culminating in necessary followup with a cardiologist, and a brief hospital stay. I am so thankful for the attention of the surgical team for catching this heart abnormality, and for Dr. Harts concern and care, bringing this all to a successful conclusion. Thank you all.

Dr Hart was friendly, professional, thorough, and respected my time. Id definitely recommend him and Ill be back for my next exam. Update: Two years ago Dr Hart diagnosed me with cataracts and replaced my natural lenses. He is an excellent and experienced surgeon, does hundreds of those cataract operations a year. I will continue to see him once a year, full confidence.

I have read threw these reviews and I m glad others had a good experience, but I have never been so offended in my life. The staff was nice but the dr himself Dr.Hart was very rude cold. We were made to feel extremely less than. If you don t want to help people thru the opthamology of america program for people with glaucoma remove yourself. He kept saying what we can t afford. We have never asked for anything for free. This was the worst experience we have ever had with a doctor. He is definitely not a people person or maybe it s just black people he doesn t care for. You guys please if you want a doctor who will at least pretend to care DONT GO HERE. We previously went to Clarity loved the DR but our 17yr old son was murdered so we spent a ton of money to make sure he was sent home to his father Jesus Christ properly. and got referred here just for an exam because of costs, and I regret using Eye care of America don t know if they vet the ophthalmologist but again terrible experience. Due to our terrible experience we have an appointment june 30th with a doctor that hopefully we can trust because we couldn t trust anything Hart said after being rude who knows what he didn t tell us could help my 40yr old Husband because he would of assumed were just poor and couldn t afford treatment.
