Placed an order online and when I got there I was pretty much the only car there. I live super close and when I got home all the food was cold. It tasted super old it was probably sitting there all day. The only thing that was fresh was a the jalapeño poppers but they didn t even put the bronco berry sauce.

I see why this location get bad reviews. First time ever trying Arby s and didn t make it to the cut. First off who ever was in the drive thru didn t want to be there. Not helpful at all who don t know nothing about the food you serving? So since I felt like I was bothering her I decided to come on down to Popeyes they know what they serving and was ready and at least acted interested in given pleasant customer service

Poor man was working by himself today, everyone no-showed and his general manager ignored his calls. MAJOR kudos to him still managing to work the front, drive-thru, kitchen and everything else. Went to this location to try to get some dinner. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes. No one came and took my order so I left. Will never be back. I was a bit bothered that the place was completely dead and yet all the tables were dirty. It was so hot and humid in there as well it was very uncomfortable to eat there. Last but not least the associate was not even upselling at all. I ordered a reg roast beef sandwich for 5.29 and she didn t even bother asking me if I wanted 2 of them for $6. I m not sure if I ll be coming back here again

It took 30-35 minutes to get fast food here for Myself, my wife, my 8 year old, and 9 month old baby. We ordered chicken tenders and sliders, and didnt receive all of our order. Even after the long wait.. We went inside from the drive through, where I had to pick up the food. The opposite purpose of a drive through.. I was met by a rude individual and no apology from the manager, who saw everything going down from the moment we pulled up. We wont be back.. This customer service left a bad taste in my Familys mouth.

It wasnt busy and I received my order quickly, however, I paid $16 for 2 hard and tepid fish patties and a few more dollars for cold fries. Come to think of it, Ive never been happy after eating at Arbys and will remember to stop giving them a chance. I couldve just bought a bag of fish from HEB for that amount of money. This place is by far the WORST Arby s that we have ever been to. We keep hoping that the next visit will be good. But it s always the same terrible service and even worse food. Today the fries were cold, roast beef tasted burnt, barely any cheese in the sides of cheddar, the chicken club wrap almost made me vomit. If you want Arby s go to the one on AW Grimes or I-35. I have gone by this location twice in the last month. I get there at ~9pm and every time they are closed because they are short staffed. But I see 3 people in the store talking. From the moment I drove up to the to the Box the employee started giving me attitude. After ordering and getting the food I asked the employee for some arby sauce he responded rudely its in the bag.. After driving away and then parking in the parking lot to eat i find one arbys sauce in the bag and no auju dipping sauce for my French dip. I then drive back through the line and ask for the auju. The guy at the window gives me attitude and returns with a small soda cup of auju that is ice cold. So I park to try and eat some of this meal. The Reuben sandwich I ordered tasted excellent. They were out of Rye bread but offered another which tasted just as good. Definitely going here again.

Ordered a chicken avacado wrap. It didn t have any avacado. I normally don t return things but.. When I got to window the associate barely opened the window to take the order back and to take my card to put the refund back on it. He treated me as if I was a crazy Karen. Never apologized or offered to make good on the order. I ll never go there again.

The best thing about Arbys is there usually isnt a line. Once you get the food; you understand why . Still ismay wifes favorite place for roast beef. I gave the smoked brisket another chance. The meat is tender; but, there is no taste to the meat itself. Youd think smoking for 13 hours would impart some nice smoky textures; but, sadly, no!! The crinkle cut fries are okay. Overall still pretty low on my list of favorites. However, happy wife; happy life...

The people working here last night were the nicest and most helpful employees I ve met and the food came out quick. The food was excellent, sliders cheese was melty and the fries perfectly salted. 10/10 my favorite Arby s spot.

I worked for Arbys for quite some time until I had a work related injury with the hot oil from the Fry station spilling on to my right hand. I was rushed to the emergency room with a 2nd degree burn and was out of work for a good 5 weeks. During this time I was fighting with arbys for the workers compensation and was denied that. I was told as well as the nurse who was with me at the time that I stuck my hand in a 450°+ oil on purpose. I did reach out to corporate however was completely ignored by both the management and the corporation. This all happened in November. I quit end of November after being so frustrated by how Arbys handles these types of situations. I email the arbys headquarters to no avail. Now fast forward 2 months I called the Arbys in Pflugerville to ask for my tax form to file my taxs the girl who answered the phone hung up as soon as I said my name I tried calling back but nobody would answer the phone. So I reached out to Wendy and Melissa only Melissa answered but had no idea about tax forms if they even got sent by mail. I called the hot line for corporate the lady who answered had no clue as to what the corporate number was and just gave me there mailing address basically had no clue how to deal with this type of situation. So Im left frustrated by the way Arbys handles things this isnt the first time I had a serious problem the month of October I had a new employee threatening me with the back line employee that situation was handled terribly as well. So this is a review I would give them zero stars if that was an option. I hope that my situation can help any past or present employees I would not recomend applying to arbys. When they preach well make it right its literally a joke if you have a work injury youll just be ignored completely and when you call they tell there employees to hang up on you and to not answer the phone just unbelievable so unprofessional I DO NOT recommend Arbys.
