0 stars (but you have to put one at least to post) Horrible service!!!! (double booking), AVOID at all costs. Overbooking is bad, not being open and honest to the face of the customer is even worse. If you dont want to receive a phone call a day before your event saying sorry, we double booked you, do you want your money back then DONT book here. Very bad at returning your deposit money as well. Zero stars Terrible service!!! (Double booking) Avoid renting here! Double booking is ugly, but not being open and honest in your customers faces is even worse. Avoid receiving a call the day before your event apologizing for having to cancel your event because it was already rented to someone else and also not returning the deposit.

Last weekend I had my daughters Quinceanera at Lucas Event Center, I am still in awe at how beautiful it turned out!! If I have another event I will absolutely without hesitation be using this venue again. The Package we opted for was very affordable for the amount included! I had help every step of the way! Alejandra even went as far as recommending hair and make up artists to me and helped me with so many of the minor details! Gloria even went as far as working with me on some of the pricing for the small things that I wasn t prepared for. I had no clue how to plan a quince or what it all entailed and I am positive that without these women it would have never turned out the way it did. Cesar, the photographer/DJ was an absolute gem to work with! I honestly am a bit sad it s over and I don t have a reason to just go by and chat with them! The night of the event went off without a hitch! It was perfect! All of the staff was friendly and professional and just overall on point the entire night! Even when I would start to panic about this or that, they were there to ease that worry! I will absolutely recommend this event center to all of my friends and I encourage anyone reading this, wondering if they should choose this as their venue to just go check it out, they are constantly upgrading the already beautiful space!!!! If I could give 10 stars I would in a heartbeat!!!!

He was invited to this place when he was fifteen years old and in the middle of one of the dances the security guy was threatening the DJ that he was going to turn off the music because it was too loud. This happened at 7:30 pm and that caused a lot of stress. family that paid too much money for this aforementioned party room for this man to come and ruin the party almost starting at 7:30 pm that is totally unacceptable. Think long and hard before renting this place!!

My family had a party here this past weekend, and if you want to have a quiet reunion then have your party here. Security here was so annoying, he told us to turn down the music or else the party is over, and the DJ did lower the music, he even cut off several speakers however, security still came back and threatened to cancel the party completely. Security was annoying. I would not recommend this place to my family or friends.

My review is based on customer service alone. I originally booked an appointment to view the venue Sunday 7/25/2021 @ 3pm. I recently got engaged and was interested in having my reception there. I called to follow up because I don t live close and when I looked up the address I noticed they closed at 12. I called twice and on the 2nd call someone answered. I told her 50-60 ppl and she told me that Saturday s were pretty much reserved for larger parties. Smaller parties were done on fridays and sundays. I told her the date I wanted July 16th 2022 (which wasn t set in stone) and she told me that date was recently booked for 350 ppl. I told her that if they weren t interested in doing smaller parties I wasn t interested either. That really came off rude to me in my opinion. I could have picked another Saturday. But because my number of guest were low they (whoever the lady was) was not interested.

Gloria is always upgrading her venue, because of COVID there was a mistake with the scheduling of events and we got double booked BUT Gloria handled it and did right by us. After that she made sure we got everything we wanted for the event and had open communication all the time. Easy to reach. Her staff is very friendly and respectful as well. The venue looked great the day of the event, restrooms were being remodeled but other than that they were clean, no technical issues all night, bartender was great, the caterer she contacted had great food, and Gloria was personally there to make sure everything went smoothly. I am a very picky customer and I am glad she knew how to make me and my twins happy!

Dissected it is little... very unpleasant experience that they gave me... they sold me one thing and measured another... the decoration was horrible and they charged me for it and they didnt decorate just the tables. I was terrified by their service...and Gloria Leon, the owner supposedly...very arrogant, disconnected from this place...at a bad time I fell here...

Amazing experience, especially with Gloria s help throughout the process of wedding planning. She is so resourceful and we couldn t have asked for a better evening! Everything was set up in a timely manner and she was on call the entire time to make sure that everything ran smoothly. For a team that REALLY cares about you, don t look any further than this place!

They didnt want to pay back my deposit because one of there staff members mest up on the numbers and now we had to owe money back.Cake was wrong we paid $580 and all they could say is the cake lady mest up. So they only refunded me $250 for the cake over someone elses mess up.Definitely never using them again.Paid for $200 extra for chairs that we never used or seen and dont want to refund us that either.By the way we paid over $8,600 total

Love the place and the way they treat us. 5star arent enough to say how gorgeous they transforms for our events. Make you feel like in a enchanted place. Pictures, video will never make justice how you see it in person. I highly recommend the place for your important occasion.

Parking was not great...but thats mostly because of the surrounding businesses.... suprising pretty big inside venue....wedding had atleast 200+ easily...kichen area was a bit smallish...bathrooms were also on the smaller end...overall still an ok place...i think the price was pretty reasonable...

The owner is very helpful and friendly. She is able to offer so much more than just a venue at an affordable price! It was literally a one stop shop where we didnt have to worry about finding different vendors, last minute rentals, or anything the day of! She made our planning so much smoother and less stressful. I definitely recommend Lucas Event Center.

Had my daughters XV here and Gloria is amazing. Her patience helped me get through all the chaos. On that day, her security handled my party and guests with respect and professionalism. My party was around 380 guests and it was stressful but Gloria and her staff made it easier for me. From her photographer, bar tender and security, my party was a success and my daughter absolutely loved it. Definitely recommend this venue
