We went buy and placed our order. Part of our order was a frito pie and nachos with jalapeños. The cashier told someone to start warming up the cheese. After several minutes of going back and forth and asking the cashier if she already charged us and she said no. Some other girl said we don t have any cheese. So after all that it came down to not wanting to warm up the cheese for the customers. Super disappointed with this place. Don t think I m going back.

i don t even do ts but it s about my money so we gone do it ! I went to Frost-Bites on 06/29/24 around 6:30 when I left my card me not noticing i left my card until I got to my next destination and then that following an email with an email from wells fargo saying I have insufficient funds when I know that s a damn lie because I had just got paid !! so I retrace my steps and remember I went to frost bites before I even went to another restaurant so I at immediately called the bank to let them know those charges are not from me and informed them my card was stolen!!! The next day I went to Frost-Bites as soon as they opened let them know hey i left my card here and someone is using it to order things! I spoke with a manager then they immediately put me otp with the boss we informed her what happened she then tells me that I need to file a police report to see the cameras. I filed to police report and called this business back the next day to let her know I filed it ! why all of a sudden she can t get her cameras working weird right ? so she asked me what s the last four of the card I used I tell her now you don t see any transactions after 3pm ??? i m like okay another red flag something not adding up I called her again 07/05/24 cameras are down she still hasn t gotten them working or whatever her excuse is !!! it s been almost two weeks now I need answers??! it s either you know who took the card and not wanting to give that person up but I will not let this go or swept this under the rug sorry but charges are being pressed on your business at this point and crazy thing is I go here all the time!! and the crazy thing is it s almost a month and i still haven t gotten a call back about the cameras i honestly think she s covering the person or she knows who did it.

Ice cream waffle cone was awesome ! The Snow cones were ON POINT ! Reminds me of a good old fashioned diner to hang out and take a chill pull from the summer heat Theres little booth tables and a few high setting tables. I have been wanting to try this place again since the first time I had a snowcone from here 5years ago. EVERYTIME I go by they are always closed and the sun is still up BEAMING! I literally pulled in the drive thru and they were cleaning the window and would open to even talk to me. Just don t understand! Literally they look like they re not busy and you go to drive thru and then you have to wait 15-20 mins for them to even open the drive thru window. You order and then realize the ENTIRE parking lot is full of cars waiting for their order. Then you wait LITERALLY 45 more minutes to even get your order which you have no choice but to wait because you already paid. NOT COOL.

Second time we try to go in and are told they are closed, even with Google hours showing they are open. Been going here for years and it s always been my favorite place. Moved out of town but came back to visit, so I stopped to get a snow cone from my favorite snow cone stand. Ordered three snowcones, they brought them out almost twenty minutes later and they were all very melted. Girl who brought it out informs us they had to move our medium snowcone to a larger cup for some unspecified reason (the real reason being it was no longer a snow one and was now a slushy). Came in a carrier with holes in the bottom, held it in my lap on the ride home and ended up covered in snowcone. Severely disappointed.

I finally went inside and the kids running the place need to be supervised due to inconvenience to the customer service. The so called manager looks like she 12 year old and has the nerve to bring my 3 snow cones 1/2 way melted. Really wanted to like this place, but every time Ive been, it has been clear that the staff have no idea what they are doing. I will order something on the menu, make no changes to it, and the staff will have no idea what Im talking about. Multiple times, I have watched them scramble in the back, asking each other how things work. Its a good location, and the menu looks fun, but what you get is often different from how the menu describes it. Overall, staff needs better management, and recipes need an upgrade.

We have been to this location 3 times. The first time was ok. It tasted good but we had to wait. I loved how close it was. The last 2 times we went during listed business hours but it was closed. Not sure why others like this place so much. Snowcones are great but the wait is unacceptable. My wife and I have visited on 3 separate occasions and we have had to wait at least 25 minutes or longer for our order. I dont know if they only have one machine or what. It got so bad on our 2nd visit the owner had to rush over to help get the orders out. If you live in the area, good snowcones but expect a fairly lengthy wait.

Super super unprofessional. You guys literally ruined my family s Sunday. I have an autistic son who had a snowcown from here with a friend from school and hasn t stopped talking about it!! Which he already had issues with communicating as is! With two great shaved ice places in town ... things have become complicated. This place is great too. And one big plus... they take cards. I hardly ever have cash so being able to pay that way wins the day. Now the product is great too. Get the sno cone club punch ticket... after ten purchases you get one free. I have been driving past this place for several years. There is always a long line. Coming from someone who enjoys a great snow cone even in the middle of a cold snap. I enjoyed this places snow cones. The flavors are syrup based not powdered like some snow cone stands. Each time I have gone I try something new. The snow cones are large so bring a large glass to dump it into so you can drive. And not spill it all over your vehicle. :-( I take a tall thermos so it can stay frozen all the way home. Great service each time too. The ladies are wonderful and very helpful.

Great snow cones, but it takes them WAY WAY too long just to take an order and then an even more absurd amount of time to make your order. In the 11 minutes it took them to take just the first cars order, 8 cars lined up. Then a few more, which leave you sticking out in the road. It s going to cause an accident. 3 cars left after waiting 10 minutes. We finally left when after 3 minutes of the second car waiting (mind you after the first cars 11 minutes that we were there!) and they hadn t even opened the window to take their order.

Yesterday afternoon my daughter was crying so I decided to stop by. Since I moved here to Pflugerville I would notice this business getting packed every time I would drive by, never noticing it was a sweet dessert place. Yesterday, I was on the opposite side of the road and I decided to stop by. I ordered a shaved iced dessert with an ice cream cone, shared some with my little one as my daughter assist me and she enjoyed a little as shes my small one as carseats can get hot for babies in this crazy heat! My A/C doesnt fully reach back there, though my baby, daughter and I enjoyed our treats! Great place!

I m not sure what is going on I m a usual customer. Every week I come for a large rainbow snow cone. Last week and today I received a snow cone that was like a block of ice. The young guy today tells me that s just the way the ice has been coming. I asked for a replacement not looking like a block of ice and look decent he tells me if he remakes it will be the same. I asked for an refund and he tells the owner son well you can t please everyone and walks off. The owner son apologized and was very friendly. This place is just okay. They have a variety of food items i.e. ice cream, snow cones, hot dogs, etc. They put way too much syrup on the snow cones every time Ive stopped there. And their ice cream isnt the freshest. Overall you experience quite a wait time on busy days (evenings and weekends) for mediocre snow cones. Its worth it on a hot day.

Been there many times because my family likes it. Drive thru only allows 3 cars at a time because more than that runs you into the road. As the 4th car in the drive thru today, I decided to park and walk in for counter service but was literally yelled at by the douche canoe who was working there around 4pm on 1/31/21, saying theyre closed inside. He yelled that I have to go through the drive thru for service. When I indicated that there was no room in the drive thru and that there was no need for his hostility, he yelled again that he was the only one there. 1) If counter service was not available, why was the door open? 2) If your employee cannot handle the stress of working a shift by his/her self, either increase staff or fire them. No Company needs jerks representing their business, yelling at customers and driving them away.

Buy a new ice machine!!!! The ice machine they currently use not only provides inconsistent soft ice texture but it takes forever to shave the ice. The lines are always long (40min waits) and it s not because they re busy it s because they take about 3-4 minutes to make 1 snow one for a car. If you come here you WILL be forced to wait in the middle of the high way in order to wait in line therefore blocking other cars and causing traffic. I went to a new snowball place and they took 1-2 minutes to make the snowballs. It does not take that long, frostbites just doesn t know what they re doing. I recommend frostbites buy multiple ice machines like other snowball shops to keep up with the demand.

Been buying the same snow come for over 1 yr and here lately these ppl are telling me the ingredients are charged separately when before it wasnt. Then I asked for a large empty cup to pour my medium snow cone cuz it always spills in my vehicle so the charge for an empty cup is $5. Next time Ill bring my 32 oz Yeti.
