My partner and I love visiting places where we can play games that earn tickets and exchange them for prizes, and we had an amazing experience recently. We want to give a special shoutout to Gary, one of the employees, who went above and beyond for us. I had been waiting for a specific prize that wasn t available, and Gary personally made sure to track it down and get it for me. His effort and kindness truly made our day, and we are so grateful for the outstanding service he provided. Highly recommend this place!

This place is a rip off I had my daughter birthday party here last Friday and it was the worst time ever they rushed us to bowl and I was told the pizza the kids was being served was nice and hot. That was not true they feed the kids cold pizza then got upset with me about complaining about it. Then after we came out the room from playing lazar tag I was then approached by the host to hurry up and pay my tab did not have time to play games or nothing.then my guest ordered wings and drinks and the server was rushing them to pay before the food even came out this place is not good for anyone and very over price. I spoke with the owner and was promised a call back and still nothing all the management does not put the customer first please dont go there.

Only problem I had with the place was they had no grapefruit juice for salty dogs Foosball tables are top notch. We came in ready at closing so the service could have been better but Im sure thats due to the hour. Thanks, guys

We like this place a lot. Specially during vacations. We had my kids birthdays here too. With that I m not too happy cause the people that supposed to help with the party didn t help a lot with the kids. I feel I had to do everything for the kids. I had other party were the parents doesn t need to do anything and that wonderful. Otherwise this place is very good.

Spare time has a great deal to play all day ( video games, laser tag, bowling) . They also let kids do one free activity each day. However, the food is overpriced and slow. It took forever to get out food so the kids played with a video game set that was on the table. And they charged us for it! The service was blah One person took the order. Someone else delivered and we never saw waitstaff again. So much for getting ketchup on the fries. Maybe eat while you bowl so you wont notice the lousy service and mediocre food? We may be back for the wristband but well eat before we come

Drinks at the bar were good. Sampler was delicious. We did not reserve a land for bowling and we were told it ll be 1h30min wait time. After 2 hours we checked the link and we saw we were 5th in line and the people before us were waiting for over 3hrs. We canceled our spot and left. On the other hand, it looked like the people who were actually bowling were having a good time. We will give this place another chance and probably prepare better knowing that it requires a longer wait time. Staff were super young and disinterested in everything around them

Gabby & Chelsea were NOT helpful at all in helping me resolve a simple customer service issue. They gave me the run around & dismissed me. I asked for no cheese on a salad, they acted like I was attempting to rob a bank. It was as simple as Let me talk to the kitchen so they can remake it. I offered to send a copy of my bank info proving the purchase & photos, (I was at work on a break). They had every excuse in the book, not to provide decent customer service. Chelsea said, I m a manager but not in that department. My response was can you connect me with or go talk to the kitchen supervisor, since they re only 40 feet away? Everything was a hassle for them. I ve had good service until this. Disappointed in hire I was treated. Thanks to Aaron for resolving the issue within minutes.

While giving this establishment a 1 star may seem harsh to some, it feels generous on my end. I recently visited with some very good friends of mine, and it felt like we were living a series of unfortunate events. Our first concern should have been when we walked into the door, and asked the two girls at the front about seating at The Shaker s restaurant that the feature (and is literally right behind them) they seemed confused about us asking to be seated at the restaurant they supposedly are poised to be hostesses of. It turns out, everyone else we encountered was equally as clueless about why they were there. Upon walking in, there s a poster advertising a nice chicken and pasta meal on the poster for Shakers. But even using a magnifying glass, you won t find this on their menu. And none of the staff have any idea this poster exists, despite it being at the entrance to where you are seated (but again, they didn t seem to know there was a restaurant there). Calling it a restaurant turned out to be quite the stretch. I didn t catch the waitress s name, but I m not sure she knew it, either. After taking all of our orders, she seemed to have already forgotten what she had already wrote down? For there to have been only two other sets of tables seated in the restaurant, our drinks took an exceptionally long time to be served to us, being told the bar was backed up . Yet hardly a soul to be seen. Our food took even longer, with at one point us considering leaving but not wanting to inconvenience since the food was assumed to be in the making. We may have been bold in our assumptions on that. Our drinks eventually came, and much, much, later our food came. All during this extended period of time, we were continually begging for the simple necessities of silverware and napkins, which felt an unreasonable ask as it took a monumental effort to get this request fulfilled. The burger I had was actually pretty decent. Our table had ordered chips and queso. They served us 1,000,000 chips and a tiny bowl of what tasted like a mixture of mustard, paint thinner, and Elmer s glue. The onion rings were decent but greasy. My dear friend couldn t stomach her burger and had to send it back to the kitchen much faster than the manner in which it was served. The salads my other friends ordered I heard no real gripes about that I can recall. The last leg of our adventure, involved trying to pay our check. We asked for our checks to be separated, in which the server had to ask each of us again what all we had ordered. I guess she wrote in invisible ink beforehand. After she wrote down and made specific notes on what we all had ordered, she tries to pull up our bills on the kiosk. Which is giving her a heck of a hard time. She eventually figures out that she has assigned our checks to a kiosk that s not even on our table, but figures out the whole debacle nonetheless. Or so we thought. We go to look at our bills, and all of our orders are scrambled and nothing is 100% correct on what we all ordered. Even though she specifically wrote it down again (a second time). We were exasperated at this point and just figured out the totals amongst ourselves of what would be closest to what we should have owed. We didn t have any extra time we wanted to devote to trying to get this travesty sorted out (again). We had intended to have a fun night of bowling, games, dinner, and drinks. What we received was an absolute nightmare of a poorly mismanaged circus guising themselves as a reputable food source. I d recommend taking a nap in the middle of I-35 as a more enjoyable experience than what we received here. We relocated our plans to a similar establishment that actually knew how to provide a entertaining evening to the patrons visiting it. #dobetter

Never got refills etc. food was ok service was awful. Latest Review: No bartender for about 7 min got drink orders wrong. Tried to eat food waiting almost 15 minutes after being seated for the waiter to come only to find him flirting with another employee in the back (seen through the window to the kitchen area) and still no drinks. This place has never seemed to recover all the while employees see customers waiting at the bar but would rather talk with their friends for 10 min. See photo.... Newer review: Last review we went for arcades and most of them were broken. Tried to eat and the waitress Ruth never came back to our table. Only checked on us once. I was able to go to the waitress station for our own refills and no one said nothing. This was prior to the Friday rush around 330p 4p. Truly disappointed that this place seems to be going on a downward trajectory with no hint of recovering..... Old review: Good place. Reasonably priced. Makes for a good night out and they are great at keeping compliant with covid precautions Last time was great today we reserved and are still waiting. I am not sure point of reservations are if they are 15 minutes past reservations. I dont understand what the point of the reservation if they are not going to be attempted to clear out. We waited for a group that finished on time and they didnt leave the lane and just sat and ordered more drinks and chit chatted. I dont think its unreasonable to ask them once the game is over to exit the lane area so reservations can still be kept. Disappointing after the great experience last time.

Went for a friends childs birthday party. They charged her the deposit twice and when she noticed they said there was nothing they could do and that shed have to dispute the charge with her bank or credit cars company. Fortunately she called the card company right away and they told her it was not a disputable charge as she had received a service from this establishment. Eventually after much talking with highest manager in the place he reluctantly gave my friend a credit. Also we had a girl who supposed to cut a serve the birthday cake running her hands through her hair after she put on gloves to prevent germs from getting on the cake. We had just serve the cake ourselves so we didnt get hair in our food. First Ive been there. Not sure I would go again.

Spare Time has an awesome laser tag arena and our operator, Madison, was incredibly entertaining. I can only give 4 stars because the fog machine wasnt working during our visit. A huge part of the laser tag experience is seeing those colorful beams cutting through an atmospheric haze. Without the fog effects, it just felt like something was missing. The lasers looked a bit dull and flat without that misty environment to make them pop. While we still had a blast running around and playing thanks to Madisons top-notch MCing, I have to knock off one star for the lack of fog and atmosphere. Hopefully, they will get that fog machine fixed because it really does add an awesome extra dimension to laser tag when working properly.

A lot of the games were broken in the arcade and the prices on the games were way too high.. $1.50 per play seems ridiculous on simple claw games and have that only give you maybe 10 tickets, if that.. I dont think my alcohol drinks had any actual alcohol in them. Bowling was almost $50/hr per lane.. Just seemed really expensive for little reward

We didnt look ahead and arrived to find it was league night, so we didnt get to bowl, which was sons birthday request. We did still have a great time with unlimited laser tag and arcades. We also ate dinner in their Cafe. The food was really good, and our server was super sweet to our birthday boy. He even got a special birthday brownie topped with ice cream. We hosted my older sons birthday at this same location a couple of years ago (but actually rented the party room) and were just as pleased then. I highly recommend checking the schedule for the day if you have a certain activity in mind, but no doubt it will be fun whatever you end up doing.

Maybe your layout is weird but then your staff should be aware of it . Reason for bad review is below however . This place swarmed with rednecks .. all people of color BeWARE !! BEWARE !! First time ever visiting and was very disappointed with the customer service. The host at the front was not professional, was rude when we asked for a table so we could order food. The waitress was not very helpful when ordering our food, we asked for some condiments and ended up having to find them ourselves. I always appreciate good quality customer service. We felt we were being a bother to the waitress s and should not feel that way. We were not rude or demanding to have this type of reaction from the employees. Great family hang out. Maybe one of the best in Pflugerville with something for everyone to enjoy. Food is quite good, restaurant quality, not typical Alley food. Conventional lanes and Party blackout lanes are available. Axe throwing, lasertag, video games for your non-bowling folks. My one negative is that there seems to be the waitstaff can be a little slow. The bartenders may be quicker to visit directly if youre in need of a drink.

Great place for birthday parties and to pass family time or with friends. Enough space for everyone. It s not the first time there but the last one birthday part organisation could be better regarding the service. We had 2 bowling lines and when the first one had balls blocked we were helped pretty fast, but when another line was blocked and we told about it to service, the guy told us that he is alone at the reception and nobody came to adjust the line. So we lost 20 min of bowling time for kids. That s disappointing and really sad. I wish the service could be better. Video games and other activities are really fun for kids and adults. Kids liked lazer tag a lot. Pizza and drinks were also good. The restrooms could be cleaned better as well.

Took the family here for bowling and the arcade. Had a great time with that. The food was good but they kept bringing us unsweetened tea even after we informed them of such. Would still recommend this place for friends and family.

Place is nice but the guy at the bowling alley counter is definitely not fit for the place. We ended up wasting 10-15mins from our 1 hour game bcoz this guy just moved on to the next folks without making sure we were all set to play.

We had our Christmas office party here. The food was good. Pizza and spring rolls are recommended. They had booked a private bowling room. It can easily fit 25 to 30. Fun place to have a small gathering. I dont know much about the cost, but I will update you all after my visit again.

Be wary of ordering foods and drinks because they are prone to mistakes. Went here twice and both times got overcharged and had multiple transactions I did not do on my statement! My friend got overcharged over $200 a previous time.

Went for the unlimited games and bowling for 16$. Was a pretty good time, especially for the price. Some of the arcade games are pretty weathered but thats expected with deals like this. Definitely recommend

Bowling, axe throwing, and service are pretty good but the games area is more rundown than the Dave and Busters on research. Half the games dont have balls or the right balls, or just dont work altogether but will still happily take your money. Hopefully they can remedy this as it is otherwise a decent space.

Love the Kids Club league run by Coach Dave. My grandson has participated for the past two years now and loves it! Coach Dave is amazing and they have added an additional coach who is also great with the kids. The place is clean and well kept, unlike some other bowling facilities we have visited. The Game Center is also well kept and the staff very attentive if machines have an issue. Great staff in the redemption prize center! Always pleasant and friendly.
