We sit and waiting on Pat.. more likely 14 min. We left. Shouldnt be wait too long, its unprofessional. We feel like we a ghost there, nobody noticed us. No visit agsin.

The newly built Amberlin Pflugerville has checked all the boxes for my adult living community experience! From amazing customer service to the incredible amenities, this place is now my forever home I can t wait to make memories going into my 60s I would say run, don t walk to get here and check this place out but I wouldn t advise that given our age (55+). Special thanks to Patrick and Nickolas for answering all my questions and being great people, the absolute best!!

Nicko gave my mom and I a tour, he was impeccable, down to earth and no pressure. My mom is looking to be a snowbird from NY and spend the winters down here with us so she s looking for a 3-6 month stay. This community is amazing, gorgeous pool, amenities, events & classes! Everything is brand new! Nicko was super thorough and just the nicest guy! Give this man a raise:)

Nicko Tatum was a lifeline when we needed to move from out of state on very short notice due to a family emergency. He walked us through everything in a friendly and professional manner on the phone and we secured an apartment in one week. He also waited for us to arrive from the airport on a Saturday in order to welcome us and that wonderful attitude made us feel at home right away.

I love this beautiful community but really makes it home are our wonderful community members. They are so loving and kind to the staff members and make each day a wonderful experience. They are family! If you are looking for a home with a strong since of community this is the place for you!

I AM SO HAPPY with my brand new apartment in Amberlin. You are greeted by the friendly staff the moment you enter this beautiful new complex and realize you are going to love it here. Sarah, Shanesha and Kendall go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and will help with whatever you need. Sarah has been so good at any communication about daily and future events, besides her large load of management. Shanesha is a pro with all items like payments and finance issues. Kendall is the best with an issues we have as new residents. The many social events are handled by the staff also. They prepare activities that keep you busy constantly. I just love it!

We were in Florida when I started dealing with Shanesta to see about living at Amberlin Pfluferville , Texas. She was so professional and cared about all our needs when we were going through the approval process. We just met in person last week and I m looking forward to moving in soon and continuing our great relationship with her at our new home !!!

I couldnt have become an Amberlin resident without the help of Shanesha Newby, the Assistant Community Manager of Amberlin Pflugerville. Every time information was missing or conflicting, Shanesha provided the accurate details. As long as Shanesha is here, Im confident that a prospective resident will be able to complete the steps for residency. And once someone is a resident, Im also confident that Shanesha will provide the guidance that will make their stay here a more enjoyable one.

When I went to AmberlinPflugerville, I was treated ver nice, greated with big smile. Robin, Shanisha, and Garrett were all very Knowledgeable of their jobs. Robin, and Garrett are no longer with Amberlin. I wish them the best. I met Sarah, she s very knowledgeable of her job also. I applied for a 55and older was approved. I was waiting to move in but there were some setbacks. I had to move somewhere else. But when my lease is up I m going back to where I met so many good people. I just love. Amberlin.

Visited with my 90+ years old parents to inquire about the Senior residences & services. First I will say both sales ladies were very nice. The issue was that the cost of each residence was fluid. We were told costs change as supply and demand changes. That bothered us greatly. This property is completely different from the many Senior Residences weve toured. They do not include meals, utilities, housekeeping, but most distressing was, no emergency services. Perhaps they need to rebrand themselves as Just apartment living with NO amenities like food service, emergency services, housekeeper services, or utilities included for active Seniors. Buyers beware.
