They offer tax preparation and a myriad of other tax services, but before they prepare or touch anything, they send you a credit card invoice for payment. Their prices are also exorbitant for tax preparation. The price was nearly 500 dollars. You should never pay for something before you receive it, and a legitimate business should never ask for payment before a product or service is produced, especially if everything is online.

I have to say that I am quite satisfied with the service they offered me. They are great and take both time and effort to look into every detail of your taxes. They ask a lot of questions and check everything they can because they want to find out the best way to help you get the most deductions possible. I had it with turbotax so I finally got a professional. We had a corporate relocation, bought and sold a house, installed solar panels, made money in 2 states, and worked from home. Fox sent us a list of documents to provide. With that and some other info he had our returns prepared in a couple days without ever having to meet in person. We got back much more than I think I would have been able to navigate on my own. The returns posted to our account in about a week. Spoke with fox tax about some business taxes. 941 filing and some other tax advice. I was a little behind on some things and he not only helped straighten me out but he educated me on some things I could do as well. As a business owner I often find tax related issues to be complicated if not also confusing, so I always strive to learn more along the way so I am better prepared for the future. To be honest taxes is one of those things you can work your rear end off at and feel like you have it under control, but still miss something and that 1 thing can be a big pain.
