I can t Believe I forgot the name of the young man that assisted me on Friday 927. He was the only one in the store so ideally the owner should be able to identify him. I came to Purchase a mailbox I was missing one of two items of required identification I had my drivers license but to my surprise. My insurance card had expired . He patiently waited while I attempted to get a copy of the card so that we could proceed with the purchase. I arrived at approximately 6:50 PM store closes at 7 . I tried to reach my insurance carrier .welcome to the world of AI. Finally, they connected me to a chat room. I was able to obtain the necessary documentation . Ttrough the entire process. He was patient never stating to me the store closed at 7 PM or even suggesting that I should return the next day, his employer needs to know what a great representation he is of their store. I am hoping that this service I receive will be equally as excellent as what he offered this customer. Again, I apologize I don t recall his name, for the service provided by this employee

I called ahead for To ask do they provide notary services and the fee. I said I was on my way. When I got to the store the attendant says the notary would be there at 1 to 2pm. Should have told me on the phone. I had to find an alternative at the UPS store down the street.

The owners of this establishment is great and a super sweet couple. They literally offer everything from mailing to stationery faxing notary. Anytime I need something this is my go to place I honestly don t have time to go to the post office. Located in a convenient location for myself and they are open later than post office notary. Where do I even start? I found Postal Plus right after I moved back to Texas in July 2020 and the service and owners were nothing but excellent!!!! My little friend, A (I could never pronounce her name so she was always A to me) was always a pleasure to work with and so was Moe. They were always so helpful and their professionalism was always the very best. The only reason I am no longer with them is because Ive relocated to Florida but if I ever return to Texas, I will certainly seek their services again. They really did take great care of me. I went inside the postal copy center looking to get documents notarized, the clerk in the store was so helpful and friendly she assured me she could take care of whatever my needs were. She was also able to shrink and laminate a few papers for me while I was there too. There so many cute personalized lanyard holders and key prints! Just check the store out yo won t be disappointed!

Visiting Houston and needed a notary and fax. The Postal Copy center came up on google maps Places near me, and I can say that this store and employees are amazing. I walked in to friendly and smiling faces. Asked for a notary/fax and Ali was very helpful and provided the assistance that was requested. Mohammad and Ali are beyond wonderful!! Lost my dog and brought in a Lost Dog Flyer to be copied for distribution. I had left off reward info and just scribbled it onto the flyer. Instead of just copying it Mohammad recreated it for me making it beautiful and professional much to my surprise and delight! Then when i broke down in tears in the store that someone would go to all that trouble to help me find my dog, Mohammad brought me a bottle of water and he and Ali conforted me! Then Mohammad posted on the flyer on Talk of Pearland for me!! I am so grateful for their kindnesses, professionalism, caring and talent. I am a customer for life!!

Been here a couple times in the last year. Helped by the same young lady both times. Outstanding service. Went out of her way to help me both times. In one instance where I was trying to meet a very tight deadline, she reached out to the fedex driver even though this was after 5pm and got him to pick up my package, again even though he was already done for the day. Not very accommodating at all. I am a customer that frequents this location and the one time I forgot to tape my package I ask if they had tape but it will cost. Now the fact that I had to pay for tape was the issue the issue came when she said, everywhere you go you pay for tape. So I expressed that I had no cash on me, you want me to slide my card for .49 cent????! No thanks I ll never come back to this place EVER AGAIN!!! She clearly is hard up for money ..

My mom and I came here for notary service. When we walked in, the clerk was helping another customer, so we took the time to browse around. We saw they had perfumes so we tried them out. I really liked one and planned on buying it. When the clerk finished with the other customer, he was super helpful and quick to notarize our documents. He then said that I could have the perfume, because I liked it so much, for free!! He was so kind and generous! Love this place, will return for any other postal needs!

This location is so convenient! The staff here is always very friendly, and they do a great job of taking care of my postal needs. I live in Shadow Creek neighborhood and it is much easier for me to come here vs. the post office on Cullen which there is always lots of traffic to get to. This review is only for the key service. This place surprisingly makes key duplicates. They have funny cartoon keys for extra money. I needed a duplicate house key and paid for a regular key. It was $3.24 (tax included) and only took me 5 minutes in and out of the door. I will be coming back for more keys to be made. Thanks!

I left kinkos fed ex. It was super busy as always. I came to postal copy center and all I have to say is Awesome service!! He did everything for me, I didnt have to guess at what size box I needed. And it only took 5 minuets! Love it.

The owner has given us great costumer service from the very first day. The prices are reasonable (.5 cents per page B/W copies) , and with so many services offered we have made the Postal Copy Center our must stop for marketing. Recommended a plus +
