We had taken support of Leena for our GC processing (IR-5) as parent of US citizens from India. IR-5 is very complex process but it became easy for us due to guidance of Leena. Leena was very knowledgeable, supportive and responsive. She was prompt to create documents and in responding to our queries. We were able to setup calls with her at critical stages to get our queries answered and get guidance about how to attend interview. I went through Counsellor processing and our GC came in less than 2 years after starting process.
