This was incredible. I ve never had a waiter treat me with such respect. Cody was his name, he was a nice young man. He had great manners, made me laugh, and handled us with care. Our food was fantastic and it just made the experience greater. If there were 10 stars I would put 10.

I recently dined at Olive Garden and had the pleasure of being served by Azaria. From the moment we were seated, Azaria was warm, attentive, and made sure our dining experience was exceptional. She was knowledgeable about the menu, offered great recommendations, and checked in on us frequently without being intrusive. The service was prompt, and she ensured we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Azarias friendly demeanor and professionalism truly stood out. Arrived At 4:07pm We Wasn t Spoken To At All But Entrance Was Filled With Waitresses. I Then Proceeded To Walk Through & Was Told There Would Be A 15-20 Minute Wait On A Table Which I Didn t Understand Because There Were Tables Available Just Not Small Tables. Within 2 Minutes The Place Started Getting Filled . Place Was Chill & Not Very Loud. Was Seated @ 4:15pm & Waitresses Came Out Immediately. Food Was Served Immediately Also . The Olive Garden Pearland Texas, is now being ran by the greatest manager ever named Tara. I had the opportunity to meet her a while back and she was so friendly and welcoming to us. This is truly the best restaurant in Pearland Texas. Let me jump right to it. The $$$$$$ price for the amount of food you get is right on time especially now and days! Not to mention the hard working servers, waiters and waitresses outstanding service! Everyone was so professional and friendly thank you to all especially TARA who made sure our food was excellent. I wrote this review because of the way this restaurant is being ran and how kind everyone was. It should be like this at all food establishment! The food is always good, hot, and fresh. I tend to order the Tour of Italy with a salad and the non-alcoholic peach bellini-raspberry tea. Ill eat the fettuccine alfredo and take the chicken parmigiana and lasagna home to eat later. The place is tidy and clean, and never loud. There is plenty of seating for two (or even a single guest) to larger parties. Wait time varies: from a few minutes or maybe requiring sitting to wait, but is never unbearable even during peak periods. We dont try to go during holidays, though. Staff are friendly, personable, knowledgeable about the menu, and attentive. At one time, alcohol was pushed; but at least at this location, they respect not everyone drinks booze. Parking: The free parkinglot has plenty of space and surrounds the establishment on all sides. There has never been an issue finding a spot. However, this location is close to other restaurants, stores, and is right off State Highway 288 and FM 518, the main street of Pearland known to some as Broadway. Exercise caution when attempting to park, walk to and from the establishment, or exit as other drivers tend to be distracted, careless, or impatient.

Wife was craving salad and breadsticks for Mother s Day so we swung by. Everything was a great experience but I guess my biggest problem with the place is just how close everyone seems to be to everyone. It seems very impersonal. I can hear 5+ tables conversations because they are so near. The food is good. The price is right. That berry sangria is bomb.

It s fantastic that Olive Garden has a vegan menu online and available at the restaurant on the electronic station at the table. But the options are limited. The breadsticks were ok. The salad was uninspiring- only oil/vinegar available for a dressing. The spaghetti marinara was just bland, but edible. I didn t try the minestrone soup. Service was rushed - we hadn t even tried the salad before the entrees arrived. A bottle of wine was served unopened & it took 15 minutes for someone to find a corkscrew. The bar ran out of Prosecco. Entire experience not helped by screaming kids jumping on the seats in the booth and drawing on the walls. food was great. our server was trying his best i appreciated him checking up on us and apologizing for his mistakes. we had asked him for dressing since he had forgotten the dressing to the salad but on his own he realized he also forgot the croutons and brought them without us having to ask and apologized for forgetting. a manager with a mask came to ask how everything was we told her there were a few errors but for the most part good. she then instead of apologizing for everything she blamed the server insinuating it was all his fault. this made olive garden look bad and made herself as a manager look bad for singling out one of her employees and then embarrassing him as he was standing at the next table over. this behavior should not be tolerated by olive garden let alone a manager representing them.

The highlight was the attendant who met me at my car to register my pickup. She was super sweet. I ordered the chicken marsala dish and scallop scampi fettuccine fudh for my daughter and neither one of us enjoyed the meal, it was so bad we ended up throwing away our food after a couple of bites. My chicken tasted like cardboard, the mushrooms were tough and the dish lacked flavor. The breadsticks were hard, it was weird. My daughter stated the scallops were tough and the dish tasted off. We were really disappointed, it was a waste of almost $50.00.

We were in town for a work class and staying close to here and decided to try this location. Parking was ample with it being in the shopping center area. The interior is like all the others. The staff was very friendly and super attentive. I got the chicken parm with the salad. It tasted like every other location I ve been too. It was cooked well and the center areas were tender. The salad had a bit much dressing on it though. Overall not too bad for a chain.

If I could give them less than one star I would, let me start with the host who set me with my wife and my five months child in the bar area , come on use your brain !you see somebody with a child do you take them where people drinking! However that s not the worst part we waited For 10 minutes to have somebody to come and serve us, he came we ordered few things and one of them was soup and salad according to the Olive Garden restaurant they are unlimited but I did not see my server after he took the order somebody else dropped the drinks and food and I didn t know who to ask for refill my over price soup and salad , things like that just ruined the experience. I have been to a lot of Olive Gardens , but probably this one the worst , for the first time in my life I didn t leave tip because they were not even half way close to earning it . never going back again!

Went for the all you can eat special. The service was excellent. I added the crispy chicken. It is the same chicken used for chicken Parmesan. Love the food. Edited: Another visit. So, came in today for dinner Im a single dinner tonight usually I go here with my Mom but shes out of town this weekend so anyway.. Im greeted and seated with Cory tonight awesome service and great food as always he went above and beyond for me making sure my glass was never empty had the raspberry lemonade delicious and the carbonara ravioli thanks for the wonderful service. We had never ending soup and salad. A salad is a salad but the soups were very yummy. Our server made actual recommendations on drinks for me. Hubby had a second bowl of soup, different than the first, but yummy as well. We were early got dinner so it was pretty quiet.
