I have been enjoying the 1/2 off deal after 7 and while in town seeing family I went to this specific location to pick up my app order of 3 shakes this evening. I received my shakes relatively quickly once arriving but also noticed there were no graham crumbs on any (I ordered 2 cheesecake ones) I asked them if they were SURE they were strawberry cheesecake shakes and not something else as to which he assured they were strawberry cheesecake. Once we arrived home and we started to enjoy them we noticed none of the drinks were cheesecake and the drink I had also had chocolate shavings, brownie pieces and a small amount of peanut butter(thank goodness Im not allergic) And realized that only 1 (strawberry cheesecake) was mostly melted. So disappointed

Twice I ve been there and twice my food took over 20 minutes to come, it was cold, the drinks were flat, shakes were melted. When told my fries were cold they said we can take the whole bag back and redo it all. Like why not just take the fries back. I even let them feel how cold it was. I erased my sonic app because it was so gross why have it. Worst sonic I ve been too ever.

I ordered a chicken fried steak sandwich. There are four ingredients. Mayo, lettuce, chicken fried steak, and tomatoes. I said no tomatoes, because Im mildly allergic. I get home and open my sandwich, what do I find? Tomatoes. Customers ask for special instructions for all number of reasons. All should be taken as seriously as a deadly allergy.

The information on Google is a lie. They do not have a drive-through. The customer service I recieved was very good, but the quality of food was bad. I ordered a #4 with broccoli tots, the burger I recieved was the incorrect one. It was under cooked and it had bacon on it. I end up taking the bacon off and reheating the burger in my airfryer and I still couldnt eat it. The food quality was my biggest issue. I paid $13 for my meal and the only thing I ate was the broccoli tots. Smh and Im still hungry! Waste of money

Sonics food is good and Priced Right. The wait is Always Forever at everyone Update; I will not go back to that Sonic at Pearland parkway and Broadway. The management is destroying the business. Constantly pull in there at 9:30 9:45 only to be told theres no milkshakes, ice cream, nothing. Whats the point of closing at 10:00 if you shut things down at 9:30. Just change your dang hours.

Been the mail carrier for them for 2 years seen car hops come and go but as a regular customer never had a single bad experience. Stop by 3-5 times a week. Would highly recommend ordering ahead via app, especially during rush hour. Never waited more then 2-3 mins when ordering ahead.

My order was perfect! No issues. It was a better experience than any other Sonic in Pearland that Ive frequently visited. Its in the same lot as IHOP and Lowes. So its easy to get a quick bite after loading up all the timber and garden supplies. HEB, YMCA, Conns are all nearby to this Sonic.
