This Place was Perfect!! The food was delicious, the drinks were amazing! We got biscuits and Gravy, pancakes, and a powerbowl Kiens way! The service was top notch the best service we have had in such a long time! Our waiter Kien went above and beyond by helping us pick the very best food on the menu! Creating an over the top experience! He was extremely friendly and welcoming! He also had drinks refilled and out to us before we could ever ask! Thank you again Kien for a wonderful breakfast! Our server Tina O. was one of the most kind and caring servers I have ever had at a restaurant. Genuine, kind, smart, and conscientious. My wife and I were both impressed with her. We have been married 35 years so we have been to a few restaurants in our lifetimes so we know excellent service! She understands the business and you can tell is a warm human being. If your restaurant keeps hiring people like her, I will want to own stock in your restaurant chain.

We were there at around11am on 09/28/24. Cici was awesome. She rolled with the punches and had a great attitude all throughout. She recommended drinks and knew quite a lot about the drink menu with a lot of detail. Its our first time here- We just came from a charity walk for St. Jude childrens hospital, so this was the cherry on top of our day. Shes an amazing person overall.

I came to this restaurant a few years ago and never had a chance to go back, but when a friend called for a last minute breakfast, decided to come back to refresh my memory and to finally write the review. It was quiet on a Friday morning and either the manager or the owner came out to have a seated. It did take a little bit time for them to take our order but the food came quickly and it was hot and delicious. My friend and I both got the shrimp and grits. Its a little bit more soupy than some of the other places Ive tried but they had so much shrimp in it and with some hot sauce, it was delectable. I got the blackberry smash non-alcoholic drank and it was outstanding. Not too sweet but beautiful presentation and very pleasant to drink. I will definitely be adding this restaurant back on my rotation for Early meetings!

Our waiter Payton was Johnny on the spot. He was quick efficient and extremely polite. He brought items to our table that I was just thinking about. Ex: my wife asked me that I did no ask for Cholula hot sauce with my food, and I said that s alright I was about to start eating and here come Payton with both Tabasco and Cholula hot sauce. He kept my coffee cup full as I am a bevy coffee drinker and always had a smile and an engagement conversation for us. Great Job!! Helps your Brand immensely !!

I recently visited this spot with high expectations, especially given my past experiences. While I understand it was a busy time, I was quite disappointed by the coldness of my order. The City Grits, though delicious, were served cold, which diminished their appeal. The Chicken and Waffle, which I had been looking forward to, was let down by the cold honey that just sat in the crevices, and the chicken strips were similarly cold, preventing me from experiencing the dish as intended. On a positive note, the coffee was excellent and a highlight of the meal. Hopefully, future visits will offer a warmer experience.

The staff recommend the cold brew but too strong for a relaxing weekend. Prefer the regular coffee. Their Pancake was soft and good. The lobster hash benedict was like the one in the picture. I have been to Another Broken egg for a few years now and Linda has been one, if not the best manager this place has had so far. Tina was my server and she was a sweetheart, definitely will be requesting her next time.. The staff is super attentive regardless of who the server is, this is a reflection of Lindas leadership. *Tina, our server, is super awesome. Surprised she wasn t Head Server or Manager. First time going to Another Broken Egg. It was good. I got the Original French Toast and my Boyfriend got the Shrimp and Grits. With the help of our server Tina, his Shrimp and Grits turned out to be his favorite. Her honesty about the food at the restaurant was on par. I should have listen to her when she suggested the Irish Coffee. I now know to listen to Tina. I wasn t a big fan of the French Toast, that is on me. I did not pay attention to the description of using Texas Toast instead of brioche bread. Overall, still some good French toast. Now the Beignets (that aren t beignets) at this joint were on point. I loved how they tasted like funnel cakes. I think they were my favorite appetizer/dessert to try there. Best to eat them with fingers. As I tried to use a fork and knife. Big mistake. I ll come back and try more dishes on their menu

I love trying breakfast places near by and broken egg has always been a hit for me and my partner. We went by this past weekend and the food was just to die for! Our server William was very kind and attentive which made the experience 10x better. My orders always a bit complicated so im glad he made it work out in the end. I got a side of waffles with a side of sausage patties and potatoes and my partner got the shrimp n grits. It was all so delicious. Definitely coming back again!

Michael is the template of what all customer service should look like in a restaurant or business setting. Best waiter in Houston Metropolitan Area. On July 27th 2024 was our 16th yr Anniversary. We chose Another Broken Egg for choice of Resturant for our Family. Very disappointed Service was good food was horrible. I ordered a Mardi Gras Omelette ask for no sausage and grits on the side. My Son-n-Law also placed an order my omelette was old and had sausage his food had nats crawling on it. For me that was a very bad experience after hearing how good the Resturant and the atmosphere there. My Husband I will not return to Pearland Resturant.

This was my first experience with the Broken Egg Cafe. I will be back on my next visit to Houston. My Sunrise Spinach Scrambler was delicious. However, I will be trying the shrimp and grits the next time . Oh, and the beignets are addictive .

Just a classic breakfast place. We were able to join the waitlist through Google, which made it easy. We just had to wait about five minutes. The service was really great and the food was delicious. I got an a supreme omelette- very filling with the side of potatoes

Two friends and I met for brunch. The food was good, the portions generous, and the service was efficient. The coffee (served in cute little crockery mugs) was neither as hot or strong as I like, and the noisy atmosphere made conversation a bit difficult. Morning, the location seemed to be a good spot for some breakfast but the wait time was beyond reasonable. 4 servers and not one greeted us. ( I made eye contact with 2 of them behind the kitchen door) A single top was In front of us and we got seated by the host but after waiting for 15 minutes we had to leave because no one came to ask for a drink order. Service was poor and the servers showed little interest in their employment
