Me and my family were wanting a sweet treat and we decided to try cinnaholic, and oh my goodness Im so glad we did. The service from Patel was amazing and the cinnamon rolls were to die for. We got the smores, cinnamon toast cruch and the strawberry short cake. Me personally I loved the strawberry one. It has fresh strawberry wasnt overly sweet just the perfect combo. My brothers loved the smores it was a chocolate lovers dream. I was talking with Patel and he was telling me how they make everything fresh to order and you can tell they are just from the quality. Definitely will be back!

Delicious cinnamon rolls, cannot believe they are vegan. I have had the banana foster one twice in the past, it is perfect. Today I ordered the mini banana buns, caramel apple pie, and Cinnamon Toast Crunch. The others were great, but the Cinnamon Toast Crunch was not very good. It had such a strong chemical taste, it almost tasted perfumed? I still give 5 stars because every other cinnamon roll I ve tried from here has been PERFECT. This Cinnamon Toast Crunch must just be a fluke.

In our initial visit to Cinnaholic, we were thoroughly impressed. Despite not being a typical enthusiast of cinnamon rolls, I found their offerings to be exceptionally delectable. I particularly enjoyed the strawberry cheesecake roll. Additionally, the lemon berry coffee cake was truly extraordinary. My entire family is eager to revisit this establishment. My boyfriend brought me a very berry cinnamon roll. It looked old and disgusting. I was extremely disappointed because I usually have a great experience but this last visit was so disappointing I don t want to waste $8 for a treat when I could have a meal instead Needless to say I wished he would have checked the box instead of blindly picking it up. Beautifully made soft and fluffy cinnamon rolls with lots of amazing toppings. Amazing staff. Its so delicious. This is my new go-to over Cinnabon. I hope they open one in my area, but even if they dont, I will still be happy to drive 45 minutes to get these cinnamon rolls. Everything was made from scratch in-house. Its so tasty. If you havent been here before, I definitely recommend trying it!

Went in on a Sunday afternoon to get a couple of coffees and some sweet treats. Coffee was ice cold, the cashier was rude and refused to heat or brew a new pot. After pointing out I could chug the coffee and that s not how it s supposed to be served I was offered a refund by another staff member.

CinnaMom here with a VERY exciting review! Today, I had the pleasure of trying a roll from Cinnaholic. I got the Old Skool. This roll is perfection. The dough is soft, fluffy, outstanding. The cinnamon to dough ratio is just right. A very generous helping of buttery glaze tops this delicious roll. They put more than was necessary, really, but this cinnalover wont complain. I really think this is on par, or dare I say, even better than Cinnabon? 10/10

Went here for the first with my boyfriend for our anniversary and they served us stale cinnamon rolls. The girl at the register was rude too. Over all a bad experience. It LOOKS good and the cinnamon rolls they were baking fresh in the back smelled amazing! Was so dissatisfied with my experience here. VEGAN! I should have done my due diligence of checking reviews of this place before spending my money. No... vegan stuff does not taste the same. I didnt see it advertised any where in the store and woman that took my order didnt mention it much less talk to me at all. I got an old skool cinnamon roll and the icing just tasted like butter. I also got a cinnamon cookie, a chocolate chip cookie and a brownie. It was when I tried the cinnamon cookie that I realized this place must be vegan and I finally did my research. The chocolate chip cookie is okay. The brownie... it just crumbles as soon as you touch it and tastes like a pop tart. And the PACKAGING! It was so unnecessarily difficult to open the cookies and brownies.

My family patroned this location after having a phenomenal experience at the San Felipe location. However, all locations are not created equal! We have been to this establishment twice and each time they have omitted to put an item we purchased and included something we did not ask for. My wife is a plain eater and will not eat if her order is not correct. Both times she has not eaten. The staff is careless. This is a luxury food item so the expectation is the order should be made correctly. Notably, we take ownership for not checking the bag and for returning to an establishment that has already proven to pay little to no attention when preparing orders.

This is a update I placed another review on line and. This time they did a amazing job a fair amount of toppings . The cinnamon roll was very soft and fresh I loved it they really did a outstanding job . placed / old reviews a Oder online and cinnamon roll was amazing flavor wise it did feel like they placed it in the microwave because the bread at the bottom was hard and stuck to the box so not a fan of that my issue was with the toppings they didn t do justice for the price of each I feel like it cost too munch and you get too little for your buck I got raspberries and coconut sheddings with caramel and apples but as you see in my picture there s only 4 raspberries and a few apple pieces and caramel sauce almost non existent. Cream cheese tasted like regular artificial frosting not like cream cheese .

My friend and I were in yesterday. Andrea helped us and she was amazing. Very patient and knowledgeable about the products. Her customer service was outstanding and she was also very personable. There was a guy there too. I didn t get his name but he was nice enough to bring our order outside to us. Solid experience all around. Oh yeah, the chocolate chip cookie was top notch. Put it up against any cookie that contains animal products and it wins. Update: Still 5 stars. Jackie and Lilliana had the chocolate chip cookies ON POINT! Couldn t take fewer than half a dozen. I d been hearing about this place and thought I d have to travel over an hour to The Woodlands, however after an eye exam up the street We found this location in Pearland. God truly smiled on US today because it was an amazing experience all around. I absolutely loved the strawberry cheesecake cr and so did my picky child and her friend. Omg! All of the toppings we tasted were amazing! I m so ready to try the cinnacookie and mini buns we took to go! Last but not least let me tell you what a treasure you have in JADE!! So we tried out a new place in Pearland. Keeping with our tradition of supporting local businesses. There had been some hype about this place and we were glad to try it out. We were greeted immediately after entering and introduced to the ordering process. But after trying it the kids were only somewhat satisfied. However, they stated there was to much frosting and could have been warmed up before serving them. We ate them immediately inside the store. Daughter stated that other places has this place beat. I enjoyed the topping selection which I tried creamcheese, sliced almonds and blueberries. It was good but not great. Need to bring my wife here to give her review since she is the cinnamon roll lover of the family.

My favorite dessert place in Pearland. Have some vegan cinnamon rolls and cookie dough with absolutely no tell that it s vegan. Their cookie dough is actually better than any other edible cookie dough I ve had. We really like being able to choose from a wide variety of icings and toppings my favorite is the chai icing with cookie dough topping. You can try most of the icings though! Only recommendation is to BYOM if real dairy is a must for a beverage rather than plant based milks. Also the owner is super friendly and loves having customers in the store. He even gave us some free mini cinnamon rolls to go one evening when the shop was closed down for an A/C repair! Talk about service.

Wow, I can t believe I never heard of this chain and that everything they sell is vegan! I miss Cinnabon since I stopped having dairy, but this is so much better. You can build your own cinnamon bun with lots of different toppings or pick one from the menu. I had the strawberry cheesecake and it was SO good. Service was great.

If you re looking for a great cinnamon bun OR roll give this place a try. They have great toppings of cream cheese frosting, very flavorful buttercreams and everything in between. You can create your own flavor combination. The buns/rolls are pillowy and soft and always taste fresh from the oven. I personally love the orange flavored buttercream but the number one frosting is the amaretto yum! So if you re shopping at Pearland Town Center or live in the area take a little trip down Business Ctr. Owner is super nice. Came In First timers, accommodating. Answering all the questions as we tried to figure out what to get and what not to add on to ten toppings. Cinnamon rolls on point. You can add as many toppings as you want. Will return again. What sealed the deal was he went out of his way to make a batch of coffee. Coffee was already empty when we got there and we didn t want him to make a batch for two cups. But he made it for us. Will come again!

Wow wow wow. Shockingly fully vegan; Ive never been a place so deliciously decadent that was also vegan. What an experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the cinnamon rolls were beautiful, delicious and varied. There were other items beyond cinnamon rolls, but mostly sweets and few savory. Ive been here twice so far and plan to return. Ordering online is simple and my order was correct and on time. The cinnamon rolls and not a rolls are really good! You can taste the quality in the product. The staff has been very friendly both times Ive gone. The rolls are rich so be ready with some milk or to share with someone. Highly recommend!

One of my fav places to go for a sweet tooth! Vegan based... So good! Not cheap but really good! I normally recommend this place and have only had friends give the complaint that the cinnamon roll was not hot other than that it s an awesome place for sweets... They also have brownies and cookies and an occasional addition to the menu (such as banana bread ect)

Fantastic experience. The young man who helped me was knowledgeable and so very friendly. Its refreshing for someone to still be engaging through a face covering. He offered a sample of cookie dough and even included a treat with my order. Ill definitely return and spread the word about the exceptional service and quality of pastries.

This place is amazing! I am not a vegan but our newborn was dairy intolerant and we had to find some sort of snack for my wife. This was one of the few places in the area we found that provided dairy-free treats. We were not disappointed in the slightest. Everything we tried (and it was a lot) tasted incredible. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a good dessert or snack (vegan or not). Cannot give enough stars! Also important - the staff was so friendly and helpful! A delight to work with and had great recommendations.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! This place is so delightful. I was greeted as soon as I entered and I could smell the heavenly scent of Cinnaholic even with a mask on. There is a wide variety of drinks, flavors, toppings and cookies. A very cute, and clean gem in Pearland!

My first time here. Went in to purchase one for my son and was happy to see they offer vanilla frosting instead of cream cheese. He loved it and so did we!. The owner was very kind and generous. The place is clean. This will definitely replace cinnabon. Cinnaholics cinnamon buns taste better!

First time here and was actually skeptical about a non dairy plant based roll. Wow was I surprised!! Very good stuff actually and after talking to the very helpful guy I knew it was fresh. I purchased the toasted coconut and old skool roll and was not disappointed. Was not overpowering sweet like the other cinnamon rolls and was DELICIOUS. Will definitely be coming back for more.

First time here today. I got a cinnamon roll (cream cheese and walnuts) it was pretty good. My kids choose (cream cheese with graham crackers), but said they didnt like it, which made me laugh because they ate all of it except for a VERY small piece . I think for first time customers the staff should be a little more patient, but I definitely will be back! Thanks for making healthy options affordable.

Love this place! I have been a few times for their cinnamon rolls and saw they even make a king cake, which is just picked up. It s basically a bunch of their cinnamon rolls out together which means it s really good (but not a traditional king cake per se if that s what you re after). We have tried a number of their specialty rolls and enjoyed them all.

We got ours to go but still very delicious and they were even warm when we got home! My sister got the Irish Coffee one and she ate in the car so I couldnt snap a picture. But I did get one of mine! I got the creme brulee one and it has a raspberry drizzle which is tart and not overly sweet. Their frosting has a similar taste to cream cheese but not quite like it if that makes sense. Overall very good and very busy so be patient!

Wow, probably one of the best cinnamon rolls I have ever had. I have been living off of a strictly plant based diet for the past four years and after seeing Cinnaholics instagram(s) for a year I am so glad to have finally gone! I got the pizza roll as well as a custom cinnamon roll that had marshmallow frosting, strawberries, and strawberry jam. Though the only downside is that this is the closest Cinnaholic to me and it is about an hour away! :( We need a location in the heart of Houston! Pearland is too far from Conroe.

The cinnamon rolls are delicious! My favorite is the banana cream frosting. They have lots of frosting/toppings combinations. I recommend one cinnamon roll for 2 people to share. You will be spending about $5-6 per cinnamon roll.
