I hired West & West back in June when I was T-boned by another driver. Hiring West & West was the best thing I could have done. They treated me like family and not just another case in the books. I enjoyed dealing with a local law firm with strong roots in the community. Probating my Uncles Will was emotional and personal, but the staff made the process easier than I ever imagined. The process was smooth and easy. The care shown by the staff is knowledgeable and caring.

I have recently used West & West to file a Small Estate Affidavit. I am very pleased with the service and professionalism with Michael West and his wife Laura. I knew nothing about the process after we lost a loved one and she walked me through it and helped me understand the process. I do not ever recommend being in a lawsuit, but if you absolutely have to be, I would hire West & West. Michael did a great job for me. There were some bumps along the way, but thats all part of dealing with humans. Michael explained everything in detail, kept my best interest at heart and kept things realistic. I only wish things could have moved faster, but I now understand how slowly the court system moves.

Used them for a case and although the other party lied and there were also discrepancies in an important document all of which I could prove to be otherwise; after mediation and months of hell the final order signed by the judge was the worst mistake I could have made. Now I have to work harder and pay more to clear up the mess I was left with. Would never use them again or recommend them.
