I have been going to this restaurant for years. Both for dine in and take out. Dine in is always good. Take out gets WORSE every time I go. The prices keep going up and the amount of food they put in your orders is LESS. We payed $13 for these tortas. Yes we got them with out the extra things like lettuce/tomato/avocado/etc..but this???? $13 for this? Where s the cheese? Where s the meat? The worse thing is that when you dine in, they don t do this to your food because they know you can return it instantly.

I went today I ordered by phone and the bill was $23.80 and they charged my card $28.53 and I called and they told me that they didnt charge anything extra and that I could do it however I wanted ..I dont recommend paying with a card, better bring cash so they dont get robbed

This place cooks very well, just one small detail: I always order some tacos with heated tortillas for health reasons and it seems that I tell them to put them dipped in oil. I believe that if you pay for your food, the minimum is that they give it to you however you order it.

Very very upset with this place not only was I insulted by the workers thinking I cant speak Spanish which that was my 1st language but after my order repeated more than twice they decided to slap me in the face with we dont care how u want your tacos and bam put all the onions n cilantro that they could think of putting wow No words hear just so upset and well honestly I will not give this place anymore of my time or money As to trrtint to celebrate my birthday with food Ill wait for dinner time instead but this was no joke and very not right from their end I would love to speak to the owner of this place to give him my 2 cents and ll this onions n cilantro they served me I sure would but Ill leave it as a very bad place to place and order n expect it right and to think the money I just spent there was NOT WORTH IT On top of all this when I tried to speak to a.manager she was unavailable wow .again no words but I did hold on the line till an acting one got in wow like I stated I would love to speak to the owner of this place cuz for one I do know Spanish and 2 very un call for when your really hungry wish there was no stars to give Bad place bad service and bad food

Today I called to place an order for food, I always eat the Norteñitas dish, 2 minced meat and 1 shredded, the girl who answered told me we dont make mincemeat I told her Miss, this is not the first time you have ordered this dish whenever Ordered by phone or like inside the restaurant they do it to me I put myself on hold and he hung up on me...how rude I called back 2x and they didnt answer me, I made the last attempt and the girl answered and handed the phone to a man who I ask him the same thing and he tells me the same thing... I mean now it turns out that they dont make norteñitas of picadillo and 1 of shredded... when I always order the same thing. What a lack of education and lack of respect by hanging up on me and not answering, until my 4th call they answered me... and saying that they dont do them when they have always done them to me.

Its my second day coming to eat here but this time I was disappointed because I got plastic in the food on the eggs and then the waitress told me that it was the egg thing and when it wasnt and I spoke to the manager and explained to her and He told me he was going to verify that. I thought he was going to give me a discount for what happened but they didnt always charge me for the dish. Its the last time I go back to this place. The ugly atmosphere. The waitress with an ugly tension and I didnt like it at all. I do not recommend it

I called this place 7 times in different occasions and got no response so I drove to the restaurant and called the number again while being next to the phone and their phone wasn t ringing. The woman manager told me they were very busy and that s why they couldn t pick up the phone. I ordered take out and while I was waiting for my food one employee picked up the phone even though it didn t ring(because it was in silent mode). The thing here is that they were ignoring my number specifically for some reason or just because they didn t like me since I had been there many times before, which is just plain discrimination just because you don t like someone for how they look or the color of their skin. Anyway, I asked the manager why they didn t picked up my calls but they did picked the others and she responded in Spanish because I instructed the employee , I told her I was gonna be contacting the owner and leaving feedback. Overall they provide bad customer service for customers that they don t like even if you behave nicely and I never gave them a reason for this treatment, they just didn t like me.

The menu is very rich, the waitresses are very friendly, but the manager, Rocio N, how disgusting a person is so arrogant and rude. Arrogance does not work in customer service. I heard they are ranked 3rd in texas, i say 1rst. Manterey burger 1/4 or 1/2 lbs. Full flavor and hits the spot. Full belly wanting more. Dont believe me eat there and see for your self. Oh the staff does not speak much if any english, but food makes up for it.

This place is okay, I got their Cortadillo Norteno, and it lacked flavor, I had to douse it with a lot of salsa. The green salsa was good and the salsa with the chips were good, which typically I judge a spot by their salsa. If the salsa is good, then the food will be good, which isnt the case for this spot in my opinion.

First time here and is not a place we will be visiting again soon. I know theres other locations and may think about checking those out but this one in Pasadena we will not be visiting again. It was a long wait for us to be seated which is understandable for a party of 8 but a party of 7 that came after us got seated first. It was 15 minutes before we had a waitres come ask for our order. I told her it was 3 people for our ticket and she said they had a new system so that when we pay at the register when were done that we just tell them what we had. I ordered the sopes plate and that was good. My husband said the menudo was alright. Only once after we received our food did we have anyone come check to see how we were doing or if we needed anything. No to go boxes offered. Paying our ticket was a hassle. The lady was charging everything to one ticket(because our waitress put it all together) and took at least 10 minutes of back and forth with the cash register person to get it done. We just had a menudo, sopes plate, cup of broth, and a horchata and jamaica but for whatever reason this lady was not comprehending and still trying to have everything on one ticket. The place is small and crowded. Parking is limited. We had to park across the street. Maybe for a one or two person eat out its a good option, maybe other waitresses are good, Im not sure. But for this experience i give it a 3 star rate and only because my food and drink were good. Kid-friendliness: Im not sure if they have any kid options. We were not offered a kids menu for our toddler so i ordered a broth for her.

And Ive been to several toasts but this is a disaster, bad organization in the dining room with the waitresses taking a long time to go and the manager just standing there doing nothing, doesnt say hello, doesnt say thank you, with a face of great friends for not saying another word (gabriela) The truth is, very bad service, the food was very bad, burnt eggs, cold beans and the manager was not interested. I never came back. I came a year ago before and I didnt have such a bad experience. How is it?
