They will never return your calls ! They will put you on the back burner while telling things that will not happen. Then when you decide to not use them and get a refund. The will make up ridiculous charges and say that you own them more. Just FYI every time you talk to the secretary you get charged $10 she says that she ll leave a message and they will get back with you and they never do. It was like I just donated $4000 to them. Keep in mind I m a single mother. But they will reap what they sow ! They will reap what they sow !

Mr. Mitchell and his awesome staff, including Brittinay, represented me in my First Offense DWI case. I believe he did an excellent job at his representation of what actually took place during a traffic stop and further events of that awful evening! Mr. Mitchell spent more than two years on my case and I could not have asked for a more diligent lawyer! If I had the ability to use more than 5 stars I would definitely have done so. Mr. Mitchell and his team made sure I was comfortable during the entire trial process and would often check on me to make sure I was ok. It was not easy to go through the entire process, however, I had an awesome lawyer by my side the entire time! On July 4th, 2019 I had got arrested for DWI. From the very beginning I didnt feel comfortable about the arrest and reached out to a few lawyers. The first one i reached out to said he would try to get me probation but i didnt feel right about him or whether his mind was in it. Then i met Mr. Brennon Mitchell. Brennon made me feel like family from the very first time that i talked to him. From the very beginning he was determined that i was innocent and he didnt like the evidence that had been brought against me. He worked harder than i ever expected him to and fought even harder for me than i expected. He even spent his whole Easter weekend at the office getting things ready for trial. On November 11th, 2017, I was arrested for DWI. I blew .137 in the jail and it confused me because I did not feel even slightly intoxicated the entire night. I figured I would hire Brennan to plead guilty on my behalf and hope for a decent sentence. After an interview, and viewing the evidence of the night of the arrest, Brennan convinced me to take the case to trial, as he truly believed me to be innocent. You look great on video. Theres no way you accurately blew a .137 that night. There must be something wrong with that machine. We took the case to trial and there I met his paralegal, Brittiany, who worked just as diligently as he did to affirm my innocence. Upon further investigation, Brennan discovered that the State Trooper who arrested me that night did not comply with the STANDARDIZED test to prove I was intoxicated. After an hour of deliberation, the jury of 6 of my peers found me NOT GUILTY. Mr. Mitchell is a fantastic lawyer. He doesnt care who he upsets in the courtroom. As long as it serves in the best interest of his client. I was highly impressed with how he represented me. And the verdict is a testimony to his skill in science and legality of a DWI stop. If you ever find yourself in my predicament, I wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Mitchells firm!

We hired Brennon to assist with a custody order modification with regard to my 12 year old daughter and ex-husband at her request.
