I always have a great office visit when I have to go to my appointments. The staff are very organized from the front off the office to the back. Dr Garza is very compassionate, Very understanding and listens. I definitely recommend anyone especially females if you need anything. I would most definitely recommend this office. I absolutely love Lee Garza. I have seen Dr. Cole since 2007 and was devastated when I found out she was leaving. She couldn t have picked a better person to replace her!! Love how Dr. Garza actually has a conversation with you and isn t just rushing in and rushing out to the next patient. That s what I LOVED and Dr. Cole. There aren t many doctors out there anymore that take their time with patients. So sad that Dr. Cole will no longer be there, but so extremely happy with her replacement Best wishes to Dr. Cole and her recent move.

The staff is amazing. Most always remember me and do their best to work with my chaotic schedule! Lee Ann won t sugar coat anything for me or tell me what I want to hear but only the truth and does it in such a way not to make you feel bad. She gives you hope and she gives you truth. You will be very very happy with Lee Ann Garza is an amazing Nurse Practitioner I can not recommend enough! Sure there those little outliers like a nurse who isn t very personable or maybe just come off that way idk. I can say there is one nurse, Mary that is absolutely the sweetest most kind Nurse there. Ive lived in Odessa for 7yrs. Havent seen a Doctor like Dr. Lee Garza really focus on what is going on with your health, even when she is so busy with other patients. She was kind and understanding. Ive used urgent care for 6yrs as the last Dr quit and the new one that showed up was just making a check. They went above and beyond and I wasnt even ready for some of the questions that was asked. I hope shes here to stay and Im getting the rest of my family here.

Mrs. Garza is excellent at her job and actually cares. Ive been through situations where people just go through the motions and give you what you want without worrying about what you actually want need. That could put at risk health wise. Mrs. Garza figured out my needs and got my blood pressure regulated so that I could continue with the treatments I wanted. (TRT)

I am so impressed with Lee Garza. She actually listens to my concerns and has suggestions and answers. I only have one other doctor who has done multiple orthopedic surgeries on me that I trust with my life, and Lee has helped me so much with my personal and female issues with great encouraging success. So I don t say this lightly, but Lee is the other one that I completely trust with my care and my life. I was with my original Doctor ,Maria Cole for almost ten years before she left and I really didnt expect to get another Dr.that would be as knowledgeable and proffesional as Dr.Lee Garza shes an excellent listener to everything you have to say and makes you feel comfortable and well taken care of .. I am Beyond grateful that she is my new doctor. And of course I cant leave out the ladies in the front and the staff...there kindness and friendliness is one of the best They are all so caring and proffesional ..HIGHLY RECOMMEND

First of all.. WHAT?! My experience here was OUTSTANDING!!! Staff is VERY friendly, from the beautiful red headed lady in the lobby, to all the nurses. Lee Ann was VERY friendly, polite and explained everything to me. She told me step by step what we were doing. She was quick and answered all my questions. they are very professional, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! Keep the good work, it s very difficult to find a place like this here in Odessa!

I went in for a regular health check appt, but did not get as far as actually seeing the doctor. This was my first time here, and had high hopes for this doctor s office considering all the positive reviews. However, I was quickly put off by the questions I was having to answer in my new patient paperwork. Questions like do you have any guns in your home? and what was your assigned gender at birth? Me having or not having guns in my home is none of their business and has nothing to do with me seeing the doctor, and my assigned gender at birth ??? Give me a break! That told me all I needed to know right then and there about this practice, and I m not going to mess with that. I told the receptionist to cancel my appt and I walked out. If you have conservative values and are thinking about going here, beware!

Do not go here I have been on Wegovy for over 2 years... my original Nurse closed her practice and I had to switch. It went fine for 1.5 years until they tried to Illegally charge $50 outside my insurance. My weightloss was medically necessary and they said it was in a contract... There was never a contract and then she started getting an attitude because her incompetence. My insurance covers my Medically necessary weightloss.
