HORRIBLE experience. don t recommend especially if traveling with a service dog as the MANAGER of the hotel doesn t know the ADA laws. my room wasn t cleaned all the way. there were long black hairs on the hand towels that were hanging up. there wasn t a drain for the tub, i had to stuff a washcloth in the drain (yes i called and asked for an extra one but the front desk guy said there s not). the front desk guy also charged the wrong card. when checking in i handed him the card i wanted charged instead of the one i made the reservation with and he typed it in but somehow still charged the wrong one. there was what looked like part of a shoelace on the door handle inside the room. while getting breakfast the manager, deanna, tried to tell me the ada law is to have my SD lay down on the tile away from the food while i get my breakfast then once i m done my dog can come retrieve me and we go on our way. the ADA says a SD can go anywhere that is open to the public. breakfast is open to the public. also instead of walking up to me and tellin me she decided to yell it across the lobby. sad that a manager of an establishment doesn t know the ADA laws and decided to yell across the lobby at me. very unprofessional. it s been almost 2 weeks and i still haven t gotten a call back from the owner. i guess he doesn t mind the person that s running his hotel not knowing the ADA laws and getting him a potential lawsuit. do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

Everything was fine except that they charged me twice on the card and the receptionist told me that the money for one of the charges was going to be returned but they did not charge me both on the card. It was ok, but the elevator wasn t working, the juice machine for the breakfast wasn t working; Food and drinks: There is a bending machine; the breakfast is really limited to crumbled eggs, bread with gravy, waffles, and cereal, this last one I could try it because there was no milk.

Only one smoking room available at the best price. Ended up having to book a suite on the third floor it still smelled overwhelmingly of cigarette smoke. The elevator didnt work, I was given one of the last of 3 nonsmoking rooms ON THE THIRD FLOOR. The desk clerk was stressed and not friendly. Didnt even offer to help with luggage.

Manager with the glasses kicked me n my children out after a man complained that my children were in the hallway playing kickball which was a compete LIE. That man was the same man who took pictures of my children in their towels and was confronted about it. It is disgusting! Human trafficking is very real especially in this area.. stay safe !

We recently visited family in the area and usually ended up staying at the Ramada, but we decided to try this hotel instead. We arrived late after driving from Flagstaff, Arizona, and booked two nights online without seeing the hotel beforehand. Fortunately, they were able to accommodate our request for a first-floor room since we were traveling with three adults, one baby, and a significant amount of luggage. Unfortunately, the elevator was out of order, and we were unable to use the stairs. Upon check-in, the staff kindly provided us with a glass of milk for our grandsons bottle, saving us the trouble of searching for a store. The room and bathroom appeared to be clean. However, we only had two towels and had to request two more, which they promptly provided. While the indoor pool was a nice amenity, it was quite cold, and the hot tub was not functioning. Additionally, towels were not available in the pool area, and our request for some was denied. We assure you that we had no intention of stealing their small, yellowish-looking towels. The breakfast was satisfactory, although the eggs were not fresh and came from a carton. However, I enjoyed the biscuit and gravy, as well as the apple juice.

Found this location by accident. I booked a room and showed up after 7 pm to check in due to my work schedule. The only room available was on the third floor. The elevator is out of order. I have too, much work equipment to take three flights of stairs. The lovely Lady at the desk asked if I needed a room with two beds. I told her I booked two beds because that is all that was available on line. Im alone so one bed would be fine. She had a king room on the first floor behind the office. She offered me the room and showed it to me. It was perfect, clean and cold. After a long day I appreciated her accommodating me. The pool was refreshing, breakfast is small but its food, better than nothing. The hot tub is out of order as well. It didnt bother me due to the current heat. The pool is much better. I would return and recommend. Rooms: Very clean Safety: One way in and one way out of the parking lot. Away from walking traffic. Felt very safe

We had a tech stay at this hotel and it was very unpleasant for him. It smelled bad and was not clean. On top of that, it took 3 days for anyone to get back with me when I requested an invoice for the stay, after multiple requests. The responses were via email and extremely unprofessional/rude... In all caps and using language like cuz and TY everything misspelled, and all of this was apparently from the site manager.

We happened upon this hotel by chance. All the other hotels were booked when we got into town. This hotel had a clean, safe room for a little cheaper price than others. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast choices could have been better, but it was sufficient. We would stay here again!

The room I had booked was 103 and the air conditioner was broken which doesnt seem like much of an issue since its winter time but the hotel was kept very hot in the lobby and around the halls, the fitness room had a total of 3 exercise machines and only one of them worked with them being very old. The pool was at a good temperature but the hot tub was broken. Food and drinks: Had a good included breakfast

the room itself was fine my only issue was with a staff member at the front desk! she was very rude. Indian lady with glasses. I overslept and came down to pay my room a little late. I had been staying for 4 days prior and this was the only time I overslept and didnt pay my room by 11. she yelled at me because I overslept and when I tried to pay the first time she told me that she wasnt gonna let me pay for another night. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she wasnt going to call him. She did end up letting me pay for one more night (it was going to be my last night any ways) and she tried to keep my change. not worried about the change it was only 3 dollars. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR DESK STAFF BETTER. this made my entire experience terrible.

This hotel is a NIGHTMARE. Never have I ever been treated so poorly in my life! No hot water, shower didnt work, oh! and dont forget the bed bugs. There is so much to say about this stay.. first with my husband and me with 7 kids under 14 this was the only place I could find that had room I called and was able to find out they have suites for us all to be together! Our room is a large room with 4 queen beds!! Not crowded!. We also had our family from Odessa come and hang out and had plenty of room for everyone to walk around. I was worried because where we are from a super 8 is like the last resort like just sleep in the car instead! But we came in and it was clean and everything worked (ac)! Front desk was as happy to help with anything we needed. We enjoyed our first stay so much we booked for a second night for the next day. We took off for errands and came back and housekeeping had obviously been in and cleaned up our room for us and had my daughters teddy bears sitting on the bed for her when she arrived! It s was so welcoming to come in and see our stuff just placed neatly so they could clean up and make our beds! We enjoyed the indoor pool as well! And also I have to mention the price! The price we paid for this suite would had been the price we would have paid for 1 room but bc of our big family we would ve had to get 2 rooms. So this definitely saved some money! And location was great easy to get in and out!

This hotel does not qualify to be a good nights stay. There is no hot water, I got 2 rooms for 2 nights and niether room had hot water. Teenagers ran the halls knocking on doors and were very loud all night long. The breakfast was the worst Ive seen. No coffee. No juice. Make a waffle, sure but no syrup. The pool water gave my daughter an ear ache.... dont waste money staying here, its not worth it.

The lady at the front desk was super nice and sweet. But the room was super gross, the ac didn t work good and took awhile for it to get lower than 80 degrees. The indoor pool was DISGUSTING! It looked like it hadn t been cleaned in a long time. The water was tinted greenish. There was Stuff floating Everywhere , bunch of debris at the bottom of the pool. Absolutely horrible property. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else. We chose to stay here because they are 1 of 2 properties in Odessa with an indoor pool. Pool area is disgusting, cracks on the sheetrock, rust everywhere. Left around midnight after several complaints to the front about the people above us running and jumping and bouncing around where nobody could sleep and they did nothing. Poor hotel and poor management.

This location is clean and roomy. The staff is nice and courteous. The only thing I would say that is negative, is that there are smoking rooms on all three floors and the smell waffles out of the smoking rooms and sometimes does go in the the non-smoking rooms. Breakfast is good but in my opinion there is not enough to go around. Meaning, that breakfast runs out quickly. And for the staff to replenish breakfast takes them a little longer than a person may have to wait. So the last two times I have stayed here I don t even stay for breakfast. I just go somewhere else for breakfast.

The staff was friendly, the room was nice and clean but, it felt kinda damp. There were a few things that were kind of a downer though. First, the bed just wasnt comfortable to me.(this is just my opinion) the ice machines did not work, the elevator sounded rough Everytime we used it, and the biscuits were cold at breakfast. The only other thing that was a bummer was(again, this is just my opinion) that pool didnt open til 10am. I was really looking forward to a nice dip before I checked out. Well, it was a room that I felt safe in, about sums up the positives. The breakfast, you may as well eat out, as this is just plain bad. I had a room that had stains on the chair, 224. Who knows what happened there... I rated the place mediocre because the breakfast, the broken phone, dirty chair, the front desk bringing me downstairs so they can ask a question they resolved without even needing information from me, etc... Stay, if it is the last option...

Fantastic facility: 3 star hotel quality in a budget priced motel. Staff was extremely friendly and attentive. My only complaints were that the beds could have been just a little bit softer compared to other Super 8s that Ive stayed at, and the sheets and towels seemed just a little bit rough. That being said, I would definitely stay here again. A good value for the money.

Im a Vietnamese American and arrived at the hotel at 3am last night. There were barely any cars so I knew they had plenty of rooms. I came to the front desk with my ID and credit card and asked for a room. He pointed to a sign that states check in is at 2PM. I told him I understand and I would like a room right now and stated I would be out by 11am. He once again pointed to the sign and told me that I couldnt check in right now. We went through this 1 more time before I said forget about it and I went to another hotel. This is textbook RACISM. I will never come to any super 8 again.

You look at the price on the website, take a taxi, go, arrive, and there the price has been multiplied by 2. You talk about it and they offer to book from the website, but when you do this, those cheap prices are no longer there. Of course! The Internet speed of the Indian woman at the reception is faster than that of your mobile :-) It will be something like this.

The hotel itself is really good. The staff is very polite and great at what the do. The support for anything in the hotel. From a dryer to a vending machine. Nothing really works like it should. I know. I should not use anything at the hotel too expensive. But. Didn t really want to go anywhere. I m working nights.
