I was referred by a family member not to sure I was convinced but decided to call. Spoke to Sam and she explained the in and outs of the whole process very thorough and detailed, thought it was to good to be true. Decided to go ahead and do it had nothing to loose my credit was like 495. Been communicating with her and there was an increase and received a call my credit is at 700 plus. I strongly recommend great people awesome results.

Edited... Towards the end they were really hard to get ahold of to give documents from creditors that they asked for. And in turn nothing past that point went great. Good in the beggining but not towards the end. They work closely with both me and my husband on what needs to be done and getting things done. Definately worth it even if you know how to do all this cause you really dont have to worry about anything. They do it all for you

Do not recommend at all! Complete waste of money. Lesa is great a getting you in the door but once you start paying they don t care about you what so ever. Been paying for a year now and nobody has ever reached out to me to communicate what s going on I m constantly having to call and make an apt not to mention I ve had my apt rescheduled so many times and sometimes they didn t even bother to call or nothing till the last minute. Very unprofessional and my credit has made very lil improvement considering how much money I ve paid them.

Me and my wife went to the Credit Firm with a low credit score due to a few years of hard times. I met with our specialist Linda, who explained their plan and laid out the actions we were going to take. It took time and it was worth every penny we spent. Our credit score improved, we now have our home and that second vehicle we so badly needed. I implore you to give them a chance to let them try and help. They will give you a plan, just do what they tell you, stay in contact with them and you will come out for the better.

I payed $1,000 and they didnt do anything at all for me. Never again. I wish i could post pictures of my payments and contract with Credit firm just to proof that what Im saying is true but unfortunately theres no way to do so. I spoke to Troy, he is very informative on that 1st day and douse know his stuff but unfortunately Credit Firm didnt help me. I usually dont put comments but this time i felt like it just wasnt fair for me or for other people to spend their hard earned money to get nothing in return. Basically i felt like i payed to get information that very 1st day for me to sign that contract saying basically that the customer can do all Credit Firm is doing but that Credit firm douse it cause they know how to.

Troy was soo informative! Not only showed how they could help me but also educated me on things I needed to continue on my end to keep helping my credit score. Periodic updates along the way and they are LOCAL! You actually know who you are talking to! They are top notch, nothing like the big name brand company Id used before that did nothing but take my money and not help educate me and only called when the payment was due. You get what you pay for, I highly recommend them! Oh, did I mention they had me ready to buy my house in five months?!? I had been with the other company a year and a half without any progress.
