I am a regular of the east side human bean but I had to go today to this one and the 2 young little skinny Mexican girls are so rude. I usually get 3 scoops of snowy in my iced 16 ounce coffee since I m a regular and was charged 75cents for half a scoop. The girl was so rude and didn t even say thank you and her and the other employee were talking about me about the extra scoop. Coffee here is really bad. I will stick to my human bean on the east side, this one is the worst! Won t come here again!

We have become repeat customers for coffee and their bubbly energy drinks. Everything is very affordable. The staff members are friendly and happily make suggestions that are catered to our liking.

Would get more but, just left this location asked for a French vanilla latte but got hazelnut latte instead. Now just gotta take the L and throw the coffee. The coffee covered beans will probably the only thing Ill get from here. Just attention to detail is lacking in this town.

The staff here are very nice and accommodating, every time I ask for a suggestion its come out great. The Human Bean is definitely more for the heavy coffee drinkers.

I have been there for a couple of days and I havent seen the little girl who took good care of me & my orders , named Jeinaly. Because of her, I went to this place because of her kind attention. (Managers) I think they dont care about their good employees and let them go, what a shame for the managers at this time,,products are good.

Only 3 stars because we never had any problems with this place, but today the server was lacking, she didn t gave us the chocolate express beans on top if the drinks and she also didn t give us the covers to grab the hot drinks and that is dangerous.

THE REASON I DO NOT SUPORT SMALL BUSINESSES !!! Poor service they use nasty water for the coffee!!!! I had to Throw my coffe away more than once!!! and then HE complain about my sugar intake??? not to forget I was a regular and tipped well !!!!! Small business owners are way to MONEY HUNGRY and that is y they fall !! Treat ur customers BETTER !! They are what makes ur business run !! IM NOW BACK AT STARBUCKS !! PS super disappointed!!! The owner can do much better

Enjoy getting my coffee here, only thing that bothered me was trying in the evening a couple times always thought they closed early until I looked up the hours, I realized the Night Shift doesn t turn on the open sign or the building lights. The entire place looks closed. It was 8:20 and I drove thru and let them know it s too dark and looks closed. Also that the sign was off, the girl just laughed and took my order. Still did not turn anything on. So it s done intentionally to avoid night service. Disappointing
