Hello, good afternoon, I do not recommend going to this restaurant because the manager is very racist and does not serve you as she should. She is a very rude person. I hope you can do something about it. I used to like going to this place. Now I do not recommend it. It is garbage. The name of the manager on the door is Sara Ibarra. How disappointing.

good afternoon Yesterday, Wednesday the 18th at 1:00 pm, I went with my family to return to this place and when the manager Sara Ibarra entered, she ignored me and denied me entry to the restaurant and told me that she was not going to serve me and she did not give me explanation he only told me to leave in front of my family This is a lack of respect for me and my family and discrimination. I was not going to ask for anything for free. I was going to pay for our food and it is unfair that this person treats us like this, no justification. What a shame but we will go again and I will tell family and friends not to go to this restaurant ever again.

Ive been absent for 4 years from this place ,Being I was living in the northern usa. The portions r noticeably smaller, prices ofcourse r up. The one thing that would sway me ,,,,,is this is a huge reason why I dont go. They dont put salsa out where the customers can help themselfs. And they sometimes charge for extra salsa . They didnt this time ,I asked. But too win me back from Taco cabana. Listen Im not the only one who thinks this ,,put the Sala out too the customers, like taco cabana...too win me back!!!!!

I don t usually leave negative reviews, especially about fuzzys because most fuzzys locations I love. The service at the rufe snow location was just horrible. I just waited at the counter for 10 min while the employee stood right in front of us and looked over some sort of paper work. Looked up at us twice and literally said nothing, as he continued to look through this binder of paperwork. Then after 10 minutes he walked to the kitchen with his paperwork and didn t return. We just walked out without even ordering. At least acknowledge your customers I would ve waited if he simply said sorry one sec I m going through something.

My friend and I came in a little before 9 on Friday and the guy at the front desk (glass, hat, kinda short) was incredibly rude. I asked him about a menu item and he looked at me like I had 3 eyes and told me he didnt know. Then when I asked him to modify something he became obviously frustrated with me and told me something about thats not how his computer system works, I dont work there so I dont know how it works, Im not sure why he was upset with me. He was so rude the whole time. Im not sure if he was just having a bad night but I will always walk back out of this location if I came back and he was at the counter.

I want to start off with stating I pride myself in being someone super patient with food industry. Anyone that knows me personally knows this, our kids know this (and are the same). I was raised in the food industry, worked in it and my husband has worked in it for a LONG time. The food I received from this particular location last time, its like they lost the lid to their salt shaker, dumped so much of it on the food burned my mouth, and sent it on its way. This time I went in and the kitchen staff were loud and crude. (I also get this and its cool theyre this comfortable with one another, but youre going to end up with an offended customer eventually with the cussing going on), so just be careful here. The restaurant was dirty. And I had to wait at the front for a while before anyone even acknowledged I was there. Im also short, so I could excuse this easily... But imagine if someone shorter or even in a wheelchair, possibly not even being known that theyre there because the front staff are back there chitchatting with friends. Anywho, Im hoping the food is better this time. I only came back because Im a sucker for the grilled shrimp tacos. Thats what was messed up last time and Im hoping theyre great this time. I just want to see yall thrive here. Theres 6 cars here right now at supper time and I feel I must not be the only one having a bad time here recently. Hoping to it getting better.

Now I rarely leave negative reviews but this one I have to hopefully management takes this as feedback. I got the crispy corn tortilla, tortilla is not crispy, taste like it s been sitting out which made it staled. The presentation of the Togo plate was not very presentable at all. Lettuce was mixed in with rice and beans and beans all over the plate. This will probably be my last time eatting here. Honestly not worth it.

Unfortunately I didnt get my food nor my money refunded. I asked for grilled chicken tacos to go. After paying I noticed my receipt said dine in so I politely informed the cashier of the mistake. After I sat down again I noticed she put shredded instead of grilled so went to inform her again. This time she got an attitude and insisted that I said shredded. She said I would have to pay the difference which wasnt that much however she kept repeating herself saying that she repeated the order back, ultimately insinuating it was my fault. At this point I didnt want to argue so I asked for a refund. She said there are no cash refunds and I would have to accept a gift card. When I asked her to show me where this policy is stated, she then changed it to come back tomorrow to speak with the manager Sarah. I asked her if I could leave my information and she said no. I said again Id like to leave my information and she said angrily that she would tell her. Then she turns away to speak with the other works in Spanish about the situation. I left without food and my money. Im willing to update my review if this issue is resolved in a timely manner because I have no problem with the food. I just had grilled chicken tacos a few days ago and they were delicious which is why I returned today. But to be treated rudely due to someone elses mistake is unprofessional and unnecessary. Update spoke with Sarah the next day; she was very polite and issued a refund with no problem.

Came in today for lunch and the lovely lady up front kayln was super helpful. I just started keto and she gave me a lot of options on the menu that can be made into a keto meal. I was pleasantly surprised when she mentioned a managers special keto bowl. It came with ground beef, fajita chicken, fajita beef, lettuce, pico, quac, sour cream, cheese and avocado slices, it was delicious and worth every penny! i will definitely come back!

Very DISAPPOINTED. Friday night the 24th I came to this location hoping to grad something to eat to bring home to eat. My girlfriend and I were hungry after a wedding. When we pulled up it was 1045. The website sight said they were open until 1200 and the door unlocked. I stood up front for about 5 minutes. While standing up front a gentleman kept looking at and saying something to someone. He was a shorter Hispanic male. When he finally came up front he told they were closed. I said your website said 1200. He said no, 11 and pointed at the door. I told him your food even says 1200. He told me no we are close and gesture me to leave. When me walked be began to scratch off the 12. My girlfriend and I will not be come back to this location. Honor your operation hours.

My friends and I recently visited Fuzzy Tacos, and unfortunately, it was a disappointment. We have been to other Fuzzy Tacos locations before and had pleasant experiences, but this particular visit left a lot to be desired. First and foremost, the quesadillas we ordered were the worst we have ever tried in our lives. They lacked flavor and were incredibly dry. Additionally, to our dismay, the host got our order wrong. We specifically requested chicken quesadillas, but when the food arrived, they almost had no chicken in them. It was truly disappointing. The overall experience at Fuzzy Tacos was poor. It was disheartening to encounter such issues, especially when we had never experienced any problems at other Fuzzy Tacos locations. We expected better quality and service. Hopefully, the management will take note of our experience and make necessary improvements to ensure that others do not encounter similar disappointments. We hope that our negative experience was a one-time occurrence and that Fuzzy Tacos will regain its reputation for providing enjoyable dining experiences.

The worker named Kayla wouldnt serve us alcohol because she said it was a fake even she was 23. We asked for a manager and she wouldnt even talk to us and didnt give us the workers name to complain. Brisket tacos a little too salty but still tasty, beans were cold so I didnt eat them. The 4th of July themed frozen margarita topped with peach liquor was delicious the place is kinda dated and could use a deep cleaning compared to the Lake Worth and Keller locations. The staff was friendly and attentive.

Had dinner there last night and it was awful. Gentlemen at the counter taking the order was nice however when I went to go pickup my food from the counter my wife s entire order was wrong. The sides were wrong and her tacos were prepared incorrectly. When I mentioned it to the cooks the just scoffed at me. The gentleman that took my order apologized and went and fixed her tacos. My food was cold before I even got it to my table and was awful. As I approached the window to pickup my food I saw one of the cooks throw the taco on my plate and the filling of the taco went all over the plate and the shell fell off to the side and I saw him with his bare hand pickup the shell and stuff a little of the ground beef that had fallen out back into the taco terrible service and quality. To top it off this is the second type of experience like this in the last 2 months. I like Fuzzy s but will not be back to this location and recommend anyone who wants Fuzzy s to go to a different location. It s unfortunate because this location use to be good

Probably the worst Fuzzys location around Ive picked up for door dash here and gone in to pick up food for myself. My latest trip consisted of me waiting 20 minutes for my order then after that wait they came to me and asked me to contact the customer and inform them they were out of the meat that they had ordered. Same yourself some time and drive to a different location.... Parking: Parking here is terrible.

Ive never had a problem till now. I set a pickup order for a certain time and sent my mother to pick up my order since I was at work. After 20 minutes I called the restaurant to see what the hold up was. The guy told me there were only 2 people in the kitchen and they were 40 orders behind. The problem I have with this is there has ALWAYS been 2 or 3 people in the kitchen but this wait is ridiculous. I might strongly be rethinking ordering again cause I am very busy and dont have this kind of time to wait.

Fuzzys on Rufe Snow NRH is gross! Doesnt even deserve a single star. The shrimp burrito came out cold and wet, the enchiladas were so hard you couldnt even out a fork thru them. Sweet tea was unsweetened! Worst experience ever, we will not be back! A huge waste of $25.

They never label the tacos you order. The queso recipe changes to whatever they have on hand. The classic white queso is not always what you should expect from a Fuzzy s. Food tends to be like warm. I come to Fuzzy s primarily for the queso. Nothing worse than ordering your favorite queso and biting into something that is totally off the mark.

Want to worry that your silverware hasnt been washed and you may get a communicable disease? This is the place! We came here at the recommendation of Firestone two blocks away. It looked like it was empty @8 am. This was a sign. We should have sought another breakfast restaurant. We ordered breakfast taco plates. My order was wrong, but the friendly cashier came with two more tacos. The shredded beef was dry. I took the least dirty flatware and wiped it off. We wont be back. When we arrived, there was no music and several men working. There were a handful of folks working on their computers. A Pirates Life for Me was a game playing over and over like a surreal nightmare. Update: the restaurant asked to contact me. I emailed them back and didnt see a response. I have never put such a low rating. I give the benefit of the doubt. This was terrible.
