I ordered a grilled chicken salad with only chicken for $20 and they didnt put any chicken on it! All I wanted was the chicken and nothing else. Horrible, why wouldnt I just paid $10 for a salad if I didnt want chicken.... worst 20 bucks I spent. Im in the hospital and was looking forward to some non hospital food but ended up paying $20 for a handful aka $1 worth of lettuce..

I went to this establishment and received poor service from my waitress. The waitress spoke horribly about me and my party to the other staff members. During my experience, I try to get the attention of several other waitresses after not seeing mine for a while, and I was ignored.. My food was old when it arrived at the table, because she did not think that she was going to receive a tip however, I paid my tip separate from my bill. I received old food. It was very sad to see that once she saw that she was tipped at the end of my experience that she tried to change her attitude. Horrible experience, I will never go to this location again.

We went there early afternoon to beat the rush. The food wasnt the best. It was ok. Everyone in my party agreed that the food just didnt have any flavor. The waitress I had to yell at her across the room just to get more tea. Twice. Then just had to leave the money on the table because she ignored us the whole time. Title: A Catastrophic Dining Disaster at Applebees Review: My recent visit to Applebees left me utterly flabbergasted and deeply disappointed. I had a simple request for my order - to remove the lettuce and add extra rice. However, the incompetence displayed by both the server and the kitchen staff was nothing short of mind-boggling. To begin with, despite specifically requesting the removal of lettuce, my dish arrived drowning in a sea of greenery. It seemed as if the server didnt even bother to pay attention to my order, completely disregarding my preferences. But the calamity didnt end there. In a baffling turn of events, the rice, the very ingredient I requested more of, was mysteriously absent from my plate. It was as if the kitchen staff actively conspired against me to ensure every aspect of my order was botched. While the manager eventually stepped in to rectify the situation, it should never have come to that point in the first place. A competent and attentive server should have addressed the issue promptly, without the need for the managers intervention. Adding insult to injury, the overall service experience was abysmal. The lack of basic amenities such as napkins and the failure to refill our water glasses were glaring examples of the neglectful environment that permeated throughout the establishment. Its astonishing that such elementary tasks were overlooked, leaving customers to fend for themselves and endure an uncomfortable and frustrating dining experience. All in all, my visit to Applebees was nothing short of a nightmare. From the blatant disregard of my order instructions to the abysmal service that lacked even the most basic amenities, it was a masterclass in how to turn an evening of dining into an ordeal. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Applebees based on this woeful experience. There are countless other restaurants that prioritize customer satisfaction and take pride in their service, so I implore you to explore those options instead.

The worst dining experience of my life. The server with the spiked hair was very very rude. Clearly had no idea how to serve or take orders and messed up our order even after specifically mentioning it twice. After calling the manager (who came after the 10 minutes and was very sarcastic) our correct order finally came. Food was mediocre. Depressing ambiance. Came hungry, left sad. Wouldn t even recommend to my worst enemy.

They were 45 minutes late with my order then the pasta & sauce were ice cold. When I spoke with a manager, he said You want me to nuke it for you? If I wanted microwave food I could had just went to the store and microwave at home. Then he said its Applebees policy to nuke the food. I worked at upscale restaurants whereas they saved some of the boiling pasta water to re heat the pasta but they sauces were kept warm for serving. Will not dine at Applebees ever again. Its just a happy hour spot going forward.

As a passionate food enthusiast, the experience I recently had placing an order over the phone left much to be desired. I had anticipated taking advantage of a 2 for $25 deal, but the automated system proved incapable of comprehending my request, leading to a total cost exceeding $50. Reluctantly, I had to avail the assistance of a live person, only to be met with further disappointment, as the final cost came out to be exorbitant and misleading. To my utmost disappointment, the 8-ounce sirloin steak that I ordered failed to live up to my expectations. The presentation did not match that pictured online, and worst of all, the texture proved incredibly tough, rendering a full third of the steak inedible. Despite my explicit instructions on how I would like it cooked, it fell short of my expectations, significantly souring my experience. As an individual with a profound appreciation for exceptional culinary experiences, I deem it regretful that I shall now have to seek solace in more conventional delicacies like burgers or salmon. The entire experience left me far from impressed. The customer service was great.

I am very disappointed in the quality of food I received. I have visited this establishment before and received a pretty good hamburger so I thought we would go back. Huge mistake and we will never go back again! I ordered 2 orders of chicken tenders with fries and the chicken tenders were so old, and so hard, they didn t even have any chicken inside! They could have took a few minutes to drop some new chicken tenders instead of serving me food that had been sitting for several hours. Not to mention the stomach aches that came along with that. I don t know what they are doing back there in that kitchen but it must be filthy and a lot of cross contamination! They should be ashamed of themselves serving food like that! I also ordered 2 steaks that were over seasoned with broccoli that was old and not even green anymore. Take my advice and take your money elsewhere! I will never spend my money or eat at this establishment again. I want my money back, period! Thank you for the horrible experience so I know not to ever go back again.

The restaurant is dirty. The carpet is so soiled its slick. The manager is a slacker his employees were just hanging around. My food was awful my steak was blue rare/cold and raw in center, they brought a new steak out and that one was obviouslymicrowaved into oblivion, wont ever return. I will be straight to the point. Food - if there was less than one star I would place NEGATIVE. If there s any management try that good if you dare. See the pictures. My wife ordered a steak that had so much black pepper on it that you could not even eat it and looked burned. The Mac & Cheese pasta with fried chicken was soaked in allegedly honey that was just unbearable. The only eatable thing was the Pretzel Sticks. This one comes with cheese sauce that I would call cheese water - does not taste as cheese at all. Service got three stars only because of the waitress, she was nice and polite and did her best. I am not sure if the management showed her the food and allowed her to taste it. Host was totally different story - talk chunky guy that looked extremely depressed, no greetings nor welcomes when a customer comes in, no smile at all. I was surprised he made us and the family before us wait to get a table when on the left side of the entrance were occupied only 2 tables, 3 on the right side and a few more on the far side across the bar. Atmosphere - sticky floor all over, looks like the carpet has never been washed, bathroom floor was sticky as well. I will definitely not recommend this place for anyone. Ah, I don t want to mention the stomach issues 10 minutes after leaving the establishment. Definitely not going there again.

We dropped into Applebee s after I saw an ad for $5 appetizers and Dollaritas and was curious to try everything out. We stopped in on a Friday night around 7:15pm. The restaurant was pretty busy but we were still seated in 15 minutes and our host and waitress were both prompt and attentive. We ordered Beer Pub Pretzels, Chicken Quesadillas, Boneless Buffalo Wings, and Spinach & Artichoke Dip, and a couple of Dollaritas. Our drinks arrived in under 5 minutes and our food was ready in 15 minutes. All of the food was hot, fresh, and tasty, but the Beer Pub Pretzels were definitely the standout. They were crispy, soft and buttery and served with cheese sauce as well as a delicious honey mustard dipping sauce. The drinks were an excellent value-they definitely surpassed our expectations for the price. I d highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quick tasty bar food in a relaxed environment.

The food was OK and the service was OK. But the server didnt give us an itemized receipt. He brought the bill with the final amount due and I wasnt paying attention so I just added the tip and signed it. The next day I was thinking about the total and realized that it was too high. We went back to the restaurant and spoke with a manager who pulled the receipt and verified that we were charged an additional meal and drink that totaled about $25. He said that he would credit the amount to the card we used. I kinda thought he would give us a coupon or something for our time and hassle but nope.

Normally the family and I love going to Applebees. Last night though the waiter brought the wrong side for my son and the wrong appetizer for my wife and me. I didnt really get a chance to tell him until the end because he spent an unusual amount of time chatting with some ladies at another table. I have gone to Applebees a few times in the last couple months and I always get the best service from Jay and Rachel. Jay has a bright personality that s very welcoming and makes you feel extremely comfortable! She is attentive and very well versed with pushing good items on the menu. The food was great but the service was disappointing. I am not sure the name of our server, but she was rude as soon as she approached our booth. She was tall with black hair and pink nails. Our group of 3 each ordered a soft drink (that she wrote down) and managed to get it wrong. We ordered appetizers (wonton tacos and spin dip) and when she brought them to the table said nothing out the plates down and walked away. There were no napkins or appetizer plates brought out with them. Not one time did she check on us aside from delivering our ordered items to the table(if she was even the one delivering the food). After our meals came to the table, we never saw her again. 1 dipping sauce was all we ordered and even that was wrong. We waited 10 mins for someone to walk by our table so we could get the correct sauce. We went to pay on the table tablet and there was an alcoholic beverage on our ticket that we did not order. We pressed the call server button and waited about 5 more minutes for someone to help us. Still no server, but another employee stopped and got it taken off and we were finally able to leave. I used to serve at an Applebee s for many years and was shocked with the service we received this evening. This was probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had with bad service while eating out. I hate leaving reviews, but the Ted on the table didn t allow me to leave a survey so I had to do it here.

We were served a spoiled 12oz ribeye steak. They said it would be taken off our ticket but it wasnt. We paid $108 for 4 adults to eat. None of us could finish eating the rest of our meal after realizing the steak was rotten. What an awful wasted birthday dinner.

The wait staff are the best. Friendly, accommodating and professional. We ordered the all you can eat shrimp, riblettes and chicken wings with french fri lites. The shrimp were great and so were the chicken wings but for me, the riblettes were too much trouble. They were a bit cold and had so many thin flat bones that it was messy and hard to eat. Also, you will need to place your next order when they bring your food because it takes a while for them to bring it out. Overall I give this place 4 stars. We have gone back twice and will continue going here.

CHICKEN TORTILLA SOUP. Flavor was ok. But when I got home and opened the package there was no cheese, guacamole , or tortilla chips in CHICKEN TORTILLA soup or on the side! Very disappointed. I ll never go there again, I m very disappointed that so many restaurants are NOT caring about their customers anymore.

Was good food ordered the all you can eat.. got garlic parm wings were flavored well and very large in size which was nice. Came with fries and a lil container of coleslaw. Not bad for the price. I also had the shrimp. Very good aswell it was breaded and seasoned nicely. Hubby and I had the vday drink specials and they were very good. The place was understaffed so it took a min to get orders and food but our waiter was in charge of alot of tables. He did a great job. The place was clean and staff was friendly despite being overloaded. Would deff come back to this location!

This review is directed towards Management and New Hire Candidates. I rate my server Marshal 10 stars for servicing my party of 20 solo on a Friday night. I reminded this location 1 week, 2days, and 3x same day ahead that I was coming in with a party of 15-20 since they do not accept reservations. The host made us wait 30 min and was extremely agitated that additional guest were arriving and taking up room in the entry. The poor bartender was receiving NO HELP from managers nor servers. Our server was brand new and received NO HELP from managers nor fellow servers. I witnessed a female whom we believed to be the manager come near our table, BUT ONLY TO TALK TO OUR SERVER, then go back to standing at the kitchen entry. Other than a cook bringing out one plate, not once did ANYONE come help carry a plate, take an order, nor refill drinks. I blame the highest level of management. This is disrespectful to your guest and your new employees. Tip share or not, Marshall is too good of a server/employee and I hope he moves to a location that has better staff culture and collaboration. And if Corporate is reading, I want them to know our alcohol tab would have been triple the amount if the manager actually assisted in taking drink orders, brining them over, or collecting and cleaning shot glasses. Look at the cameras 1/20/2023 8pm-11:30pm and see the quality of work from your star employee (fake name Marshall) and praise him. Half our table are servers, or past servers, and I would NEVER work for a restaurant nor manager that lacks empathy, respect, and gratitude.

Open on Christmas Day! Super busy, limited menu and long wait. But food hot, delicious and they were OPEN. Staff despite being so busy, was super great, friendly and happy to be working! Service rating down graded 1 star because they could work on better service during rushes, either more staff or floating managers that check in on all tables/staff to help the thinly staffed servers on tables/speed. I bet on a normal service day, they do an amazing job. Thank you for being open.
