Be warned. If you pay with a card, your bill will have an automatic 20% tip placed on your bill for any amount of your bill. And according to the on duty manager you will have to pay this amount that has been so conveniently printed on your bill. No if, ands, or buts about it. It doesnt even matter if youre dining by yourself. The issue that angers me is that youre forcing me to do this. There is nothing posted about this in the restaurant anywhere. At the very least it should be on the receipt. Honestly, I think this is illegal when you are forced to give a tip. In addition, if you use a credit card there will be an additional 3.4% charge on your bill because you used a credit card. Nikis are you guys really this hard up? I recommend you pay cash here because if you dont AND you dont like the service you receive YOU WILL still pay that 20% tip. How bout that.

Visiting friends from out of town. This place obviously has changed. We were a party of eight and could not hear each other talk. Only about 25 people in the bar area and the piano was so dang loud we ate our food, paid our tab and went elsewhere to visit. The food was delicious and service good. Just was too loud with so few people there. Next time well check if there is entertainment before planning another visit

I wish I could leave a review of the food, but I never got to try it. My fiancé and I were seated immediately after we arrived, but it took 10-15 minutes for our server to come check on us. She apologized and said she would not make us wait again, and then never came to our table again. We were there 50 minutes total before we decided to walk out. The bread that we got upon arrival was tasty, and the piano player added a nice touch, but we were made to feel like we were invisible. I was looking forward to trying the food, but I m not sure I ll ever go back.

Ordered the Italian Trio. Lasagna was near to none and lasagna noodles had minimal broken pieces and was given mostly marinara with mozzarella. Alfredo was good and the chicken parm was dry and tough. I ordered out, but maybe you need to dine in for a better experience.

I ve just discovered pizza jerky. Not sure what the buzz here is but I couldn t tear the pizza apart. Had no taste and was cardboard to the fullest. Glad I have chickens so at least they might be able to peck that jerky apart. Never again. Wasted 28 bucks for something I could shingle my house with. Thanks for the pizza shingles! Boo

My family and I decided to have dinner at Nikis Italian Bistro and Piano Bar in North Richland Hills, TX, and we were truly wowed by the experience. The ambiance of the restaurant is absolutely stunning. Ive never seen a restaurant so beautifully decorated it truly felt like home while dining with the family. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the hospitality was just amazing. We had Emily as our server, and she definitely went above and beyond to take care of us. Her attentive and friendly service made our evening even more special. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend Nikis Italian Bistro and Piano Bar for anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience.

Went here on a date with my boyfriend after a long week and had an amazing experience. The atmosphere was calm and romantic but also a good place for families. The staff was very attentive and quick to refill our drinks. They were very cheerful and nice. I got the baked tortellini, which was so delicious. I love the red sauce! And my boyfriend got the plate that was a sample of the chicken parmesean, fetticini Alfredo and lasagna and he cleaned that plate very quickly loving every item. We also got the mozzarella sticks which were also very delicious. Our waitress Gigi was very friendly and spent time talking to us and swapping recipes for some of our favorite foods. The price was not bad at all and definitely worth how great everything was. 10/10 recommend for any occasion.

I have been here twice and can honestly say that this is the best Italian restaurant in NRH. The service is amazing, The food is always consistently hot and fresh. Absolutely the best Italian food, service, and atmosphere in Tarrant County, maybe North Texas! Went there on a whim and was stunned with our waitress, Emily. She was engaging, polished, and knowledgeable. A rare treat that doesn t happen in 80% of the restaurants around. She showed how her job used to be considered an art and a skill. The front of the house manager was on the floor engaging,friendly, and personable with the customers while making them feel welcome. The food was delicious, fresh, and we certainly got our money s worth. You could actually speak to the person next to you and we had live piano music to enjoy! Other restaurants and servers around most places here should visit and take notice of how a real restaurant should function. A true lost art in restaurants these days. Simple atmosphere but authentic. I think the prices are modest and you don t have to take out a loan to get the best of everything! Kudos to Nikki s!

We went to Niki s out of convenience (staying the weekend nearby) and left blown away. Some of the best Italian food I ve had in a while. In addition to our waitress, we had multiple staff members check on us throughout dinner. I had the lobster ravioli, which was incredible, and my family had the chicken Alfredo which was exceptional. If you love Italian, you ll love this place. We will definitely return if we re ever back in the area!

We ordered about 85 dollars worth of food from Nikkis Italian bistro in North Richland hills one of the pasta dishes we ordered was very salty and no one wanted to eat it so we sent it back. As soon as we sent the pasta back the owner came over to the table and asked who sent back the pasta I said it was me and it was just too salty...he then proceeded to argue with me for about 2 minutes about how it was not to salty and then went to the table next to ours and proceeded to loudly ask them if their pasta was to salty in a very abrasive and intimidating way...it was very unprofessional and rude...not only that the roof of the restaurant is caving in allover the building Im very concerned about the cleanliness of the restaurant kitchen as well...Im calling the health department...FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DONT ORDER THE PESTO!????

We have been going to this place many years. This time there was piece of hair in my cheese bread appetizer, which we thought maybe it was one of ours but when my main course came in, there was a long hair in the middle which killed my appetite. Told the waitress, she was very nice and she was very surprised so I canceled my order and got a new one. It has been a LONG time since Ive been to a restaurant where the service is SO incredibly good, 5 does not do it justice. To put it in better terms: my wife and I were treated like honored guests. Royalty. What is incredible is this restaurant is within a few miles of my house, yet had not been there until recently. When walked in, we were immediately seated at a table close to the fireplace and greeted with live piano music. Utterly, a romantic evening for my wife and I, and really, so unexpected!Even though, we did not ask for it, when they found out it was my birthday, the piano player introduced me to the restaurant and everyone sang, then the brought a cheesecake on-the-house. I really cannot enough of how great this place was, and its a great place to celebrate special occasions. Dinner was fabulous, cooked to order and our server and manger checked on us several times during our dinner. My highest rating and recommendation to Nikis. Wow, what an amazing place. Our whole experience was a 10. Our waiter was Nix, he was the nest ever. A guy named Gerry checked on us three times and stopped to visit. The food was perfect. Not the place I loved many years ago for fantastic pizza at very good prices, but still good even though I thought it was less flavorful than in the past. Theres no more Nikis special Sicilian... they have a substitute, but I was surprised at the $30 price especially because it was smaller than expected. The double crust Romano is not on the menu anymore (why???) but they can still make it. It also seemed to be more reasonably priced at about $21 for a large. Anyway, still good, just not 5 stars anymore because pizza is not quite as good as in the past (though still very good) and prices have skyrocketed. They also add 3.5% for using credit cards.

Good food at a reasonable price. Service was really attentive, however when the food came out half of our orders were wrong. Not customizations, different meals entirely! They were busy- wont hold it against the server or the kitchen, but would ask that you triple check before you dig in.

We ate here after church a couple weeks before Christmas with a group of eight. Service was good and the atmosphere was festive. The staff all had Christmas accessories on and there was a Christmas tree in the dining room by the fire - very festive. Wonderful yeasty, buttery rolls come out first when you get seated. I ordered the chicken piccata and loved it. It was full of capers and the sauce was great. We all had a lovely meal. Note there is a 3% service charge if you use a credit card which seems cheap . Still I will return because the food and atmosphere was great. Recommended.

Looking forward to it I get home and really? I don t know what kind of pepperoni you re using but it is TERRIBLE!!! Please please please get back the pepperoni you used to use. Poly High School Class of 1971 had their quarterly meeting there. The service was exceptional. We had a room all to ourselves. We were assigned an attendant s name Jordan. She had over 40 couples to attend to. Everyone ordered from a menu prepared for a group. A choice of 6 to choose from. She was so patient with us. A few classmates came in after everyone had ordered. She didn t appear to be fazed. She did have some help, but she was our main waitress. Service was exceptional. The foods was served hot, and so were our rolls. Parking: Free parking. Kid-friendliness: There were kids there, just not in our group. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes it was wheelchair accessible.

In my opinion this is by far the best Italian restaurant in this immediate area. I have always had great service and I love their food. They also have a nice bar area with lots of TVs and the pool table. There is even a patio with TVs to enjoy when the weather permits. I have been going here for Italian food since they were across the street where Alvarados is now. This place is like a mullet. Business in the front, party in the back. Walk in the front and hear jazz playing. The front dining room will also have a pianist on occasion. The back has a bar that oftentimes has karaoke or live bands. The bands they have are good and the karaoke crowd in here is very loyal.
