Been there twice in the afternoon just to have a smoke before work. First time I had to wait about 20 mins just to get service. Second time there were people in there that seemed like they worked there but were smoking hookah. There was no one to provide me service on getting a hookah to sit and smoke. The person was away. I was told he was 2 minutes out. Waited 10 minutes and no one showed. Just walked out at that point. Service needs to be way better in that kind of business.

Big Con: The basic operation of a hookah lounge wants servers to replace charcoals regularly while checking that customers do not miss anything; surprisingly, here, charcoals will fully turn into ashes on the hookah boal &, yet, they will not even know unless you step up to them to ask someone to replace them. 18% automatic gratuity added to the bill is no problem but when the customer service does not pair with it, it feels like money matters more than customers themselves. Pro: The restrooms are clean.

I had a great time. Enjoyed the DJ. Was able to get great seats and relax. The drinks were really nice these days. When you go out somewhere you get more juice than liquor. Their drinks was an even mix. It didnt go overboard with either or inside when you have to pregame before you go out. Thank God I didnt pre-game that night in the drinks. Had me feeling just right. I ve come here a couple of times, the last a couple of weeks ago with some friends. I love the decor, drinks and flavors offered for hookah. My first time coming, the young lady was so helpful, personable, attentive & great with recommendations. She had dark hair and I think a facial piercing. My second time coming, I came with a group because I recommended Pyramids to them. It was okay. The guy was also good with recommendations but it seemed like a long time before we got our orders and the time in between us each getting our individual hookahs seemed pretty long as well.

The Hookah is good, but the service is terrible. Employees are more focused on their phone and smoking their own hookah. It took 30ish minutes for them to tell me they didnt have the drink I ordered. They didnt bring me the next drink I asked for until I asked again. It took about 30 minutes when we were done to get someones attention to get the check . Its a shame that gratuity is already included. Take that away and make them earn it.

Charged an 18% gratuity twice on a split check with 3 people, and 2 payments. They do not give you an itemized receipt to show all of the extra charges either. Plus you get charged a cover fee. We were told we owed $41 and some change on the second ticket. Gave them $42, then they told us we still owed $14.

This place is amazing and the quality of hookah is phenomenal! Im not sure if its the same ownership, but the owner when I visited was a phenomenal human being. This was the day before new years in 2016 and we had landed on a layover at DFW around midnight. Randomly stumbled on this place and the owner let us stay until 4:30 in the morning to catch our next flight back to Canada. Amazing guy. Thank you again many years later :)

This place is nice. The atmosphere is great. The couches are comfortable. Theres a lot of seating. They have non-alcoholic drinks if youd like to purchase. They have nice hookahs with disposable hoses - $2 extra. So why did I give 3 stars? I used to work in a restaurant, and the waiters would automatically tack on gratuity to a receipt if they thought they wouldnt tip. On the menu it says that gratuity is added for parties of 6 or more. So that is why I give 3 stars, for tacking on that automatic gratuity for a party of 2. To make the assumption of someone not tipping for no reason other than they may be dressed like a college student (only thing I can imagine), it cost the establishment more money since now I dont have to think about rounding up to the nearest $10 after 15%. If you go in there, go in with the expectation that youll be spending $24 for a single flavor hookah which includes the disposable hose, their automatic gratuity for party of 2, and a nice atmosphere and drink selection.

Paid cover charge when we weren t asked a previous time we visited. Didn t have our flavors soooo I guess they chose the flavors for us? Y all aren t gonna last very long if you treat your customers like this. Also it took forever to get our hookah and check. And who charges someone for a disposable hose? Came here on a casual evening to lounge. The music was good ( country, hip hop, today music , oldies, pop, island, rock, etc ) drinks are strong so be careful, and the service was unreal and really professional. Guys I finally found the best spot in DFW that have the best hookah and atmosphere. I dont really recommend this place. First time that Ive been to a hookah lounge that charged a $5 cover charge. Then when we got the check they charged us another cover charge. Also, they included 18% gratuity when we had only 4 people. In their menu it says that they charge it if you have 6 or more people. The hookah also seemed to burn pretty fast and get harsh. The service wasnt that great either. We had to wait awhile to get new coals. I will not be coming back here...
