I dont know what on earth happened to my order tonight, but Im giving 3 stars for these reasons: 1) Any other time Ive ordered from this location, (which I do frequently) I would be leaving a ONE star review 2) Based off of my experience tonight, I wouldve been leaving a FIVE star review. So I met in the middle. 3) This order was the exact opposite of every single experience Ive had ordering Doordash here. My husband and son LOVE Taco Bell, and since this is the closest location, we order a few times a month. Its convenient. But every time Ive ordered in the past, the upgrades (such as supreme) are always made as regular items, any adjustments such as *extra or *no, are never followed, sauce is never included in the bag, even though theres literally a button where you can request the amount of sauce packets, and the amount of filling always falls short. Dont know if it was management, the team tonight, or a little column A and a little column B, but... hats off to all team members tonight. Food was hot, fast, and FAT. All custom items followed to a tee. And SAUCES you guys. We got SAUCES tonight!!! KEEP DOING THE THING TACO BELL, PLEASE KEEP DOING IT LIKE THIS Update: Had to bump up to 4 stars. 9/26, just had another doordash delivery. Weve had maybe 3 since my original post. Every single time has been perfect. Tonight just solidified that maybe new management took over and is now guiding and training the team better. My order was 100% accurate, sauces in the bag (even though I made an oopsie and accidentally ordered like 20 of each sauce), and it felt like I got what I actually paid for. YOU DID THE DANG THING TACO BELL In this economy, it is awesome to see fast food places taking feedback and ACTING on it. McDonalds can kick rocks. Youre the new it girl.

Update 08/27/24: I placed an order for a Nachos Bell Grande through the Taco Bell app late afternoon, for pick-up at 6:15. I checked the status an hour later and was surprised to see it was completed. I called the store and asked if there might have been a mixup. The general manager, Juan, explained to me that app orders placed for pickup in the lobby are pushed to the kitchen immediately and the team can t see the pickup time requested. He apologized for the confusion and assured me that the team would remake my order. He told me that he wouldn t be working around 6 but he d notified the shift leader Lindsey, that I would be coming by. When I arrived, Lindsey had my Nachos Bell Grande remade and ready within a minute. She was friendly and cheerful, and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with my order. The nachos were hot, fresh, and the toppings were well-presented Yum! I was very impressed was how well the team managed my order. Kudos to this store for another great visit! As a former employee of this store (I ve worked here for a couple of years), I wanted to stop and give my feedback. I was very pleased with my visit yesterday and happy to see that the store was still in great shape. The store was moderately busy during our visit with customers both in the drive-through and lobby. We stopped by the lobby around 5:30, excited to try the Secret Aardvark fries. We ordered the Secret Aardvark fries, Cantina Chicken Crispy Taco, Cantina Chicken Soft Taco, and the Cantina Chicken Burrito. All items were freshly prepared and well-presented. The new avocado verde salsa was delicious on our food. The fries had plenty of toppings in every bite. I m only showing a picture of the fries, because we were very hungry and started eating everything quickly. Staff was friendly, tried to help me with a question about the app, had my order out pretty quickly, and our order was accurately prepared. The lobby was well-maintained (very clean, with plenty of sauces, napkins, etc and the drink station was in order). Kudos to the team here for a job well done! I will certainly return to this location the next time I m in the mood for some Taco Bell. Parking: Plenty of free parking in front of the store

I ordered with doordash and they actually put all 15 of the mild sauces i ordered in the bag. Not only that but my taco wasnt crushed not even cracked. Completely loaded with lettuce, meat, cheese tomatos and sour cream actually the best taco ive had from taco bell. my crunchwrap supreme was also nicely loaded and toasted and sealed properly!

You have to use the kiosk to put in your order because they will not take your order. Machine does not give you a receipt unless you put in your email address. Dining room was filthy. Had to clean our own table before we sat down. Trash all over the floor. Mexican pizza was good but we will not be back. Also there was a guy preparing food that had his pants down with underwear showing. Yuck. June 5, 2024: Tried this again. Went through drive thru and could not hear what the girl was saying. Voice was too soft. I just kept repeating what I wanted, food was good, no receipt. Have no idea how much she charged me.

My 7 year old son and I came in to have a few Dorito Loco tacos - his favorite! We were promptly acknowledged with a smile. I asked for no lettuce on my tacos, when I got home to eat I opened the bad to see that what I got was almost no meat and extra lettuce. The entire shell was packed with lettuce. As a Uber driver I understand the rules of going to the lobby to obtain your food but when the weather is bad and not a signal person is in drive thru then I would think it would be acceptable. That really isn t the issue though when I went into the lobby their were 3 lazy teens. One girl with a headset sitting in the lobby on her phone, another guy leaning against the counter on his phone, and the third one behind the counter with a headset leaning against the drive thru window on her phone . It literally would ve taken one of them 30 secs to grab it. Taco Bell do better get your crew in working order or send them to the back if they are on break. It looks really bad.

The food is not as good at this location as other locations Ive been to here in Tarrant County. The service isnt that great, they put red sauce on everything without asking the customer first. I dont like their red sauce because it tastes bitter to me. They dont even have wheelchair access at the booths, and that makes it difficult for me and my sister, because she uses a wheelchair.

This Taco Bell is a hit or miss. I usually get rushed even if I m the only car in the driveway. I got ghosted once in the drive-thru so I was sitting there unable to order. The girl working there messed up my mobile order twice. She gave me one item at first with a receipt that had the rest of my order printed on it and when I asked for the other items, she had the worst attitude. I had a feeling she d mess up again after receiving the rest of the order and she only got one thing right. I ordered 2 of the spicy potato tacos with no lettuce and got 1 spicy potato taco with lettuce and 1 without lettuce but with a tiny piece of chicken instead of potatoes. My boyfriend ordered his food with no sour cream and everything has sour cream on it. I have no idea how its possible to mess up this bad. Do better.

Took 30 minutes to get 5 tacos, a chalupa, and a 5 layer burrito. The tacos were stale and they guy making my food rubbed his sweaty face and nose and then continued to grab food with his contaminated hand. My overall experience was terrible and I would recommend that you do NOT come here.
