Exceptional Dentist Dr. Dubea, very understanding , knowlegeable and has a great personality, she explains everything to you. She takes her time she does not rush you in and out. Patty is very personable and sweet she is also exceptional at what she does with exrays. Robyn is also an exceptional Hygenist she cleaned my teeth better than they had been cleaned in years. And last but not least Kelly the front desk Admin is also exceptional at her job she is very thorough and happy. Im glad i went and found a Dentist and office staff i love.

My gold crown came loose and popped out while tasting my home made caramel candy. The candy was very very yummy but ouch. Smile NRH Denistry came to the rescue with an emergency appointment. They put the gold crown back where it belonged without any pain. Good job!

I am a patient of Dr.Dube and I sincerely enjoy coming to her office! The staff is very professional and friendly. The atmosphere is so positive and calming. Office manager Jackie is extremely helpful and always answers any question that I ask her. Two days ago I had a procedure, and Dr. Dube performed it very professionally, and also provided all the necessary instructions after. The next day I ve got a call from her personally to see how I am doing. I feel great! I am in good and caring hands! I also thank Tess, she was there, supported and encouraged me through the whole process. I saw that she was a confident and qualified specialist. I trust Dr. Dube and her team completely. She always listens and delves into the problems of clients. Thank you again!

I was Nervous at first since I had gone to Dr. Mary (Robb) for 30+ Years , but the appt went fine. Dr. Dube was aware of my anxiety issue and was very gentle, and got my tooth done and asked if I had any questions/concerns and I said No and she said Any problems etc. call and we ll get it taken care of. Having Ana there still as the chair side assistant of course helped ! So far so good!! I miss my sweet Dr. Mary Robb but she will enjoy her retirement I am sure!! I have a few more Appts. With each step of your care, you are informed in advance of what to anticipate next. Dr. Dube stays up-to-date on technology and dental procedures. ALL of the equipment for providing you service is kept current and made sterile prior to use. Priority One for everyone in this office is an emphasis on cleanliness, sterilization, and protection against contaminates. When you sit in one of Dr. Dubes dental chairs, you are immersed into relaxed comfort and beauty. You have a personal picture window with an outside view of nature. Dr. Dube is very selective in how she staffs her office. The dental assistant, Ana, is highly skilled, knowledgeable, and attentive to every aspect of your care. She is always showing an earnest concern for giving you the best of treatment. The dental hygienist who does your teeth cleaning, Robin, is genuinely the BEST anyone could hope to find. She is practically a doctor in her own right. You definitely will be pleased with her quality of service, sweet voice, and gentle manners. The receptionist, Jackie, is notably pleasant, helpful, and considerate in every regard. She is very professional in all of her duties. She loves people, easily gets acquainted, and you will like her. Dr. Dube has religious convictions. Dr. Robb is the best! I can truly say I love my dentist! which has not always been the case. I needed to have extensive dental work done and was very anxious about everything. I wasnt sure what to do, but knew that I needed help. I set up an appointment with Dr. Robb and from the very moment I arrived at the office Dr. Robb and her staff worked to make sure I was comfortable and understood exactly what was happening. Dr Robb wanted to make sure that my anxiety was lowered so that I could/would get the necessary work completed for my mouth to be healthy again. The care and approach of Dr. Robb and her entire staff is the best Ive ever known. They love their patients and their desire is to serve each person well. I love my dentist!

% I HATE DENTIST % Im sure everybody understands that statement.. But honestly not anymore.. I am not a young man but I have seen my share of dentist. My last dentist the general response was We need to do an extraction and implant, or Timefor a root canal Then I heard about Dr. Mary M.Robb. Everyone was that knew of her and was a patient just sang praises about how professional she was and how she truly cared about you and your health and your teeth..My 1st thought Nobody is this wonderful. With people talking about Dr. Robb ,in such a positive fashion, I had to see for myself. So I called and made a appointment. A lady by the name of Lauren answered the phone. Very friendly and attentive to me as I explained my issues with my teeth. I felt a little ashamed that I had neglected my oral health during the pandemic and I was in need of an appointment. I have been very busy, but they worked around my schedule. Prior to the appointment day I received an email with the paperwork to fill out in advance. Normal information like Insurance, health problems, full name, allergies etc. Well my appointment came, September 8th, and. All I can say is between Ana ( the dental assistant) Rick,Lauren and The Doctor herself Mary , I almost forgot I was at the dentist. I felt like I was with family. I have never seen such professionalism in a group of people working together. Had I known, years ago, about Dr.Mary M.Robb I feel my teeth and my smile would have been in better hands. Next time your Dentist says Sorry we need to put your tooth and do an implant $2400 please. Call this Dr. A second hurts a lot less. Than an extraction of your tooth and your money. . The rock was outside the window of the room I was being treated in.

Excellent service all around! Dr. Robb is the most hygienic dentist, likely doctor s office, I have ever been to. She takes precautions for a clean office over and above what I have experienced in other dentist s offices, and is doing even more now in the time of COVID. My daughters and I have been going to Dr Robb for maybe the last 5 years or so. This is after I was going to a preferred dentist on my insurance. Preferred is clearly the name given by the insurance company for conforming to their rules and preset prices. As a result, I got some shoddy crowns that Dr Robb had to re-do. The key in a good dentist is having someone you can trust to do an immaculate job. For that, I d pay whatever it takes. Much preferred over having work done twice! She doesn t obey the insurance companies - she does what she knows is right which is why she isn t considered preferred by those companies. But she is preferred by my family. We don t fear our upcoming appts and she s also managed Invisalign for one of my daughters and myself. I m finally happy with my smile! When I was diagnosed with cancer shortly after I had all this work done, she brought me in and got me set up to keep my teeth safe from the destruction cancer treatment can cause. I m thrilled to say I did not suffer any teeth loss or cracks or added cavities as many women with breast cancer have experienced. Her OCD with cleanliness is a plus, and she hires awesome hygienists. I had the best chat with her newest hygienist today! She s awesome - great choice!! Best of all, Dr Robb is hysterical. Great sense of humor and she takes your mind away from whatever work is about to be done and puts your mind at ease. What else could you ask for?

I started seeing Dr. Robb when I was a teenager, but... I didnt truly appreciate her until my adulthood. In my early 20s I started seeing a cheaper dentist that was covered 100% under our dental plan. What I got, is what I paid for. At age 26, my lower front teeth started wiggling, and the dentist seemed quite unconcerned. I tried to convince myself the dentist would OBVIOUSLY let me know if I should be worried, but when I went back 6 months later, and they were wiggling more, and still the dentist was unconcerned, I started getting upset. I asked the dentist point blank, should I be concerned about my teeth falling out?!?! and I was advised, yes, that would eventually happen. No discussion. No options. I left in tears, and called Dr. Robb shortly afterwards. When I went in to see Dr. Robb, her main concern was how invested I was in saving my teeth, because the answer to that question leads to what treatment options are available. I was TERRIFIED of losing my teeth at 26!!! Losing my teeth was NOT an option. She recommended a gum graft, and referred me to a really great specialist. I am 40 now, and my teeth are still securely in my mouth where they ought to be. What I didnt realize before that visit with Dr. Robb, was how much I truly valued her expertise and opinion - she is trustworthy soul. Ive never strayed from Dr. Robb since. I started bringing my kids with me, and she is GREAT with children! My oldest at the time was about 10, and he was that kid that it took an army of staff to get in his mouth. He would FREAK OUT at the thought of anything painful happening to him. I had dentists that dont believe in sedating kids - recommend that I take my kid to a dentist that DID believe in sedating kids! The first time he saw Dr. Robb, I dont what she said to him - but there was NO funny business. She did what she needed to do without incident, and I was just so relieved that I didnt hear a ruckus or have the staff come ask me to calm him down... I dont think I ever asked. My youngest child has been with Dr. Robb since about age 6, hes now 17, and he just thinks the world of her. He has absolutely no reserves, no fears about dentistry and looks forward to seeing Dr. Robb on our visits AND he actually listens to her and tells me all the things that Dr. Robb said to do. Thank you Dr. Robb, for saving my teeth (still makes me teary-eyed) and treating my family like they were your own. Youve given us that level of care and concern and it means the world to me to know that there are honest, heart felt people in your field of practice. Youre not cheap, but youre the best, and Im happy to support your business.

I was Dr Marys first pregnant patient over 30 years ago, and now my grandchildren are patients. There were a few years when I saw another dentist due to location and timing of appointments. After that dentist retired, the Anderson chain moved in. When I started getting questionable cavities, I quickly returned to Mary Robb for her honest, reliable and safe dentistry. I have been going to Dr. Robb for several years now. I have a fear factor when it comes to dentists and she is the only dentist that makes me feel comfortable. I still have to use nitrous oxide on any invasive visit (which the cost of this service has risen with the rising rates of the gas). She tries to minimize the degree of each invasive procedure while maintaining the highest standard and quality of care. She will refer you to a specialist when she doesnt have the expertise or necessary instruments to do only the best for her patients.

I cannot tell you how happy and confident we are with Dr. Robb and her entire staff. We needed to find a new dentist for our special needs son, and that was very difficult. Then we got to Dr. Robb. It was heaven sent!! She was so thorough with finding out everything about our son. And he loved her. She was so good with him, and his visits are so wonderful and successful. I kept a much dreaded appointment this morning. However, my visit was extremely pleasant (as dentist appointments go). The staff was professional, kind and prompt. Dr. Robb and her assistant worked well and fast together. The numbing phase was pain-free and the work was completed with minimal apprehension on my part due to Dr. Robbs explanation of every procedure. I have had no residual pain from her work either. This wasnt my first visit and each time I have been very pleased. Thank you Dr. Robb! My childhood fears are conquered!

I have been going to Dr. Robb since before my 11 year old was born. When he came along, they encouraged me to bring him to my appointment. Then at 18 months old, he got a fun check up, and at age 3 he got his first real cleaning. Hes never been afraid of the dentist because Dr. Robb and her staff have always been so sweet and welcoming to him. Dr. Robb and all her staff are so friendly and take a personal interest in every patient. Dr. Robb even notices when I have changed my hair in between appointments!

Today was my second visit to Dr. Robb s office. I went in today to have a comprehensive exam and a permanent crown installed. It was by far the best experience I have ever had at a dental office! The building is beautiful inside and out. Dr. Robb s personal touches are seen throughout the office. From the comfortable waiting room, friendly smiles from the entire staff, immaculate treatment rooms and spotless restroom, you get a feel that you are visiting the spa. I was provided glasses to protect my eyes from the bright lights, a towel was placed under my (bald) head to make sure I did not stick to the chair. Every effort was made to make sure that I was as comfortable as possible from the time I walked in, to the time I walked out. I did not even feel the needle stick for the Novocain! The dental assistant, Abby, removed her glove before touching the computer and put on a new one before touching me or the dental equipment -every time! This seems like an insignificant thing to some, but this is very important when protecting the patient from potential infection. Everyone I interacted with appeared genuinely glad I was there. Everyone had warm smiles and kind words. Dr. Robb is funny yet very professional. She and her staff held my hand and walked me step-by-step through everything she was doing. I cannot recommend Dr. Robb and her staff enough. Thank you!

I had such high hopes when I called to make a new patient appt to see Dr. Robb I wanted to set up a consult for a second opinion . I did not even flinch when they told me it would be 330 but I did flinch when they asked for a credit card to keep on file to hold the apt all she could say it would not be charged unless I failed to give 24 hours notice, not a word about this being PCI compliant while this is not illegal its says a lot about this practice I dont know anyone in the office and they want my CC and I guess new patients dont have a problem with this so I wont be seeing her

This included installing both upper & lower permanent bridgework and working the financing to meet my budget. It is so fantastic to be able to smile with confidence again. I started going to Dr. Robb in 2005. I told her I wanted implants,she said no and talked me into an upper denture ($2200.00+$450.00 lining+$950.00 to pull 5 upper teeth) In my lower jaw she put in 3 bridges ($3000.00 each= $9000.00) The lower bridges started coming out in about 6 mos.I called and made an appt and they said Oh, we just put them temporary at first,thatll be $120.00 each to put them permanent. After about another year the 2 bottom side bridges started getting loose and started coming out. She said Oh the cement came loose on 1 tooth and broke the other tooth off or I dont know why it came off and now you need a root canal and post and buildup (about $2500.00 each) Both sides were always coming out-one side or the other every year-posts and all. I went back4-6 times to get theminstalled again.BY the way I have 2 posts put in the front of my lower jaw from my previous dentist about 5 yrs before I started going to this dentist-NEVER had a lick of trouble out of them. They are still solid to this day. I even went in for a cleaning on my own acct 4 times a year just to make sure everything stayed good and clean. About a year ago she charged me $1300.00 to fill up underneath the 2 side bridges...boy was that a mistake. The bridge on the left side came out AGAIN and she said she couldnt fix it and wanted $700.00 to pull 2 teeth...the same 2 teeth she charged me $700.00 to fill less than a year ago! 9/12 years later Im out TWENTY SIX THOUSAND dollars and my teeth are STILL falling out. I noticed they took down another bad review from this website in the last few months ....so I dont know how long this one will stay. I should have run like a scalded dog when she charged me to cement them in permanently.

I first went to Dr. Robb several years ago for a TAP device recommended for a snoring problem. After several follow-up visits to adjust the device over the span of a couple of years, I began going to her office for my regular dental care. This was a difficult choice for me because I was satisfied with my regular dentist. The move was very positive from the beginning. Throughout the years, Ive believe that I have received the best dental care possible. Dr. Robb is the most caring and skilled dentist I have encountered. My most recent visit was for a procedure to extract a cracked tooth. Dr. Robbs goal was for me to be able to save the tooth and even referred me to an endodontist for a second opinion. In the end, all three of us determined the best alternative was to have the tooth extracted. Dr. Robb and her staff knew I was very anxious about this procedure and she along with her staff expertly took me through the preparation and eventual extraction with absolutely no problems at all. Although I dont recommend tooth extractions, I do highly recommend Dr. Robb and her staff for all your dental needs.

Dr. Robb has a passion for her work as well as the general well being of her patients. Her office is most comfortable for patients of all ages. On a recommendation from a friend I gave Dr Robb a chance. Now she is treating my 3 yr old (complimentary keepsake photo and all) and my husband is next in line.

After 15 years of HORRIBLE dental experiences I have finally found the angel of dentists. Dr. Robb and her staff have managed to turn someone who was having a panic attack about going to the dentist before I walked into the office into someone who doesnt panic at all! Her staff have made me feel 100% at ease and Dr. Robb knows exactly how to put you at ease. I can finally take care of the dental problems I have with out being physically sick. Her office is impeccable as well as her staff. I would recommend Dr. Robb to any and every one as long as she is in practice. THANK YOU Dr. Robb and staff. I have been a patient of Dr. Mary Robb for over 20 years. In fact, my wife and children have also been her patients for over 20 years. Now, that the kids are grown, they still see her on a regular basis. Speaking from the viewpoint of a dental phobic (which I am), and having been to many dentists (some good/some not so good) over the years prior to meeting Dr. Robb, I wholeheartedly recommend her. She is very sensitive to the patient needs and is interested in them as a person. My experience includes everything from root canals to standard dental cleaning....shes done it all to me. Sometimes dental problems are not as straightforward as they initially appear, and thus, her good listening skills help her get to the correct answer. If she discovers a situation that is beyond her expertise (which is rare, but it happens), she will refer the patient to a sub-specialist. In other words, she does not try to do procedures that she is not comfortable with. Her attention to detail and customer service includes the office staff too. They are all very helpful and professional....from the hygienist to the biller to the receptionist. I have referred many friends to Dr. Robb over the years, and they have always been pleased with her services. Our family is blessed to have such a wonderful dentist who also happens to be a wonderful person, too.

Dr Robb is a very special kind of dentist. I have dentist anxiety -big time. Last one I went to was perfectly normal, but I was freaked enough to not go back for two years and it had been nearly 10 yrs before that. When I went in her office, there was near immediate trust. I went again for a procedure and before we began I started telling her the source of my anxiety and to warn that I might freak out... She wonderfully understood me and made sure I was ok for the whole thing. She explained everything she was doing, nothing took me by surprise. I had a ROOT CANAL and DIDNT FEEL A THING and havent needed meds. Didnt freak out either! Let me encourage anyone with abuse background, PTSD or whatever issues bringing big time anxiety, see Dr Robb....she and her staff are amazing and Im her patient for life! What a wonderful calming experience it is every time I see Dr. Robb. Ive never been one to enjoy the dentist, that is, until I started seeing Dr. Robb. She and her staff are the best. On a weekend I started having a tooth issue. Very hesitantly I called Dr. Robb, because I knew something was off. How many dentists say meet me at the office on Sunday afternoon? She gave up her personal / family time on a Sunday to make certain I was fine. That is above and beyond for her clients. Her calming manner always puts me at ease. I certainly would recommend her to anyone. That is anyone who wants a caring compassionate dentist.

After reading so many positive reviews, I was excited to schedule an appointment and have my cleaning and exam. I was told about an oral cancer screening and it was mandatory to be a patient of Mary Robb. At this time, if my insurance did not cover it, the screening was in excess of 300.00 and if they did, it could be around 150.00. At this time, finances are tight and It was just not in the budget. I was refused as a patient because I did not want to pay for this screening at this time. Needless to say, I was a bit disappointed and now on the hunt for another dentist.

I have a tremendous amount of fear when it comes to the dentist. I once had a bad dental experience that left me terrified with no trust or faith in any of them. I met Mary Robb while attending a church function. What a great lady, and what a beautiful smile I thought. Somehow the conversation got around to the topic of fears. I shared with her my anxieties about going to the dentist. How I felt all dentist were insensitive, always in a hurry and had little desire to understand and know their patients. That s when Dr. Robb informed she was a dentist. I was shocked! Dr. Robb invited me to come see her as a physician. So, with much prayer and a lot of reluctance, I did. It was one of the best things I have ever done for myself. Dr. Robb has been my dentist now for eight years. She has brought me from an ugly side of fearing the dentist to a state of trust. Not only does she sincerely care about the hygiene of my teeth she cares about my fear. She is a knowledgeable doctor who performs her work with the upmost confidence while making sure I am safe and comfortable. Knowing I get cold easy, she even has a warm blanket waiting for me the minute I m in the chair. Now that s going beyond expectations! I have come a long way with my fear of going to the dentist and I credit it to Dr. Robb and her awesome staff. I highly recommend anyone to choose Dr. Robb as their dentist of choice; I assure you it will be one of your best decisions as well.

After being told by one dentist that all my teeth would have to go, I went to see Mary Robb. Not only did she save my teeth, her work made me look 10 years younger! Mary and her staff are consummate professionals, and their hospitality is second to none. Thanks to Mary, I recently had the best birthday and Christmas Ive had in years. All of my family and friends were amazed at my new smile...something they hadnt seen in years! Instead of growing a year older on my birthday, I felt many years younger! Everything Mary and her staff do is explained ahead of time and all of my questions were answered completely. Dr. Robb is a wonderful dentist and an encouraging woman. She always has a smile on her face and takes every opportunity to make you feel calm while she does what she does.
