Great alternative to the hustle and bustle and, poke-your-eye-out hospitality that is almost the norm now in Comal county. Good bar food, fresh and amiable wait service. Nice new menu, but somewhat abbreviated. Add a Philly cheesesteak and a Greek gyro, and ya got me for life. Possibly the best French fries ever. Keep it up, Kevin. So glad you re still here.

I don t recommend this place, I ordered a $7 dollar drink and a $25 hold was put on my card. When I inquired with the management David was rude and told me it would be 3-4 days before the money hit my account. I asked management if maybe they should have a sign up about min purchases and he ignored me. I do not recommend this place it at all!!!!

Been here a few times and the food is always great from the food truck but I have to take back my positive review. The owner, who I see is Kevin S., is the worst human being I have ever laid eyes on. He has gotten belligerently drunk and screamed at the employees infront of customers. I feel sorry for the staff who look very young working there. I saw he was on a podcast and they claimed he had a big heart. In what world does demon like him have a big heart?

This place is so cool! Bar + food inside with a modern juke box, and great food trucks outside! My husband and I ate at 999 Pho, and it was delicious!! Highly recommend checking it out. Update: went to Tuesday night bingo with some friends and it was a blast, despite the summer Texas heat! Still highly recommend!!

Ate at Schwein Dining food truck tonight....I do not recommend the brisket....it was very tough and fatty, not enjoyable at all. The truck offering sliders.....had no sliders available...that is unbelievable and a bit amusing!!! Lol How is it that a food truck site only has 2 trucks working???? Seems to me....the majority of the trucks should be up and running at dinner time. God awful smell is present at this place...smells of roadkill. The plus side was the girls working the bar area were friendly and efficient, excellent job.

Staff has been so awesome and made sure we had a full propane heater next to us while watching the Longhorns under the canopy. Always have our Modelo on tap and quick to give us impeccable service. Thank you Pedro for protecting Columbia and keeping Grogu safe. This is the way.

The management and the way this place functions is absolutely disgusting!! Kevin discriminates against employees by calling them the R-word and literally fires those individuals due to having a disability or a learning curve. I have never met a group of more incompetent managers!! They have not even tried to make any reasonable accommodations for their employees before firing them. They are not fit to be managers let alone be in customer service at all. Avoid this place at all costs!

Came here to try 999 Pho to go and it did NOT disappoint. We ve been on the hunt for some quality pho here in New Braunfels and were so excited when we found out there was a pho food truck. Lily truly makes some of the best pho we have ever had. The broth has so much flavor but is still so light and clean. I loved every bit of this meal and the customer service is top notch. We can t wait to come back regularly to get our fix.

I am a huge fan of PHO so when I saw 999 PHO ToGo parked at the Silos I was thrilled. The food speaks for itself, Lilly makes some of the best pho I ve had in awhile. I had to reheat it when I got home because I had a few stops but even then the even then it was fresh and absolutely delicious!! I ll be coming here from now on! Thank you Lilly for brining amazing Pho right around the corner from my house!

We really enjoyed our dinner of warm, delicious pho on a chilly night from Lily s 999 Pho To Go! The broth was delicious and the portion was not too huge. I went to the silos and ate at 999 Pho To Go and the food was AMAZING at 999!!! We ordered the different Phos and the pork sandwich and everything was so good!! I recommend this food truck to anyone looking to try something new. They also have 3 different drinks that were all sooo good, the dragonfruit lemonade, black tea and my personal favorite the Thai tea! Was a great experience!

We stumbled across this place after shopping at Creekside and were completely blown away by how sick it was! We ate at the 999 Pho food truck, got the bahn mi and pork lettuce wraps, and loved every bite. The ladies inside were sweet enough to reopen for us as well! We also enjoyed a raspberry bramble and the Bickering Brothers beer from NB Brewing Company. The bartender was super chill and easy to talk to, and the ambience is perfect - they really have it figured out here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to enjoy the recent cooler weather or just a nice night out in NB without the usual rowdy college crowd :)
