Ive never had P. Terrys before, but I was extremely impressed! Food was excellent! My service experience was horrible! The guy was having a bad day I guess, I got to the window and he handed me another persons order. I said no sir, I ordered online. He threw the straws at the cash register, snatched up my bag and handed it to me along with my shake. I tried to say that you but he slammed the drive thru window closed. They forgot to include our ranch(extra cost) ketchup and utensils. I wasnt going to bother going back for it. My kids ate their food, we were tired after being on the river all day. So, food 10/10, service .

This restaurant has not given me the best experience, the first time I ate here I ordered a hamburger, it was completely raw in the middle. Me and my boyfriend ended up with food poisoning. The second time we ate here we ordered a chicken sandwich, a hamburger and fries. It was no better than the cafeteria food from my middle school. Definitely will not be giving them a third chance.

I tried to give P. Terrys a second chance today, after trying it once before not long after they opened. This is burger mediocrity at its best. The closest approximation I can give it, is it tastes just like Wendys Jr burger, and about the same size too. Prices are not bad, but the burgers are just not tasty at all. And their one-off copy cat sauce (Imitating In-N-Out) does not help it much. I also found the taste of their pickles off-putting too for some reason. Fries where hot and actually very good. Great service, clean establishment, but horrible burgers. I do want to try their breakfast one day, but may never since the burger was such a disappointment. ***EDIT: 6/13/24 - Stopped in today to try their breakfast offerings. Once again, a one trick pony, and that pony is getting you to believe their food is good. They offer only an egg burger which is not a burger, but an egg sandwich on a bun. A thin sheet of powdered egg and cheese on a bun to be precise, a poor attempt at copying the Whataburger BoB. They do offer a slight variation by adding bacon, sausage, or pepper jack cheese with salsa. I tried the spicy one and it was a total let down too. I feel there is no way a chain can grow that fast and server such poor tasting food - and last. The one thing they seem to do consistently is potatoes. Fries were good, breakfast potatoes were great, but it is not enough to have your side be good when the main course is so bad.

We decided to try here because we are getting one in Cibolo and wanted to know what the food was like. The burgers were so fresh, and the fries good lawd the fries! They were PERFECT. They were crispy but not hard, fresh, and had the perfect amount of salt. Their shakes are awesome, too. The amount of food we got for the price we paid was well worth the drive.

The P Terry s New Braunfels location seems to be inferior to their other locations. I typically like P Terry s burgers although food quality is not consistent across different locations. Their burgers are always hot, fresh and taste good. Fries are excellent. But for some reason, burgers at New Braunfels location on I-35 & hwy 46 don t measure up. Burgers are lukewarm at best and surprisingly tasteless. Today, my cheeseburger came with no form of a sauce (i.e. mayo, mustard or ketchup) on it. It also lacked pickles and onions and was super dry & cold. It was actually hard to eat and a major disappointment. I have had good luck at the San Marcos location though. In my opinion, the New Braunfels location is hurting the brand. Thank you.

This place just gets worse and worse each time. Today was my last time ever going to a P. Terrys. If the organization cared at all, theyd do something to combat the plethora of terrible reviews given in recent times, yet, here we are, arent we? They cant manage to get an order correct to save their lives. The only order modification I requested at all was to add grilled onions and they couldnt even get that right LMAO. Both of the employees that I interacted with at this location seemed to be absolutely miserable and hate the fact that they were working at P. Terrys which became even more apparent after having the pleasure of experiencing their abysmal customer service skills in a face-to-face setting.

Love the burgers. The fries are the star here though. The banana bread is always dry, which is perplexing. My son wishes the burgers were bigger so I may add an extra patty for him next tome. Growing boy and in sports equates to hollow legs... lol make sure you eat food right away as things start to taste less fresh when food cools too much. Great service here at this location as always. A big pain to exit, so we get to frontage road and then go behind Home Depot to get back on 46 when heading south and back home.

This place upset me. When ordering my families food, we asked for water with our meals. When receiving our drinks the water was pink. I asked for it to be replaced as I thought they maybe brought the wrong drink. When the attendant came back to the car she advised us they couldn t give us clear water because the water hose was connected to the Hawaiian Punch hose so the Hawaiian Punch color dyed the water. It was literally pink, like crystal light pink lemonade PINK. But to say the least we just ended up buying bottled water from the store. Irritating experience.

From what I understand, this is Pat Terry and his wife... that means every location does it the same... and I like the way Pat likes it! I only wish Pat liked onion rings! Ps- I ALWAYS get aTerrys! Cont in about parking Parking: Varies by location... some seem to be more drive thru oriented, but the drive thrus are efficient and friendly. First time visiting. Very cute little restaurant little old school vibe is what caught my attention. Waited at the window (walk up window) the young man who took my order seemed to be in a rush. Guess because he was working the drive also. Place my order a veggie burger (bland), fries (cold), and lemonade ( pretty good ). I went to my hotel room, started eat my food and was very disappointed. By the preparation of my food. The became absolutely disgusting when I found a strand of hair in my burger. If you are on a budget and looking for a good old hamburger this is the place to drive in to. The fries are homemade cut fries. Their burgers are small so dont expect giant burger but are made of fresh Angus meat and they use iceberg lettuce! Sooo good. Topped it off with a Strawberry shake. Keep in mind this is a drive thru place only. When I pulled up, the line was long and one of the lanes was closed. It was past lunch hour and before dinner. I ordered a double cheeseburger combo and tried out the banana bread. Their prices are really reasonable. My drink, bag and card were shoved out the window at me hurriedly so I figured maybe more people showed up behind me. The burger was so delicious!! The meat was seasoned perfectly and it was cooked to perfection. It wasnt dry or greasy and it tasted fresh. They have those shoestring fries which I really liked. The banana bread was just ehh. In my opinion, it tasted like maple and nothing like banana. I wouldnt get it again. I do recommend you try out this place for the burgers. They have breakfast which I might try out one day.

P. Terry is Texass answer to In N Out. The food is real, tasty, simple and the service is always fast, efficient, and friendly. The New Braunfels location is a bit weird to get in and out of but worth it

The latina girl in the drive-thru is so rude.she doesnt say HI doesnt even look at you when she hands you your bag..doesnt say have a nice day..nothing ..rude 2 times

My first time visit, I always passed it up due to the location and the traffic thankfully I decided to stop. The food is great and doesnt cost as much as other burger places, the staff were wonderful, I will be back soon thank you!

My burger couldve used more special sauce, but the fries were amazing. The employees were also great! Sold us some amazing cookies and banana bread. Highly recommend.

So this morning I was in a hurry. I ordered breakfast but I had to get somewhere fast.. I know my fault should have started earlier.. so when I got to the window I asked the lady there, before I take it, how long the wait would be? She said it s coming right up. I said ok and paid. Man I had to eat while driving to my destination, not what I really wanted to do but I had to get there by 9 am. Anyways, oh my gosh!!!! E v e r y t h i n g was f a n t a s t I c!!!! Thank you so much for being nice and patient with me! Sorry for being short! Service and food was very delish!!! Will be back f o r s u r e!!! Lol thank you for making my morning

This is my nieces favorite burger joint. While we were in town we were able to quickly grab a meal and take it to her school down the street for her lunch. It made her day Thank you for the speedy service.
