Im SO sorry I havent eaten here sooner. I pass by all the time and say to myself I really should check that place out. Jerk chick and pork sound pretty good. Little did I know these 2 lovely, guys are quietly, yet proudly serving up some of the best food in the state! Get the mixed plate and just try to pick a favorite. They are killing it with their smoke and seasoning game. Get a side of the smoked mac n cheese and dont forget the extra order of Johnny cake. Thanks for feeding us. Very full and very very happy.

All I can say is DAMN!!!! Located Inside a gas station called Market Stand. Found it by chance. Started out with an amazing aroma. Decided to give it a shot. So happy I did. Sean was extremely cool and took his time explaining the menu. Had the brisket sandwich on their homemade bread with a side of their corn. Amazing!!!! The brisket was hands down the best I ve ever had, insanely tender, perfect smoke, and topped off with their own house sauce that was outstanding. Their homemade Johnny bread was soft and delicious, and enhanced the meat perfectly. The corn was also a wonderful compliment to the meal. Will definitely be back and highly recommend you give them a try. Other than the great food and fantastic service what really got my attention was the little sign they had posted along with a jar next to the register! (see picture)

10/10, Highly Recommend! Driving past the Market Stand on the corner of Walnut and Landa, I couldn t resist the mouthwatering aroma of smoked BBQ brisket. I had a feeling I was in for something special and Cool Vibes absolutely delivered! Their brisket plate is hands down one of the best I ve ever had, no exaggeration. It came with perfectly cooked brown rice, refreshing coleslaw, and a soft butter roll. Every bite was incredible! If you re ever in New Braunfels, do yourself a favor and stop by Cool Vibes at 486 Landa St, New Braunfels, TX 78130 to see Shawn and Nate. These two pour their hearts into every dish, and their passion for serving others really shines through. You can taste the love in every plate! -Carlos

I was referred by a friend to visit this small spot and can definitely say the food was AMAZING!! Tried the Jerk chicken it was BOMB!! This guy definitely knows how to BBQ. Its a hidden gem here in New Braunfels if you havent tried it your missing out!! Dont let the location fool you this place is one of my new faves to get some food!!

The food here is actually amazing. Never had a bad thing. They have a great brisket sandwich and jerk chicken, though the Johnny bread is hands down my favorite thing here. The guys that work there are also just a solid group of guys, excellent service and lovely people.

Stopped in the gas station on a whim and couldn t help but want to try the food because it smelt so good. Met the owners and it turned out to be the best bbq I ve had in a long time. The brisket was very tender and juicy, the jerk chicken taco was delicious and very well sized.

This is the real deal. I have been to many barbecue places and the brisket is outstanding some of my favorite. The hands-down best item is the Jamaican Jerk chicken. I have traveled all over the islands and even in Jamaica I have never had such amazing jerk chicken

Stopped here on my way back to San Antonio. I got a sample of their Johnny Bread and some street corn which was very good. I ended up ordering Jerk Chicken with white rice, coleslaw and a bigger piece of that delicious Johnny Bread. I would definitely recommend giving Cool Vibes a try as I will be back soon to try out their breakfast.

Ordered the Brisket plate with island veggies, mac and cheese and brisket beans. Man I m very impressed with the taste. The portions were on point and the bbq sauce was amazing. Nate and Shawn the owners were very friendly and respectful. I ll definitely be coming back.

The best thing about Cool Vibes are the vibes. The two gentlemen displayed excellent service as they explained the different items. The side portions are large, and they gave samples to help you decide. Also the BBQ sauce is excellent. My husband had the ribs and pork chop and I had brisket. The brisket was pretty good but the BBQ sauce definitely made it better. The pork chop was tasty and nothing needed to be added. The only things I would suggest to cut back on the salt in the rice but when I mixed it with those wonderful veggies it was perfect. My husband also loved the bread which comes with every plate. Well definitely will be back! Vegetarian options: Mixed veggie with corn, sweet potatoes, and another type of potato like veggie in a delicious sauce. Yum!

Amazing! The tastiest home cooked bbq fusion with a unique Caribbean twist. The ribs and brisket were cooked perfectly and melted in my mouth with every bite. The unique coconut bbq sauce is fantastic. I have not stopped thinking about the rice since I ve left. All of the sides are delicious. The service was excellent, very friendly and helpful. This is my new GO-TO spot in New Braunfels.

They are located inside the Exxon Gas Station at Landa and Walnut. The jerk chicken is awesome. The sides are great too. I had their beans and Mac and cheese. The guys running it are very nice. I will definitely try it again soon.

This is a VERY unique BBQ spot. Traditional BBQ meets Caribbean fusion! They have a coconut-infused bbq sauce (spicy or mild) that really takes the food over the top. You can come here and Get a classic bbq meal with excellent sides like Mac n cheese, flavored rice, corn, and a delicious Caribbean sweet bread. I personally love the RIBS It may be tucked away inside the market at the gas station but they create a friendly atmosphere and make it a can t miss hidden gem. I ll definitely be back!
