JIm Chappel was my realtor and he went above and beyond to sell my house after it has been on the market for over 8 months. He evaluated the house and gave me suggestions on what needed to be improved, adjusted the price . +10 on communication and keeping you updated when the house had tour and the feedback from the tour. He is very easy to get hold of either his Cell phone or emails and responds quickly. He is well connected with other people for example I lived out of state and he made sure my lawn was done on time. I started out our Home search by googling Real Estate Agents in the New Braunfels area. We were looking to move 3 1/2 hours away, so much of our searching needed to be done remotely. I ended up contacting Marsha, who was very responsive and helpful in starting the search. She sent us numerous links to properties so as to narrow down our requirements. Once this was established, she then continued to send us links to appropriate properties. We finally met her on a trip to take a close look at some of the properties we were interested in. We actually managed to find the home we wanted on the first trip. After that, Marsh was extremely helpful in guiding us through the maze of home buying formalities. We reached an agreement with the sellers and Marsh went above and beyond to make the deal happen, especially since were were 190 miles away. Things could not have gone smoother. Communication was excellent. We took possession of the house last week and are now getting ready to experience the joys of moving! I only wish I could get Marsha to do that for us too! 8^)

Aunee is a Rock Star! Within 24 hours of becoming my Realtor, she had multiple MLS searches running my preferences against available listings. We needed multiple searches because I was looking for a home from 2 to 20 acres, somewhere between Fredricksburg and San Marcos , so a single search couldn t cover all the variables. Even with well-crafted searches, you can imagine there was a fair amount of output. We bought our home in June 2016. The sellers realtor was, Jim Chappel, with KWH in New Braunfels. After purchasing our home we realized that the sellers and Mr. Chappel were fraudulent sellers. They listed on the disclosures the home had 2 prior leaks fixed in full. Mr. Chapel and the home owners did not disclose that the home had Dura Pex plumbing and that the whole neighborhood was dealing with leaky homes and filed a suit against DR Horton. Mr. Chapel lives 3 houses down from us and is a member on the HOA. He absolutely knew of this issue and had dealt with the same matters in his own home. Now fast forward a couple years and we need to sell due to relocation and cannot because of huge leaks we have had, loss of a kitchen and multiple holes in the home. Shame on Mr. Chapel for his dishonesty...he destroyed dreams of a family for a few thousand dollars. I would not trust this realtor with any selling or purchasing of any property. Nothing more than like a dirty politician or dirty car salesman.
