Jamie Kerr was amazing in assisting me with my husband and I with finding property sales information which enabled us to successfully protest our property taxes this year. Which resulted in our taxes being lowered from the proposed amount from Guadalupe Co. I highly recommend Jamie if you will be selling your home, as she is quite knowledgeable.

Laz is a pretty awesome realtor! My husband and I were first time home buyers and were hesitant on even starting the process. But Laz made us feel comfortable and was 100% honest about the dos and don ts, the good the bad. He guided us through the process the right way, gave us feed back even when he knew we might not like to hear it. But he knew it was the right thing. He made sure we were getting a good home and not some junker just to make a sell. Laz was extremely reliable and cared about us and the process every step of the way. I m not gonna lie the process had its hiccups that was out of his control and he still made us feel comfortable reassuring us that we will be in OUR home soon. And rest assured he was correct. Our Realtor Jerry Tovar was fantastic to work with. He was patient, and helped us negotiate with a custom new home builder (which is not easy!). When we were home shopping he suggested multiple areas to look at. When we found the right area and stumbled on a new build neighborhood he was always available to help us answer questions and walk us through the hard parts of working with a builder. Would definitely work with him again (and will in the future as our life changes). He is an ethical, honest, hard worker.

She obviously really cares about her clients as well as New Braunfels and the Texas Hill Country area. We recently sold our home of 14 years in Bulverde, Texas and Laura was our listing agent. Renae Poss is AMAZING. When working with Renae it did not feel like I was just a client. I truly felt like I was texting a friend! I felt comfortable & felt no pressure to hurry/ put in applications -she wanted me to truly find what felt like home. I can not say I have ever felt that or had that experience with any other realtor I ve ever dealt with. Trying to juggle a newborn & questions about properties would have been a nightmare without Renae. My husband received military orders to move to San Antonio. Being new to the area and knowing no one we were unsure of where to even begin when searching for our new home.
