This clinic was so welcoming! I appreciated Lydia the receptionist, Jessica the MA and Np.Gabby for being so nice and understanding to my concerns. I ll definitely be recommending the New Braunfels clinic. Such a good team.

Dr Munoz is an EXCELLENT Dr with an amazing bedside manner. He is very patient and professional. Highly recommend him and his incredible staff his MA Marylou very knowledgeable and the front desk receptionist Lydia always smiling and great attitude! Best experience ever!!!

Pa Gaby is the best! Always makes time to listen to your needs. Her staff are amazing also. I had trouble with a prescription, and I kept going back and Jessica and Lillian were so patient and kind until we had it resolved.

I have seen Dr. Munoz and NP Gabby and they are both amazing! They are extremely kind and caring. They take their time because they genuinely care about you as a person and as a patient. I feel so blessed to have them as my providers.

Great practice!! Everybody are very professional, friendly and kind, start with the receptionist, nurses and doctors, they help you and understand your needs! All my family members are very pleased with New Braunfels office!

Never see any doctor, PA s only, have to call one central number for everyone of his offices. Leave message and wait for call back. If you need to find out anything ASAP (w/in) or 2 days you have to drive to their office because they have no phone.

bilingual service. Friendly, diligent receptionist. Professional and efficient nurses. As a new patient, the medical staff was very calm to listen to my medical history. I liked that they offered me medical referrals to specialists as I needed them. Thank you

Dr. Porter has absolutely no compassion or care for patient health and safety! I was seeing A PA for a chronic condition that requires me to take daily medication for five months. Dr. Buchanan was signing off on my prescriptions during that time. After the first of the year my care fell under Dr. Porter and that s when things went south. I went in for my monthly routine check up/med refill, and Dr. Porter cut me off on my medication without any notice or explanation two days before my medication refill was due. I ve been on these medications for eight years. I was left with no time to find another Dr. before my prescription ran out, and basically given an, it s not my problem response from Dr. Porter. I am absolutely disgusted with how dismissive he was. I would NEVER recommend this clinic to anyone after my experience!

I love the PA and the nursing staff. Unfortunately, the front office makes it just a money grab. Which probably goes back to the overseeing dr porter who isnt actually seeing patients. After being prescribed a script that was not covered by my insurance they want me to make another appointment to get a script that is on my insurance.... even though its only been 24hrs. Ill be looking for a new dr.

I really wanted to like this facility because I do really like the female doctor there, she s very nice. But, I think I m going to have to switch to a different practice due to their inability to show compassion for my medical needs. I went in for a concern I had and was basically told they don t know but would call me back with info and to schedule another appointment. That never happened, and every time I call it goes to voicemail and IF my call is returned, which it only has been once the secretary knows nothing about my records or has the ability to speak with one of the many people I ve worked with there to seek any information to get me in and meet my medical needs. Mind you, there s nothing really wrong with me I just want to do some maintenance to confirm that so it s not like I have a crazy condition or problem. I just don t feel like they care AT ALL. And that s not a good feeling to have when pertaining to your health.

My husband and I have been going to Porter Medical Associates for about 6 years now. Weve been seen on time, and had all our questions answered quickly. We make the follow up appointments before leaving the office. Dr. Buchanan has done an excellent job and the nurse practitioners are high quality. Ms. Dannehy was great.

No one ever answers the phone, you will always be sent to voicemail and have to play phone tag for days just to make an appointment. There s no way to directly contact the office or even ask a nurse minor questions about the medicine you ve been prescribed. Once you re there they re good but there seriously needs to be a new system for making appointments and someone available to answer minor questions. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Saw Dr Buchanan on 4/27. Followed up one month later after labs were drawn. Met with PA to discuss labs. Returning home I had questions on labs. Emailed questions thru secure patient portal only to be told that to clarify or answer questions from the same day that it required A NEW APPOINTMENT. I have seen the Dr. and PA twice in a thirty day period and they refuse to answer questions from the same day of an appt. This is absurd.

This place is horrible Mr John Gonzalez was very rude the place smells like urine the lights were making a loud sound I couldnt hear the receptionist I wish I could give this place a 0 instead of one star I dont recommend this place to anyone!!!!

The office in New Braunfels is great. The staff is excellent and always ready to help you. However this year with appointments on the web is the most horrible experience we ever had. My wife appointment for today cost now already 1 1/2 day waiting on phone calls, being on hold, incorrect phone number and e-mail address.

Best Office Ive ever been too! Very compassionate and helpful employees. The front desk has always been polite and always lend a helping hand. The providers are humble and make you feel at home and equal. The Best part is that they also speak Spanish that being my first language is very helpful. Gladys and Belinda in the front desk always have a smile and in good spirits. I would recommend this office 100% to everyone!
