Daniel is a dependable and reliable Attorney that is very knowledgeable of Texas law. He has prior experience as a Texas prosecutor, which makes him well versed in defense criminal representation. Without providing too much personal information, I was facing serious criminal charges that exposed me to considerable prison time. Daniel was referred to me. I sat with Daniel and gave my side of the story; we discussed his fees (which were reasonable) and discussed the strategy moving forward. The prosecution dragged this case for 2 years. During this time, Daniel remained calm. He answered my calls, texts and emails. He answered all of my questions, allowed me ample time to learn about the discovery available in my case. Daniel relayed the offers made by the prosecutors but never pushed me into accepting any of them. Daniel reassured me that if I wanted my day in court, he would ferociously represent me. Daniel represented me in a jury trial that lasted 4 days. During the trial, Daniel knew every detail about all body worn camera footage, every witness statement, etc. At every break, we discussed trial strategy, witness testimony, jury selection. Daniel s legal assistant, Edgar, sat through the entirety of trial. He provided key information, such as statements that seemed to resonate with the jury, etc. They truly are the dynamic duo. Daniel was able to secure a not guilty verdict all the while maintaining a professional relationship with court staff and the prosecutors. Daniel and Edgar are both very friendly, charismatic, family friendly, yet fierce advocates of their clients. I highly recommend Daniel to anyone who needs fierce, legal representation.

Daniel has been my source of peace of mind for 3 yrs now. When i first met daniel i was on probation and parole. My reason for seeking his help was because i was just entering into a lengthy revocation of probation battle with comal county. I had picked up not one but 3 new charges and i was addicted to opiates.
