This was a great experience once we got Giovanni as our sales guy. We changed our minds when we arrived for our scheduled appointment on which trim of F-350 we wanted. Giovanni had already done the work on the original truck but switched gears and got us where we wanted to be on the new truck. The finance person was great as well. She was fast and did not hard sell extra items. (She did explain them so that we had all the information). This is my first Ford product and I would love a Ford cap if you have any. The sales staff & others I have never had any problems with. Its the service department. I just received an email to give them a review and it wont post so I came here. Getting my explorer an appointment took at least 2 weeks ( window rolled down and it wouldnt roll back up) 2023. The day of drop off the service person I talked to was very rude and condescending. I mean VERY RUDE. Talked to me like I was a child. Sorry for bothering you at YOUR JOB!

Tire repairs are a low priority at dealerships in general. Three plus hours to get started on the job. Good thing I had the time to wait today. I recently had screw in a tire on another vehicle. Took it to a tire shop where they had to replace the tire due to location of puncture. In and out in an hour and a half. Makes me think twice about where to purchase my next set of tires.

I took my wifes car in for an oil change, tire rotation, fix a slow leak in the back drivers side tire and to have the floor boards vacuumed out. I was told it would be about an hour and a half. 2 & 1/2 hours later I go to ask what is taking so long. The young lady pulls up the car on the camera and shows me it is back getting vacuumed and she be out shortly. 15 min later she informed me the guys are at lunch and can I wait 20 more min. I was pissed to say the least and just said to bring the car around. I called back to apologize for my behavior as I knew it wasnt the young ladies fault. Then to my surprise I get an indication of low tire pressure on my back drivers side tire. They didnt rotate the tires even. Did they even do an oil change?? I called to complain and they brought my wife a loaner to take it back in and also do a diagnostic as it was acting funny. Well they took care of the tires, still not sure about the oil change... but guess what is still not friken done... they still did not vacuum the floor boards!! The while reason this started in the first place. These people are incompetent and I will not refer anyone to them ever!

Hands down the best purchasing experience I have ever had with a dealership! Lyn was the kindest saleswoman, making sure that I got the perfect truck. Exactly what I was looking for. And Janeele in finance she made the whole experience a smooth seamless process. Didn t push anything on me and was very informative on the coverages they offer. I left with exactly what I needed to feel comfortable driving my new truck for 20+ years to come. Grinning ear to ear as I drove away with a great deal (much better than any of the other dealerships I was looking at). Honest pricing that is transparent no doing the math at home to then get to the dealer and they tell you the monthly payments are going to be 200 dollars higher for what ever reason. Bluebonnet Ford will have my business for the rest of my life. 10/10. If I could give more than a 5 star review I would! Great job!

My husband and I went to go buy a used F250. We were not allowed to test drive or start the truck because it was in the recon shop. We asked the sales person several questions about the vehicle and what was going to be done and how it was going to be done and she answered all of them with confidence. After that, we went and did paperwork on the vehicle about two hours and the truck was ours. We just were not allowed to take it home because obviously they were still working on it. The day we went to go pick up was three days later we found out that they did not put the same aftermarket shocks back on the vehicle like we were told they were going to. We were told it was going to be done at noon. It wasn t done till 130. The vehicle was supposed to be cleaned, ceramic coated on the paint and detailed on the inside and it wasn t there was still dirt all over it and food from the previous owner inside the vehicle. Once we started going down the road, the truck started shaking. We called the sales person and she asked for a video to show her boss. They said it was probably a weight missing from the tire, but they know for sure they balanced and rotated the tires. We told them that s more than a Weight missing on the tire. When we got home upon further inspection, we found out there were broken bolts in the front end of the vehicle. I sent them a video and they said to bring it back that they would not come pick it up and they would fix it. So a few days later I took it back. They gave me a loaner vehicle that was not equivalent to what I brought them and it smelled like smoke. (Let s keep in mind I have three kids and the youngest is 2 and we live over and hour from the dealership. My patience is running very thin) When I get the truck back, I look under the vehicle. They fixed the bolt, but they did not fix where there was grease pouring out of a joint. I was told it was OK to drive and that the vibration was gone and everything was good to go. I start going down the highway and the truck starts vibrating again. I ve tried calling manager, and he never picks up his phone. Maybe today when I call he ll answer and we can get this issue resolved but as of right now, I m extremely annoyed and irritated with the service. Every time I m told one thing, someone else says oh no we don t do that. This vehicle was also certified under Ford warranty and they still sold it to us and keep letting us take it home when it s not fixed.

I have purchased quite a few vehicles from Bluebonnet ford, I even worked for them in my 20s. I have to say the sales team is wonderful but the service department is in dire need of some help and professionalism. My car was there for 4 weeks, the drop off of my car was extremely uncomfortable and the service guy was rude. After it sat there for so long with nothing being done to it until the last day. I was very disappointed in the diagnostic fee, that wasn t discussed at the time of drop off, but I was told they go over that with everyone. No sir, you didn t, you didn t even want me in your office that morning, that was very clear. And, when I brought up the charge asking what it was for, I was met with extreme hostility from the service guy. I don t mind paying for things but when the price was not discussed, I have to question it. During the discussion the rental car price was thrown in my face, for him then to say after that it really wasn t my fault that they had my car for 4 weeks. The work that was done to my car was done correctly but the overall communication area just plain sucks. I do have to add the ladies in the rental car area and the check out counter ladies were extremely nice, it was the guys in between that, that need some communication classes and just plain ole good customer service.

The routine oil change work was completed quickly. I love the folks at Quick Lane! They are efficient and professional throughout the time my vehicle is with them. The vehicle also had some warranty work done as well. An ongoing problem with SYNC on my Explorer is still not resolved even with this last fix, but this is not the local dealerships problem to solve but a programming issue with FORD which leaves me without my hands free ability when using navigation or the phone. Im told a new fix should be available soon.....

What happened to my favorite dealership? I was particularly disappointed by a female in the service department. Unfortunately, they seemed to be the weakest link in the chain, which affected my overall experience negatively. Such issues can have a ripple effect and impact customer satisfaction significantly. I hope Bluebonnet addresses this to prevent further disappointments. I also spoke with someone recently about their experience being turned away after they had a check engine light on a 2024 Ford vehicle. He spoke to, the same female I recently encountered and her first question was not to assist him and earn his trust and gain a new customer. No it was did you buy it here? When answered honestly thinkg what does it matter I should be able to have it serviced at any authorized dealer. She told him youll have to wait 3 weeks! Remember folks when you walk in that front door to purchase that $110,000 Navigator this is how service and management will treat you. And from what Im hearing NO WE CANT Is becoming their new slogan.

I scheduled recall work about one month ago and my truck was brought in on Thursday 5 September 2024. In addition to the recall work, I requested BBF look at the brakes and replace them if necessary. I didnt hear anything from BBF since my truck was picked up, so I called the service department on 9 Sept 2024. I was told that my truck was still (# 8) in line for recall work, and the brakes have not been looked at yet. And the service technician cannot give an estimated work start date/time. What is the point of scheduling work, if the work is NOT scheduled? And the oversight and management of workflow is suspect. My truck sat since last Thursday 5 September. Knowing they were behind in recall work, BBF could have scheduled the brake work while my trucked awaited a slot to perform the recall work. Now, my truck will sit in line, then come out of the recall maintenance queue, and await the brake inspection, and further maintenance, if necessary. You have no idea how disappointed I am!

I bought my previous (pre-owned) car from Bluebonnet in 2017and had a great experience. Especially appreciated their no-haggle and affordable price. For months I ve been looking for a specific pre-owned model/year/color, but at the start of my search, Bluebonnet didn t have one. I have wasted SO much time, energy and patience in other dealerships I wouldn t recommend to my worst enemy (misrepresenting mileage, not budging on price, other unethical, shady tactics. It finally occurred to me to call Bluebonnet again to see if they could find me *the* car somehow. They went above and beyond locating the very car I ve been seeking, not trying to talk me into others. Very upfront with pricing and terms. I gave 4 out of 5 stars because their detailing crew did not go into any detail and the car could have been cleaned much better BUT our fabulous salesman made up for that with vouchers for a detailing business in town! Now THAT S customer service and satisfaction. Highly suggest asking for Dustin as your salesperson. He very knowledgeably provided answers to my many questions, took the time to explain the cars many newfangled features, made sure I didn t feel rushed, pressured or dismissed (all of which the other dealerships failed). Our finance person was Sergio, also a seasoned pro who helped us and took the time to go over everything thoroughly. What a relief to land again at Bluebonnet, after a months-long ordeal! Save yourself the stress and just make the trip to Bluebonnet. (This is a sincere review and although it would be nice if they paid me for it, they didn t!)

That was not at all the experience Mr. Black provided in our very unique situation. The first thing that separates him from your classic salesman was his genuine personality. He was very real and it was refreshing. He found us a perfect fit. A beautiful Range Rover. We were thrilled. However, the universe threw us a major curveball. A hidden maintenance issue that was super costly and no set date of resolution due to back orders. It was a blow to our spirit. -ZERO STARS- Buyers beware. This dealer will not negotiate prices at all and they are just fine with complete disrespect for their customers. They are not explicit about non=negotiable prices in their ads or on their website. We found a car we were interested in. It was priced around $1200 higher than the KBB fair purchase price from a dealer. The right rear quarter panel of this car had damage apparent in the photos. Cost to repair would be $1,500+ according to a body shop owner we consulted. The car has been on the dealer s lot for 32 days. These are negotiating points. We also had a trade in that CarGurus valued at $5900 and the dealers website valued at $5500. Was it .perfect? No. (needed $500 repair and detailed) We informed the dealer before meeting. We were also preapproved on Cargurus site and dealers site. We drove over FIVE hours one way to this dealer. Once we arrive, they tell us they will not budge on price PLUS they have dealer and doc fees approaching $1k they will add. To trump it all, they offered a whopping $1,000 for our trade in. They knew our negotiating terms and info about our trade in before we ever arrived. Yet they let us drive FIVE hours to completely disrespect us. There are more negative aspects of their behavior that I am not including here. No regard for us, our time, or our money spent getting to their location. We came to buy a car. We left with a really bad taste in our mouth. Avoid this dealer at all costs.

Super happy with our vehicle purchase! We needed a new SUV to replace our previous car due to the car not being able to shift into reverse. Denise Mickelsen, our sales rep, went absolutely above and beyond to make sure that we got the car we needed, and never suggested anything above our budget. She even helped us with a few minor things AFTER the car was sold. Wound up getting a Ford Edge Titanium Edition. Much better than we expected we could get within our budget. I cant tell you how appreciative we are with how comfortable and smooth of an experience Denise was able to make this big, last minute purchase. We noticed that there were a couple cables sticking out under the car, and that we got a message that kept popping up involving our brake system needing to be checked. It would only pop up after driving for about 15 minutes, but would go away after a while. She personally took the car in to have it looked at, and we found that the brake issue was as simple as replacing a valve. The cables sticking out were from an after market subwoofer having been installed, and then removed. What a relief! The reason I mention this is that Denise, and the Bluebonnet staff, were very quick to find out what was wrong and resolve the issue within a few days after we made the purchase. They did not leave us stranded with a car we were unsure of. They took the extra mile to make sure we were completely satisfied with the car we bought. I cannot sing enough praises on how much we appreciate the post purchase service. It is such a relief to know that there are people out there that are genuinely out there to help, rather than just make a sale.

I leave my 43 MPG Ford Fusion with them for a recall that is not expected to be fixed and they give me a 13 MPG F-150 and say I just should be happy that they gave me a curtesy rental. They gave me a new truck right off of the lot, but are unable, or more correctly, unwilling to give me a car right off of lot.

Bluebonnet Ford has a terrific Mobile Service Unit. The battery failed on my truck. Called Bluebonnet and they recommended their Molbile service. Since we were due for an oil change also, they accommodated us and replaced the battery, changed the oil and even rotated the tires. Darrell Kendall and Bluebonnet Ford are the real deal. I recently purchased a pre-owned 2018 Yukon XL there which came witha Blue Oval Certified Warranty thru Ford (3mo/4kmi). I test drove it prior to purchase and a PPI came back clean. However, prior to handing me the keys after purchasing, Darrell noticed the transmission shifting poorly. Rather than just letting me deal with the problem, he kept the car, replaced the transmission with a new GMC transmission, and provided me with a loaner vehicle while it was being fixed. The whole Bluebonnet team really went the extra mile. Darrell was friendly, communicated promptly, and was very transparent. I would absolutely buy from Bluebonnet again.

I initially went to Toyota Cavender with my parents and had a very frustrating experience. I had been communicating with someone I thought I d be working with, and my mom and I were clear about our budget and expectations. However, when we arrived, I was barely introduced to that person before being passed off to someone else. From there, things went downhill. I had to constantly reiterate my budget, repeatedly state that I did not want my parents to cosign, and felt pressured throughout the process. The experience at Bluebonnet was the complete opposite from the moment we arrived. My mom had been in touch with Mr. Black and shared his contact information with me. We spoke briefly before leaving Toyota, and I told him what I could afford, that I didnt want my parents to cosign, and that I was interested in the Broncos. Mr. Black assured me he understood and promised to be quick and not waste my time AND HE KEPT HIS WORD. When we arrived at Bluebonnet, Mr. Black greeted us personally at the front desk and stayed with us the ENTIRE TIME. He immediately took us to see the Broncos and other options in my price range. He never showed me anything he knew I couldn t afford. He was courteous and let us wait in the air-conditioned lobby while he grabbed the cars in the heat. I ended up falling in love with the Escape, and thats exactly what I drove off the lot with! Mr. Black stayed after closing to make sure I felt comfortable driving off the lot - EVEN AFTER all the paperwork/contracts were signed. His professionalism, honesty, and personable nature made a huge difference. The expectations he set matched the experience I had, which I deeply appreciate. He never once pressured me to have my parents cosign, and he went above and beyond to ensure I got the best deal possible. As a first-time car buyer, I couldnt have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Mr. Black and Bluebonnet Ford to anyone looking for their next car! 8/14/24 EDIT: This additional edit is truly to give credit where credit is due. I received a phone call asking for some additional signatures. When I got to the dealership, Mr. Black greeted me without hesitation and took me to the person I came to see (Alex the finance manager). Mr. Alex followed up with me about the Ford Pass Rewards Program that Mr. Black helped register me for and asked for my member ID to ENSURE that my account was linked. We bought an extended warranty for our sons 2020 Fusion. His 2nd Fusion purchased there. When his transmission failed, the service manager showed me a list of two pages of vehicles ahead of him. He said it would be 2 months before they get to it. No loaner car, the warranty only covers 10 days-after it s diagnosed. How does he keep his job with no transportation? Now it s a few months later, his transmission is down again, same story from Bluebonnet-it ll be weeks before we get to it. Again he has no transportation for an excessive time, they offer no loaner car. I talked to the service manager and finally gave up. I WILL NOT BUY ANOTHER FORD. The dealers in our area don t care about service-just selling me a car. Oh by the way, I spoke to the Chevy dealer in NB, I was assured they have a loaner program should this happen. His Fusion is sitting in the driveway waiting for his appointment. I read their response. Appreciating me buying two cars from you is not changing the fact that my son has been without transportation for months. What good is a Ford warranty if it takes months to look at the car? If you really want to fix this, get me a loaner while you make us wait to fix it.

Afterwards I met with Craig P with the Finance Dept. He was so knowledgeable and friendly, which put me at ease. He found me the best interest rate in todays market. Both Chris and Craig made this purchase so smooth and I was happy to drive away with my used (but new to me) vehicle.
