Still Point Direct Primary Care is a family medicine clinic using the DPC membership model to deliver affordable primary care from your personal physician, while removing unhelpful barriers created by insurance companies. Get access to unlimited same-day or next-day visits for most concerns, with longer appointment times to dig deeper into medical issues. Nearly all services are covered by the low monthly membership fees. Our goal is to be radically transparent with prices so you are never surprised. Member patients have direct access to their physician by text message, email, and cell phone to get answers to their questions without having to pay extra for an appointment. It's like having a doctor in the family.

In our 82 years of living, experiencing care from many different PCPs, Dr. Rob is by far the most excellent. He listens attentively to our concerns, gives us options for our care, & allows us to choose which one(s) we want. He truly cares, is kind, & compassionate. He is also knowledgeable & does ample research about our concerns, if he doesnt know the answer to our questions. He is the BEST!

Dr Rob is great! When I need to see him, hes available either the same day or the next one. Visits can be up to an hour long! He LISTENS and is never in a hurry. He takes time to research the best options for each situation. Cant recommend Dr Rob highly enough!

Dr Robs system allows him to spend the time necessary to identify and work through medical issues. He listens, reviews your medical history, answers concerns and explains how medicines work to improve your health. Our family trusts his guidance.

Professional, honest and integrity are the attributes Dr Rob possesses. Completely satisfied with his work in making sure I am thoroughly taken care of. He helped us with our mother that was in hospice. He was very respectful and showed empathy.

Dr Rob is a remarkable young professional with a wealth of knowledge that is only equaled by his compassion. Many of us from the older generation require more than a pill or a test to get us through our fear of ageing. His calming spirit gets many of us over the hump when pressing issues arise. Also, while money should not be a restriction when it comes to ones own health, his value of services FAR exceed his monthly concierge fee. The time and money that I save on face-to-face appointments through my TeleHealth preference as well as the savings from my pharmacy scripts being sent to the most inexpensive locale, more than TRIPLES what is posted as my monthly subscription fee! I guess the biggest compliment a patient can broadcast about their doctor is when you trust him with your life.

We love the fact that we can reach Dr. Rob through text or phone anytime. He always responds in a timely fashion. We feel very comfortable with the care he has given us. He allows us to make our own choice from the options he offers for treatment. Direct primary care works well for us and we recommend friendly, knowledgable Dr. Rob.

Dr. Rakowczyk has been such a great partner in our health. He is open to conversations that include different modalities to achieve our best care. He follows up, is on time, and allows a really generous amount of time for complex issues when they arise. My husband and I are blessed to have found him!

Doctor Rob is by far the finest primary care physician I have ever had the pleasure to have as my PCP. He genuinely cares about my wife s and my care. When I had Covid, he took charge and, because of my age, had me treated quickly to prevent a bad outcome. I like his practice arrangement as he is not beholding to a large medical group where the tail wags the dog. He calls the shots to get you the treatment you really need. Before we started with Dr. Rob, we just bounced around using whatever doctor we could find to treat us. Now it s like when we were kids, having a local doctor who really cares about his patients. Appointments are easy and quick to get. I highly recommend Dr. Rob if you are in need of a highly qualified and caring physician. He s 5 stars in our book!

I have been seeing Dr. Rob for over a year. He is thorough, gives me options for treatment going over the pros and cons. He is extremely patient with me and my concerns. On Saturday,12/30/23, I became ill. On Sunday morning, New Year s Eve, I sent him a message. I did not expect an answer until Tuesday. To my surprise, Dr. Rob, responded with a phone call. As a result of the phone call I had a plan of attack . By Monday I was almost back to normal. I highly recommend Dr. Rob for your medical needs.

Where is Dr. Rob now?? Just got My letter with no form, no list of doctors to choose from Just that Dr Rob is now gone. I ve been fighting for new insurance since January so he could remain my doctor. So disappointed please update your website. Who is still with the practice??
