Ive been to this place several times and I really dont know why I keep ordering food. Its never good. If you sit at the right spot at the bar you can see into the kitchen which gives you an idea of what to expect. I recomed have a drink at Double Shots and go anywhere else in the area for food. Edit to add. Ive been back a few more times now and I swear its getting worse. I dont eat there anymore but even having a drink is uncomfortable. There is an obvious culture of rudness and entitlement in the staff. I went last night and after the initial half hearted hi welcome in. Not one of the wait staff spent more than 3 seconds interacting with us. Perhaps someone had passed away that day because the mood of ever single employee was angry and annoyed.

Today was our first visit to watch the UT vs Michigan football game. It was a great experience! Loved the atmosphere, food (especially the fried Oreos. ) and drinks were delicious, staff was very attentive; especially Kelsie C. Kelsie was very personable and kept checking in on us, making sure we were well taken care of. She s an absolute gem! We look forward to many more visits.

August 20th. Absolute s#it show tonight. Couldn t get drinks right, some food burnt, other food came out 30 minutes after. Couldn t split the bill correctly and then took another 30 minutes to bring corrected bills that still weren t correct. Waitress forgot to put in some of the food orders so part of out table didn t eat. Clearly new staff as this isn t the norm. Get it together!!

I had every intention of trying out the new bar in the Plaza for brunch. After sitting for a while the bartender came to my table and told me to order from the bar. My friends arrived and we decided to go with the old faithful Double Shotts! We had a menu and server before our butts hit the seat! Double Shotts and Granzines Meat Market are the only places in this town with consistent quality and service. Thank you!

We ordered food to go and have never eaten there before. To be honest it wasnt good. The burger I ordered had a patty too small for the bun, a tomato that wasnt ripe, 1 over priced piece of bacon that was cut into 4 squares that didnt cover the patty and two small brown floppy lettuce strips. The fries tasted burnt with no salt or flavor and we must have got the bottom of the bag since they were only an inch long or smaller. My wifes chicken wrap was good but she ordered the the 3 dips and chips and threw it all away saying the guacamole was the only one that tasted ok. I ordered fried cheesecake and got fried oreos instead that were over fried and too hard to eat. DO NOT ORDER TO GO. We will not be going back. 75 bucks for a dinner for 2 and most of it was thrown away.

Nice place good atmosphere. Went there with some friend to watch the nfc fights, had a baseball game on but said would change after game, no worries. After the game was over they still didnt change the TV and the server looked very overwhelmed. Finally was able to get the fights on, ordered drinks and food. Drink were random on when they were served mixed seemed to get served 10 min before the draft beer. Food took some time about and hour. There was 4 of us and only 3 orders showed up. Asked about the 4th odder to find out they were out of wings and failed to let us know. Overall service and communication were poor. If your looking for just drinks this is the place but food, I would eat before hand. Will not be returning.

This place is amazing. Great food, and the staff is very friendly. Rochelle and Aiden made sure our drinks never got empty. When we wanted to do shots, they gave us suggestions on shots we may like. Though we didn t go with there suggestions but it was delightful to hear there inputs on things we should try and may try next time. The manager Ashlyn came around and was checking on the customers to make sure they were getting the service that is expected at this establishment.

2nd time Ive been here and have received amazing service by Brianna T! This bartender knows what shes doing! Friendly and knowledgeable. Fried oreos are so delicious almost felt like Im at the state fair! But the star of the food show were the wings.. wow so tender and lots of meat and great flavor. Will definitely frequent here! Went into this place to watch the game with my pregnant girlfriend. She sat down & was never served while all the front of house staff just looked at her. Met a friend for a beer after work. Got the southwest egg rolls, they were good. Also got some mini corn dogs, those were a good value at $3.50. Beers were about $5 or less, special of the day (Tuesday) was espolon tequila $4.50- that s a steal!!! In Austin espolon is double or triple that price. This would be a great place to watch a game, there s so many spaces, I don t think there s any available wall space even haha

It s my fault for literally googling cheap salmon. The nastiest smelling (that ammonia smell is a great indicator this fish is bad, as is the film) and over cooked salmon. I threw up pretty quickly after eating this Mac and cheese was good tho.

My first time here and I was very impressed. The atmosphere is great, very casual and fun. There is a wide variety of food choices and my selections were very tasty. I like their happy hour choices as well. They change daily. The wait staff is very attentive. I will definitely return. Parking: There is more parking towards the back of the restaurant. Some people started learning in the grass if they had a higher vehicle to jump a low curb.

Flies were present during most of our time inside. The appetizers were underwhelming. We had the onion rings and fried mushrooms. Mushrooms were sogy, and onion rings were burnt. The chicken bacon crunch wrap turned out ok. The chicken was dry, and the bacon was a bit over done. I was also disappointed they upcharge your meal if you pay with credit card. No warning prior to ordering. Moving the credit card payment off on the customer will guarantee I do not come back.

Ordered some lunch today from here, the Fiesta Chicken. It was SO good! For extra $1 I had ordered queso over my broccoli and I don t regret it. Best happy hour in NB. Fried pickles, mushrooms and lollipop wings are the bomb!! Drinks are well poured and staff is very friendly.

The best place in NB to get drinks and food!! The servers are all nice, drink deals every day, good sports, and food is always perfect!! Update: Everyone good here left or barely ever work. New Bartenders dont know how to make drinks at all and are super rude, dont even know what a well drink is on 3$ well drink Thursday. Charged us 6$ for terrible drinks (Supposed to be 3$). Happens every week now. Really went down hill the past month. Came here 3x a week for months, never going back. Dont even get me started on food quality and prices now lol

Fun atmosphere and the bar and wait staff are awesome! Love all the TVs and is a perfect spot for game day. My favorite server is Austin. He s personable, fun and great at his job. Food is good too.

Nice place overall. Prices are definitely a little high for the food quality. Ordered Cheese Fries and more than 75% of them were hard as a rock. Told the waitress and she blamed it on the cheese. Also had a Cheese Burger which was actually really good. Here for an hour and drink was refilled once and that wasnt done by my waitress but the guy who brought out my burger.

Nice relaxed atmosphere. Waitresses are on par-good service for sure. Pool tables are in good condition with ample space to play. Offers electronic darts and juke box song plays from your phone. Beer and liquor, sports TVs and a chill place. Would recommend checking out.
