I am traveling stopped to sit eat & potty before going on my way. Was told only paying customers could use the restrooms so I spent $30. Then she refused to let me potty. Said company policy no public restrooms. They have two restrooms in the dine in area. No signs saying they are out of order, no restrooms or no public use. She told me to find a gas station . Then my order was all wrong. Instead of having her correct it I just put it in the trash. This place was a ghost town at 730am which is a first for me. Im use to standing in long lines at Einsteins. Not here McDonalds across the street order was correct and I could potty.

Im from Wimberley, Texas but my neighbor was having some work done on her Jeep which was suppose to be ready by noon but wasnt. No surprise there. Anyway, we decided to get coffee on the northwest side of New Braunfels but couldnt find a coffee shop. So we stopped in Einstein Bros. Bagels. The people were really friendly and didnt seem to mind that we only wanted coffee. Dietary restrictions: They have a huge selection of food items to choose from Parking: There is plenty of parking. We parked right next to the doors

Tried that new maple syrup breakfast sandwich, 1st time ever in an Einsteins. The sandwich was PHENOMENAL. FAST SERVICE TOO.!!! The hash brown hockey puck side was OK, tasted too much like some potatoes au gratin for my personal taste (not in a bad way, but I wanted plain ol hash brown flavor). I tell you whut, that sandwich was so good, Im going back again tomorrow for another one.!!!

Tried this place for breakfast for the first time (mind you this was the ONLY thing I had eaten at the time. The day is over and still have not had anything but this bagel due to what happened) and got food poisoning. Not sure if it s from the bacon or turkey sausage that was on my bagel but I was highly highly disappointed due to the fact that I was so excited to try this place out.

Quick service. Be sure you understand if you order online and they dont have what you order in house that there is a very long process to refund. So much so that I just said forget it and Ill take whatever you give me. They are not able to refund you in house for some reason.

I attempted to place an order online like is recommended. You cant order a day in advance. Has to be same day. When you call to place an order ot tella you to do it online or visit the store and hangs up on you. I drove all the way to the store to order a pickup for next day and the lady there said I couldnt do it because they already had a large order to do. Is this a place of business ?? Good food, friendly service. My only issue is the bottles soft drinks. For the 3rd time in a row, I received a bottled Coke that was just a few days away from the expiration date. I usually just throw it away, but this time I brought it up to an employee because it tasted terrible. They kindly replaced it with another one, but same issue terrible taste because it was 3 days away from expiring. So I just gave up on that.

I love Einsteins, but this location was very stingy with the food. My bagel with cream cheese was missing some cheese. My BLT, if you want to call it that, 1 piece of lettuce, 2 slices of tomato, barely any bacon, and the onions were sliced as if to make onion rings. I will not be back at this location again.

The food here is pretty exceptional! From breakfast sandwiches, burritos, lox salmon, or just exotic bagels, Einstein Bros. brings the quality and the taste! There is a reason its always busy and its not because its in a small building. Food comes out fast and fresh and while its a little pricey, its not much more than everyone else for the area. Employees are all friendly and helpful and patient ....in some cases. Well be back when we come to visit Schlitterbahn next time! Get the Hash Brown Bagel - Sooooo good!

It was the worst visit ever. They lost the order and then only had 4 of the onion bagels we ordered. The manager was rude and said just give him his money back. My husband just got plain bagels which was not why we drive from GardenRidge to New Braunfels to not get what we wanted. Very disappointed in the whole staff really not caring. I( his wife ) sat in the car for over 30 minutes waiting for my husband to get the bagels and when he did return the anger was a 10. Think we deserve better service as we are regular customers and not tourist.

Used to be decent location but increasingly becoming less so. It s like pulling teeth to actually find enough coffee in any of the coffee pots, or get creamers. Bagels are generally okay but tend to be slapped together haphazardly most of the time, filling may or may not actually be on the bagel when you open it. Just think it s a shame the quality is getting a bit dodgy, other locations generally do pretty well.

We have been here a few times so far, and each time was pretty good! I would highly recommend getting there earlier in the morning, because the one time we stopped by later, they didnt have much options to choose from. Today on the other had had lots to choose from including layered donuts! Kids love those! The bagels are yummy, and toasted just right. I ordered the ham and Swiss bagel sandwhich with egg ( I was picturing it was made with a fried egg, to have that nice egg yoke to dip the rest of the sandwhich in, but it was more of a pre-made processed type egg... if that makes sense... still tasted good. But if your like me and love those egg yolks, this didnt have that. My son got to pizza bagel, and loved it as usual. Over all the place was clean, staff was busy with orders and engaging with customers, friendly for the most part. Prices wernt to shabby. And everything came out in less then 5 min, even with a packed place! We will be back, and would definitely recommend! Ps if you love chocolate chips, the chocolate chip coffee cake is delicious! (I think thats what its called)

We walked inside they said they d be with us in a minute (there was nobody else inside when we got there) while waiting three other people walked in we waited 25 minutes for someone to take our order as we re doing our order and everything and I go to Pay she proceeded to tell us they do not accept bills over $20. I walked in about two weeks ago and heard an older lady yelling & cursing at another employee in front of everyone. I thought how rude and highly unprofessional. If you cant control your temper you should not be workingwithpeople. I felt tremendously bad for the young lady as I could see the pain on her face. The Brisket sandwich was ok. The sauce is what made it good. Unfortunately it sat on the bagel for 10 minutes before the sandwich was made so the inside of the bagel was soggy. The customer service was definitely lacking. There wasnt any friendliness or joy in either of the two workers up front. After the customers backed up to 8 deep, then the 2 people came from the back to help. I could see why the employees were unhappy due to the barking leadership style. I gave 3 stars because I love Einstein Bagels at other locations.

Wife placed in-store order...she ordered 3 bagels with shmear & jelly and an Applewood bacon & egg sandwich on a cinnamon sugar bagel and hashbrown and was charged $28. She thought it was a little high...it was. 1st she was charged for the jelly - come to find out there was NO jelly and they were charging her for shmear. The Applewood sandwich was on some weird bagel (she showed them a picture of the sandwich) and told them on a cinnamon bagel - didnt realize this until she was home. They refunded her almost $12, but that didnt include the sandwich. I called and was told no refund for the sandwich; would remake it. Not sure if its worth the drive. Worst order-taker ever. Never have a problem when the real manager is on duty.

Just went in at 11:45 on a Sunday morning. My daughter and I were the only ones at the counter and neither of the two employees would even acknowledge us for over five minutes, even though they looked at us when we walked in. . Then the girl walked past us but never ask for our order and never acknowledged us. I finally told the man behind the counter that it was rude of him and he would not even acknowledge me then, just looked at me and then looked away. He even answered the phone and took orders after we had been there waiting. I will never eat here again

I drove 35 minutes to come and snag some bagels from this place. It was the best bagel sandwich I have ever had! Also the hashbrowns are to die for I forgot the woman s name who was working but she was so sweet and I appreciate the hospitality!! I would definitely come here again no questions asked!!
