The food is absolutely amazing, only issue is the extra diced onions , when you ask for them to be grilled they just taste like mush because of how small they are , besides that this place is amazing friendly and nice service and always good vibes.

I made the mistake of ordering a double cheeseburger. It was HUGE. Also it was amazingly good so I ate it all which I regretted later because I was in a burger coma. Fries were seasoned and very crispy. I will return.

The food was excellent. The price was reasonable. The only thing keeping me from 5 stars is the floors were in need of sweeping. It looked like they had a busy day but just couldnt keep up. I will definitely go back.

The food looked really good. The bun and condiments were all exceptional quality. The burgers themselves were OK but not as impressive as the rest. The onion rings were handmade and excellent. The service was better than expected for a ppacelike this. All in all a good experience. Wish theyd find a new source for the hamburger patties and it would be an exceptional burger spot.

Their food is wonderful! My kids enjoy the chicken tenders with cheese fries! I personally love the fried egg burger on jalapeño bun with novo chips dipped in ranch! There is plenty of seating, but they over a drive through for call ahead orders and they are always speedy. Healthy options are available as well.

This place has been consistently great for years and years. The food is always hot, fresh, and correct. Ive seen several employees work there for many years now so that speaks volumes about the owners and managers. Its always clean and proper inside and outside as well. Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps and plenty of handicap parking as well as wide doors.

I visited today as I have in the past. I must say today I had the most excellent care. The hostess, the staff and manager went way above and beyond the word called service. Every one of them were most helpful, friendly and caring about my ever need. I would recommend this restaurant every day of the week all the time! I know that I ve bragged to countless people about their shrimp po-boys and fries honestly the BEST ive had. The fries are magical. I really miss the old location. The food came out quick and it tasted pretty good, but then when I went to use the restroom shortly after I had seen an employee go in to use it I noticed that when they had finished with their #2 they didnt wash their hands, that definitely ruined the mood and the meal. Not only is the bathroom by itself a hotspot for bacteria, but not washing after you wipe is even more disgusting. Probably wont be going back to this Novroskys

Last time I was in town, this place was recommended to me. I got a baked potato and let me tell you, it was delicious! I decided that next time I was in the area, I would stop by. Best Burgers anywhere around and onion rings. Beware do not order the baskets of fries, curly fries or onion rings unless you are huge eaters. There is enough to fill up half of a to go bag, like a Walmart bag. A single order is perfect for 1 heavy eater or 2 normal eaters!

I ate here for the first time today and it was way more than I expected. I ordered the bacon cheese burger and a side of homemade onion rings with a drink. The young lady at the register was so polite and friendly and assisted me on what I wanted. When I received my order I was trying to figure out how I was going to eat that big burger and the basket of huge rings. I started eating there and ended up taking half with me back to work. It was really good and the meat comes from the Nolan Ryan meat market... damn good. Only problem that I have is now I dont want to do anything at work... way to full. Be ready for a nap after this meal. A+ in my book. Parking: Plenty of parking. Kid-friendliness: Family atmosphere.

I ate at the Beaumont location a couple weeks ago for the first time and it was amazing! The burger was so juicy and flavorful and the fries were battered in something that made them delicious and crispy. I loved it so much that I relentlessly insisted that my boyfriend and I go eat at our local Nederland location because he just had to try the food. The guy taking our order was super friendly and was very accommodating when I asked that my burger be prepared away from the peanut butter because I have an allergy. When we got our food, I was extremely disappointed to see that it wasn t the same food served at the Beaumont location. The fries were soggy, unsalted, and clearly came from a frozen bag. The burgers were pretty good, but we didn t touch the fries. It was a shame seeing as we each got our own and had to pay separately for them. We might come back to see if anything changes, but next time we re making the trip to Beaumont.

Very over priced BY FAR!! I paid $21 for a double cheeseburger and a large fry without even a drink included. $21 for a double burger and large curly fry is just a ridiculous amount of money. It would have been $25 with a soft drink. Thats a pretty nice meal at most restaurants where youre properly served by a wait staff member and such. I understand that inflation is soaring, but the prices at this burger joint are outrageous in my opinion.
