Concept and ambiance is similar to The Backyard (the owners restaurant next door), which I also enjoy. I like the food at Yard Dogs more, it caters to a more classic bar food patron. Theres also a larger drink selection, which is nice. The service is usually good, even when theyre really busy. Vegetarian options: Yes Dietary restrictions: Yes Parking: Tons... dont worry about it. Perfect place to enjoy patio weather!! My favorite dish is the Sante Fe Chicken. Green beans are amazing, almost as yummy as French fries!! Add a Sangria for a perfect meal!!

I love that we can bring our dog here and eat on the patio. They have a small food menu. I ordered the all beef hot dog and fries, which was delicious. My daughter got wings that honestly were pretty gross. The service was really slow as far as taking our order, but the waiter and manager were nice. Kid-friendliness: very kid friendly.

Chase provided incredible, attentive service without being overbearing. He was very respectful, even to us as young patrons, which is rare to see nowadays. His yes sirs, yes maams and courteous manners went a long way to make our night better. He and the manager made sure we were taken care of throughout the night and made us feel right at home. Kudos to Yard Dawgs for hiring such a quality employee.

Really good dogs & brats . Fantastic bread. The options are plenty to make a dog of your own taste. Decent beer menu. The fries are delish!!! We had great service, she checked on us regularly. Food came up quickly. It was a gorgeous day, so sitting outside was amazing. Id definitely come back.

What a lively place! We went for the first time and couldnt believe how popular! We had salads, steak and steak tacos. The food was delicious and well prepared. We will try their other restaurant that is at the front of the building.

I m disgusted by Page, the bartender. Amazing that bartenders think they are the end all beat all. Are they following their lead? Aren t you their leader TIM? Just listening to her behind the bar is sad. They are making fun of the patrons as I text right now. The owners need to train their teams that the patrons pay their salaries. No eye contact, no conversation and no respect. I ordered chicken wings half and half. No problem. They came out wrong. Again, no problem. Page came out without asking one question. Just took them and said they re working on it, no questions, no concern, no care. DARRELL had to come out because the second order was wrong. I didn t care about the order being wrong. What I cared about was the staff being complacent, rude and ignoring. I live in Murphy, my family is in the service industry. I would NEVER allow my team to treat people so low. TIM, train your team! I met you before and you were very proud of what you re doing. My husband and you talked forever. You were so proud. They apparently are not following your lead . Or are they? Very disappointing ..

Love the option to get fried green beans.. They are delicious! Since you can pick as many toppings as you want for the dawgs, I expected more of a heaping pile...but instead it was just a sprinkle of each topping. Overall very good.

9/14/22: This was our first visit. Came for a couple of drinks. We sat at the bar and Melodee was bartending. We had a beer, a Blueberry lemonade and a jalapeño cheddar bratwurst. There were plenty of TVs throughout, and a large TV outside. There was a very large backyard area, with picnic tables and outdoor games. There was a very large liquor and wine selection available. Lots of high end bourbon and tequila. We met the manager, Tim, and we had a nice chat about his vision for the place. We would certainly return! 8/9/23: We arrived shortly after 4pm, sat at a table, and Emma was a great hostess. We ordered drinks and they came pretty quickly. We ordered fried jalapeños, chicken wings, chicken quesadilla, and chili cheese fries. Our order didnt take very long and the food was very hot on arrival. It was too hot to sit outside. We enjoyed our Happy Hour, and Emma kept checking on us to make sure we were okay. She was very attentive and friendly. There was plenty of parking outside, and the location was great.

Definitely my favorite of the two Yards, their cheese steak sandwich is fantastic as well with their frozen crown and coke. Their fried appetizers are great as well. The service I have had is responsive and accurate as well, these kids earn their money! Love coming here, just wish I could do it more often.

I had been to this establishment on several occasions prior to the incident this past Sunday I am about to refer to, and I have never had any problems up until this point. I had even had several nice conversations with the female manager. However, this past Sunday my wife and I were at the bar during happy hour. After a miscommunication from the server about the happy hour special, I talked to the manager who said that she would discount the item in question. (A tall flavored margarita is an 11$ drink as opposed to a short version which is covered by the happy hour.) My main issue is that the manager then went to the end of the bar and within earshot of my wife and I and in front of several other guests, proceeded to loudly refer to my wife and I in a derogatory manner. A rather precise summation of her words were, You never know what kind of people will come out when the sun comes up. This is an outrageously disrespectful way to refer to and treat a guest. I will never be coming back as I cannot give my business to a restaurant that allows open disrespect of customers over something as small and petty as a miscommunication from the server. I understand bad days happen, but this was extremely unprofessional and uncalled for. I cannot recommend this place to anyone due to this experience.

This has become our favorite place for food, sangrias, and friendly environment while watching a game. Catfish is amazing and chili cheese dog options are no where to be found like here. Cozy sports bar. Friendly staff. Happy hour all day Sunday! Great selection of draft beers. Their menu cocktails are pre-mixed but darn tasty. Lots of TVs. And there are two sets of 4 TVs that they can make into a large screen. One set is outside. Their patio is pretty pleasant too. Fried jalapenos are really tasty and crispy. Steak quesadillas are delicious.

Every, single, food item on this menu is amazing. 1st was the tacos, best tacos hands down across DFW and Ive been everywhere (Micos, Torchys, Fuzzys, Marianos). Amazing chimichiri sauce, great balance, homemade tortillas and quality meat. #2 Jalapeno cheddar brat, did I transport myself to Germany?? Just spot on. Their Yard Dogs are also ridiculous. #3 Philly cheese steak, amazing meat, homemade queso, soft bun that doesnt kill the roof of your mouth. Oh and they have amazing drinks and ALL the beers on tap, a whole wall. This place is a best kept secret, comr check it out!!!
