Ive been eating at the kolache factory since around 2018!! And they do not disappoint!! I love all of their varieties of kolaches!! But my favorite is the millennial kolache their croissants are good as well!! And their app makes it all the more reasons to love them and the service they provide

Stop playing!! If anyone brings me a regular donut again or a pig in the blanket I will know that we re not really friends. Finally decided to stop in and try these out and trust me they didn t disappoint. As advertised!! The flavors are on point with what I ordered. Got a sausage and gravy, jalapeño popper, Philly cheese steak and peach. Will definitely be trying other flavors!!

Definitely a better option than donuts! My personal favorite so far is the Jalapeño popper, but they are all so delicious. I do recommend ordering your kolaches either online or through their app for pick-up. This ensure that your order will be ready by the time you arrive, avoiding the line and no flavors of your preference are sold-out when you arrive at the store (flavors DO sell out and can take half-hour to 2 hours to bake)! I ordered two standard party trays for teacher and staff appreciation week at our sons elementary school and they were an instant hit! P.S. - their Texas Pecan coffee goes great with a warm kolache!

This place used to be better. They pared down the menu and its very basic, lacking the very items that drew us in the first place, black forest strudel nics and apricot kolaches. Peach and apple doesnt come close. Cherry isnt enough to make me drive 5 miles to get it. The service is distracted but courteous. The dining area is a ghost town and very plain. Dietary restrictions: If youre going low fat, go elsewhere. Kolaches are full of fat.

The lady told me to wait 20mins for my food to be ready. It s been 20mins and I went to ask and she told me to wait another 10 mins and now it s been an hour . This is unacceptable. Next time I ll like to know the real truth time. Funny it s my first time being here. And the experience is awful.

Like the Kolaches, but they dont honor their deals and at full price they offer poor value. Corporate fuessed up that the Murphy, TX location was in is non-compliance on their (non-)handling of todays buy 3 get 3 free special on Facebook, so I was going to recommend other locations instead, but they then went back and whitewashed their Facebook page. Unless you are a fan of unaccountable companies that lie to their customers, find a local donut store to frequent instead.

I mean who doesnt like carbs with some type of goodness inside. Its a sweet treat... I loved the BBQ and the Philly Cheesecake was great, kids love the pizza of course. Cant go wrong with this one of a kind treat for breakfast lunch. Plenty of parking and nice staff.

UPDATE: from a 1 to a 3 Just received a call from the owner who apologized profusely. Very much appreciated. Was told the crew thats there now will not be there for very long. They will be bringing in new staff so hopefully customer service will take a turn for the better. I will be giving them another chance as I do very much appreciated them reaching out to try to remedy the situation. Will update again. Thank you! Went into this location today 4/12/22 at 8:45am with my mother to purchase breakfast for our family. Savory pastries are my weakness. My mother found your store by accident and wanted to bring me in, knowing how much I would love it. I was so excited just walking through the door. I knew in that moment, that I wanted to be able to try everything. So we ordered 2 of every savory pastry. The food is amazing hands down. The customer service however was an absolute shock. From the first moment we interacted with the employee at the register just the tone of his voice and demeanor made me feel like we were annoying him. Like we were unwelcome. I am a store manager myself and if my staff would treat my customers the way my mother and I were treated today, I would not have a job. First of all they messed up our order. They rang up the items first, then went to pick them. With my ordering being so large, he lost track half way through it, which is when he asked another associate for help. This other boy asked him where he was at and the answer he got was I dont know. In my 15 year experience in the food and retail industry the best practice with such a big order should have been pick the items first and then ring them up. Because the way he did it, I was charged for pastries I never got. I was charged for 36 and only received 34. They didnt even consider asking me if I wanted just 1 of some flavors that did not have 2 available. That would have been an upsell for you because I would have said, yes Ill take just the one. As I said, we wanted to try every flavor. This is where the associates attitude got worse. He made my mother and I feel like we were a nuisance. We were dropping nearly $100 in this store and we were the problem? We did not ask for anything special. My mother suggested they work out a better process for big orders and the boy started SHOUTING at my mother that they do have a process if you order online!! Yelled at her to just go... and order online next time. To me this is outrageous. Extremely rude and uncalled for. How dare he? If he cant handle a simple transaction in person, he should not be working as a store associate. There was another customer in the building enjoying his purchase as this all went down and he was just as shocked at the way we were treated. Hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced. All we did was raise the issue of the order being wrong. No offer to fix it. We werent asking for special treatment or anything. We were only asking for our order that we paid for to be correct. This is expected in any business. Needless to say I will never be coming back. I will be sure to let my friends, family and coworkers know to never visit this location if they can help it. They will be treated like grabage. This boy has 0 customer service skills.

My first time at a Kolache Factory. The food was good. I tried a wide verity of breakfast and lunch offerings. The chicken enchilada was very good and was recommended as a favorite by the counter employee. The pizza was also good but I felt it could use some sauce. Bread and pepperoni is almost pizza, but not quite. Polish sausage was also good. My family really enjoyed the sausage and gravy, so much so that I didnt get to try it.

I think Kolache Factories are all franchises, and each store seems to have its own. The employees at this location have more of a dont care attitude than another KF I used to go to. That said, food quality has been consistently good between locations. I keep coming back!

Order online in this location and pick time was 8:45 am (unable to choose earlier time) went 45 mins early and was told it would be 15 to 20 mins to wait and I said that should be okay but when the guy with southern accent turn his back was trash talking and could not even contain to himself and has to tell others in the kitchen. I later confronted him and reasoning out that it was not for me and he just so busy that morning. Never offered an apology but instead making excuse which is not even reasonable. That was this Sunday, May 13, 2021. Very frustrated since this was the second time thing happen in this location. My kids loves the food and I been ordering big amount mostly for church gatherings and people for a cause. Mr, Stephenson, you are not in understanding of the content of the complaints. It is your ATTITUDE and not the wait it is all about!!!

I ve been here before and it was fine. Today I planned to take my dad to pick some things out. When I got there they had several signs making it clear they wouldn t serve people without masks, no exceptions. Disgusting, cold food. Didnt even warm the food up before throwing everything together in a bag, unmarked so we were clueless as to what was what. The blonde teenage girl behind the counter was absolutely horrible. She couldnt/wouldnt answer any questions we had about the food, was completely clueless, and seemed extremely irritated at the fact that she had to talk to people. WORST breakfast/brunch option ever. Shouldnt even still be open. Will not return or give any chance of redemption. If the service was better, and the cashier were a little more kind, we would be able to give the food a 2nd chance.

My husband and I go every Sunday I have off (which is not every one.) I judge places on their cleanliness, especially once they have been open awhile. This place is as clean as day one. I look at the ceiling too. Working in retail and the food industry its just habit. Now lets talk about the customer service 5 star all the way. I absolutely love the manager/owner like I said its not every week we are there and we may go 2 months with out seeing him but he always recognizes me and my husband even if we are not in our Pittsburgh gear which he pointed out once when I went in wearing a non-Pittsburgh related shirt. The food is always fresh and in love trying the different kolache of the months. Good thing for them I will now be driving by them everyday to go to work.

You guys did it again. Had a corporate visit today and I had asked my coworkers if they had tried Kolache Factory before. They all said no, so I had place a order online yesterday schedule to pick it up around 8am this morning. No doubt, Ceasar was there to greet me with a smile. Then I reply morning Ceaser, he was surprised I knew his name. How can you forget the friendly service. Best part was watching everyones expression after their first bite. We tried 7 different types of kolaches. They were all delicious. Be carrcarwith the jalapeño ones if you arent a fan of spicy. They have a good variety of coffees.

Always fresh, always cheerful, always neat and clean. The chicken enchilada and the jalapeño popper are two of my favorites for breakfast on Weekends. Their fruit filled offerings are also delicious, specially the peach ones. If you haven t tried their coffee, you must. They serve Katz coffee from Austin and their Bat City Blend is very smooth and robust. Call ahead as they run out of popular entries often.

Every time I go to this Kolache Factory The employees are very friendly, helpful, and offer suggestions. The food is always hot, as well as delicious! The Texas Hots are my favorite! Definitely recommend.
