Imagine fine dining in Mt. Belvieu. . .Barbers Hill! I was stunned! Everything was absolutely delicious! The staff was amazing. I will be back! 10/10 highly recommend. Parking: There are no issues parking on Thursday evening around 8pm.

Coctel Lounge offers an amazing and fun cocktail experience. The drinks were inventive and enjoyable, making for a lively atmosphere. The food was good overall, but the standout was the steak flatbread, which was truly amazing. Its a must-try if you are in the area. Highly recommended for both the cocktails and the exceptional flatbread.

This place doesn t fit Mont Belvieu. It s a trendy restaurant that you would find in Manhattan or the Galleria. Food was good , pricey, but didn t come out together. Almost like there isn t education on courses. Drinks are very over priced. Biggest issue is with the amount of staff standing around. Waited nearly 10 minutes for a drink reorder. And it seemed like we were bothering the waitress

Very creative menu but I would like 2 options. One being healthier options at brunch and the other? Cmon! Women dine here and typically carry a purse. Where would you suggest we put it? The rounded chairs mean they fall in the floor. On the table? No. Leave them in the car? No. Other than that, I love this place and have visited several times.

We sat outside due to unavailability inside, started raining and their roof cover started leaking and it got my food wet and my cosmo drink almost full of rain water. Waitress offer to bring me another plate I said yes please and make it to go. At the end when I was paying they were charging me for a full plate and gave a discount on the one that got wet. I was not ok with that, because that s not what I expected waitress claim the manager name Taylor said that s all she could do give me 75% off the wet plate and charge me full price for the 2nd plate. I told the waitress then here I don t want this to go plate you can have it back. I asked to speak to the manager, when I explain she replied with that it wasn t her fault my food got wet and that they are a small business and can t be losing money. I believe the situation wasn t handle the proper way by the manager. Update: since I can t reply to your comment I will just update here! I did not make a reservation outside to get wet it wasn t even raining when we got there. And you did not compensate everything you only gave me a discount, because you said I ate some of it so you could only give me a partial discount. People like me? What does that mean? I have money to pay for your whole restaurant, and I never complain but the way you talk to me in the restaurant was if you were inferior than me. Restaurants usually try to change peoples mind about the service, but instead you came and commented on my complain rudely and unprofessional.

Highest quality food and service in the area. Owners are hands on and the servers are on it. Have tried so many different things on the menu and all are delicious (favorite was the brussel sprouts and this awesome dessert). If you want a nice date night out, come here.

I have been to Coctel several times and it never disappoints! The crab cakes, peppered tuna, truffle fries, filet, and table side s mores are our food favorites. My go-to drinks are espresso martini, spicy lemon, and the off -menu Mother-in-law which is a SMOKED Cabernet! Once, my husband and I went on a date night there, but had to bring our 1 year old. She wouldn t eat anything so the owner, Taylor, had the chef prepare a special carrot purée that my daughter gobbled up! Can t say enough good things about this place and the people that work there! Well done!

Went here for my birthday with my wife and friends for it being in Mont Belvieu the food is phenomenal. I didnt have one bad thing. The cocktails were on point. If this restaurant was in Houston there would be a line out the door every night. Ive lived in Vegas before and the food is as good as anything you will find on the strip. Truly a hidden gem, check it out before it gets too popular and you cant get a table.

Shout out to Tori, the host When I walked in and said I had a party for 2, she said Julia? She must have known her reservations inside and out to know that because I was shocked. This is my second time coming. Singo bingo was SO FUN (even though I didn t win ). The food was great and they have great specials during the week. It can be expensive, so expect to spend some money. I feel they have better sales than when they first opened. Overall, go! Worth it.

Cóctel is a little piece of heaven tucked into Mont Belvieu that has a little bit something for everyone to enjoy. I ve had the pleasure of dining here four times in a span of two weeks, That should tell you all you need to know. Breakfast, Lunch and dinner are all phenomenal but I must admit lunch is by far my go to choice hands down. Come by yourself or with friends and family you will not be disappointed in the service especially from Zach. Kid-friendliness: Limited Kids Menu (cheese pizza, burgers ect)

I am so happy to see more upscale restaurants in this area. The food was fantastic except for the potatoes with the steak. Super salty! But they did give that person a discount. Outside of that it is a MUST try and we will be returning. And the drinks are definitely on point 100%!!! Parking: It s in a shopping center but more in the back.

We decided to try Cóctel Lounge and it did not disappoint There were 6 of us ranging in age from 15 to 80 and there was something for everyone on the menu! Me and my daughter ordered a few things to share- The Cheese Garden Charcuterie, The Fire Goat Flat bread (OMG! So good!!) and The Manhattan Flat Bread. I also tried the Chocolate Mousse which was fantastic! We all tried each other s food and agreed everything was absolutely delicious! Even though they were busy our service was great, we never felt rushed or hurried and the owner, Taylor, came by our table to ask about our experience! Between the atmosphere, food and drinks I am so glad we decided to give Cóctel Lounge a try! I will be back soon! Five stars from me!! Wait! Did I mention The Fire Goat Flat bread!?!?

The atmosphere as you enter Coctel is very welcoming, and you are greeted right away by their friendly staff. The menu selection is fantastic, try the meatballs! Or one of their flatbreads, you will thank me; not to mention the drinks are delicious! Coctel is a little bit of Houston brought to the up and coming town of Mont Belvieu, TX, and not having to drive in all the traffic. THIS is exactly what we needed.

Wonderful atmosphere. The food was simply amazing. Well put together, clean organized menu with a great selection of drinks. Good atmosphere and spacious feel to the environment. I recommend hanging some fabric to reduce the ambient sound and pushing some advertisement to the street level to attract more travelers! My new favorite date night spot.

Just left and I have to say I was underwhelmed. All Im gonna say is the drinks were great but the food was not. We had a party of 5 and there was not one person that was completely happy with their entree... I ordered the sizzling tacos and they were far from sizzling. Pretty upsetting.

Coctel Lounge is amazing!! All of the items we ordered, such as the charcuterie board and ceaser salads, were prepared to perfection! Chef Abe came by and spoke with us and it is clear that he is very knowledgeable and passionate about his job. The entire back of house team deserves a pat on the back for their efficiency and ability to create an amazing meal! Also, the service was great too! Everyone that came by our table seemed very excited to be there and they were genuinely proud of their positions and for good reason. This place is awesome!

Drinks didn t really have any alcohol in them and food is very expensive. Bar stools are very tiny and uncomfortable, the bar chairs with backs are also uncomfortable. Charcuterie didn t come with any serving utensils, when I m eating with friends I d like to have serving utensils (mini tongs or something) so people aren t double dipping. I might try it again when they are full menu but not in any hurry to.

This place is so excellent, and it has the feel of a nice spot in midtown/the galleria/the Heights. Weve been dying for something like this out here! We had the grape vine charcuterie board and the Manhattan flatbread, along with a couple of drinks. This seems like a soft opening, so Im sure the menu will change to something more permanent. Give this place a try, you wont be disappointed!
