Alphaland is by far the best gym I ve ever been to. They are continuously seeking ways to improve and implementing new things to provide a better experience for their members. They have endless amounts of equipment, amenities, and different supplements and clothing. Nothing but great things to say about this place. Worth the membership for people who like to workout.

This has been my home gym for a little over 2 years now and I have absolutely nothing bad to say. You can tell there is a lot of love being put into this facility as it continues to have more and more amenities popping up (recovery room, sauna, etc.). The price is a little tall of course, but you really won t find another environment like this one so I believe it is fully worth the price!!

It s a good gym because it s unique, and the property is large. They have the market cornered on aesthetics. However, they really need to work on basic things like making sure all equipment is working and maintained, cleaning wipes are restocked, and towels are available. Some machines are torn and covered in rust, and perform far less than excellently. Often times cleaning wipes are completely out at every station in gym 2. Today they were completely out of towels in the entire gym. Reason being we had a lot of people using them earlier, and they may be restocked tomorrow . Yet all dirty towel bins are full, and no one is doing laundry to fix this. All these things would be tolerable at a place like Planet Fitness, or 24 Hour Fitness. But at a gym where membership is $100 a month? Unacceptable. I love this gym, but things like this are so frustrating and annoying. Equinox offers similar aesthetics, and everything is always pristine and well-stocked. Alphaland is so focused on growth and new shiny things, that it seems they ve disregarded the basics. I think it would be wise to take a step back and make sure all bases are covered before adding new innovations. When I told two bodybuilder friends that I was getting a membership at Alphaland, they both advised me of these things. I m willing to overlook them, but others are not.

Top tier gym, vibe, and experience. If this place was closer to my house I d be here everyday. Still plan on doing a day pass once a month. Discounts for first responders and military. They even have a restaurant. My only gripe was the locker/bathroom was wayyyy too small for the amount of people this place can house. Other than that, best gym in Houston.

Shelly Estradas review of this gym is pretty spot on. I only came here because of a friend who was interested in filming content. Its not far from Houston, its 30 minutes from downtown. Would I ever come out to this gym again? No. The $40 day pass is not worth it as I enjoy the sauna/steam room and pool amenities and tennis; which this gym does not have. Lifetime Fitness is a far better gym. The people here are pretty cool though, they bring a different energy than other gyms. Black is a difficult color to keep clean and this gym was no exception, its quite dirty and maintenance is not around cleaning any of the areas. Alphaland looks way bigger online, there are numerous gyms that are 2 or 3xs the size of Alphaland and at a reasonable cost.

Been going to alphaland and alphalete gym since it open. It has always been the best place to lift however being a new establishment it came with a lot of opportunity for better structure. Recently, they hired a new general manager (Nik) who brought the structure and more. The gym is now cleaner, operating at a high level and overall a much better place to workout. Machines that use to take a long time to get fix/maintained are no longer an issues. It s crazy how much difference one good manager can do to a buisness. Thank you Alpahlete for making alphaland that much better.

I can tell you right now this probably has the worst customer service in the whole Gym industry. You get better customer service at a FITNESS CONNECTION in a hood location. It s either Management is just playing a blind eye or they seriously don t know they have a problem, but I am not the only one you re talking about hundreds of people if not thousands of people who have already complained about the service that they receive. Like come on guys, it s a gym. Be polite. There s a reason why all of us drive an hour or even more to come and visit is to have a great experience but this is not the place to have it. Awesome gym equipment, but not so awesome environment and the staff is trash I wonder if he even care anymore, once Christian got the bag it s like everything got mediocre and fake

( my background) Im 26. Have been working out since 14. I ve been a powerlifter, but now mainly focus on bodybuilding. I ve followed Christian and his journey since he first started. I ve always looked up to him and admired his drive and thought this was such a cool concept. Now being that I ve trained about 12 years now, I have seen lots of gyms. This by far is the largest and bougie gym I ve seen. I m from Arlington , tx. Home of ronnie coleman and many incredible bodybuilders and strength athletes. I ve trained at almost all the metroflex s and have worked out with some of the hardest working people. I love training so I dont care where i lift. ( I started at a YMCA) so it doesn t matter. But This gym is just over the top. It s definitely cool at first. But takes away the beauty of lifting. It shouldn t matter how cool a gym looks. How good the vibes may seem, or how popular it is. It was 40$ for a day pass. The most i ve ever paid. Fortunately it was slow and late when i went so glad it wasnt packed. But the gym wasn t my cup of tea. I prefer gyms like metroflex the castle and fox fitness. But being that alphaland was a huge gym and every young fitness influencer and althlete wanted to workout there , I decided to give it a go. I live far away so it s okay that I paid that much just one time. But It definitely was over rated for me. If you want to try it once i say go for it. It s cool to look at. Alot of things to do. But exercise wise. You dont need all that. You dont need fancy. You need grind. Hardwork. focus. And you can do that anywhere.

(Also influencer gym lots of tripods cameras set up. If you dont feel comfortable still pull up, gotta have those fears aside, I wonder in how many videos I came out in, day dreaming after a set ) Rating. 9ish/10. Ill put it this way, it might be expensive but you paying for the worth of the gym, I been to other gyms and honestly nothing compares to alphaland (the vibe hits different) 3 gyms, First gym is vibes cool, the music be bumping, I personally workout in gym 1 because the machines are newer and most my people workout in gym 1, plus its mad(very) social, cameras lights action, gym 2 is also great especially when they have Live Dj lowkey (it makes you want to bust a move in between sets, but definitely great. A great vibe, people be going crazy in gym 2, gym 3 for my solitary people, you want a private workout session, you are more of an introvert, are new to the gym dont like to much socializing, you would want to start gyming in gym 3 it will help, once you feel more confident, breaking that shell you can hop into gym 1,2. 2 basketball courts, soccer field+football field, volleyball court, chill zone outside by the restaurant for work l, editing, peaceful environment, also wanted to mention I have yet to find somebody with a bad attitude, most of the people here are top tier super humble and helpful, just because they are built big dont think they are high ego, they all started from somewhere, dont be afraid to ask a question or if run into a dilemma, yet of course dont interrupt somebody set, always be/have courtesy while they are working out of course, Also they have a chiropractor its not free tho( prices vary) They have the BEST coaches in houston. You dont want to workout without knowledge that is one of the biggest key factors on how people get hurt. So youll be in good hands. A calendar of events, sometimes free stuff, percent off, scavenger hunts, etc They have a whole restaurant inside. I wouldnt be surprised if they had Gordon ramsay cooking up some protein, they be stat on their orders, alphalete store clothes, energy drinks, sour strips, NO other gym like this in houston. (Paul walker: I said forget about it cuh) never. Motivational speech I got you cuhh Dont listen to the tiktok people that hate and say this and that about the gym, Ill tell you straight up, I came from social anxiety being one those gamers that didnt touch grass the people that would put you down in game and you would ask (sends a message) why is bro such a tryhard lol, Well to starting to gym, started back in September and I love this gym, made friendships, learned a lot from people, Health is better, gains are gaining, stronger, trust me. If you are comfortable with your life rn, youre doing it wrong, you have to step out that comfort zone. Haha you probably wondering if Im getting paid for this, nope. Im doing this from free will, put my self out there, Dont care if you have something negative to say, I cant workout because Im injured this and that, EXCUSES I see people come to the gym in crutches, with an arm sling, still working out, Yet the other day I was beat from legs and gyming with the gym bros almost giving up, Took a deep breath looked at my surroundings and I see all this people who I dont know, working their souls out Not gonna lie almost teared up. From a gym rating to a motivational speech, thats how much this gym impacted me. When I say, ( I cant my life this, that, hurt, blah blah blah) think about the next person is probably going thru a lot worse and still shows up.. If it works it worked, if not welp that high ego gotta go, wake up! (I SAY high ego because its your inner ego not letting you do the stuff that you can succeed on) 2024 is here. Also future sauna? Maybe . P.s sell gum to , sometime that gym breath be crazy

If you want to be in a high energy gym where people are working out seriously than this place is not for you. The place is mostly full of wannabe influencers with there pretty lighting taking pictures and resting 10 minutes in between sets. 2/3 people in the gym will be using recording with a Tripod. The equipment is great and all 3 gyms are pretty solid but there are defiantly signs of wear and tear. When my friend was doing the lat pull down in Gym 1 the pad fell off. The dumbbells in gym 2 were not organized what so ever. The football field feels similar to the torn up cattle fields on my ranch. The staff are friendly and the food is pretty good. There is a good lounge in the cafe to chill and eat before and after you workout. The store is also pretty solid and I got a pretty cool shirt. Overall I enjoyed Alphaland but I would not get a membership here,

We purchased $300+ worth of their clothings. Unfortunately, it was the worst customer service I have ever received. There was no hi or welcome at the checkout, the cashier was constantly chatting with her coworker next to her, and an awkward silence between me and her, there was no appreciation at all. Gym is ok. Customer service is minimal if there is even any at all.

BUT to charge $40 for a guest pass is absolutely absurd. especially if you re visiting from out of the state. i see on previous reviews that the price has changed a couple times but someone making millions should at least accommodate those who can only try it out once and don t live in texas. also like others have mentioned previously, the tripods legit in every corner of the gym is extremely distracting. OTHER THAN THAT, this place is definitely one of a kind. make sure to get the best workout of your life there and cop some merch afterwards.

This is my first time at the new location and this place was by far one of the best gyms. I may have been one of the oldest in there but I love the energy the young crowd brings. All the people who work there were very helpful and so nice. I got the day pass $40 which is a lot but they do give you 24 hr access. You have a huge selection of equipment and lots of room to workout. I did go at an off time so I can only imagine how busy it gets. If you are a gym influencer this would be the perfect place to get some great shots with the natural light.

A worthwhile visit for hardcore gym enthusiasts, athletes, or anyone that can appreciate an athletics facility that cares for their members and visitors by providing a great environment to excercise with a wide variety of equipment and a motivating atmosphere. Each of their 3 gyms alongside their outdoor facilities allow any athlete to feel comfortable to fully commit in their experience here. While pricier and filled with my cameras than your standard commercial gym, I found it still a fantastic place to workout whether youre a committed fitness personality, bodybuilder, powerlifter, athlete, or just a casual lifter. Facility was clean, especially the entrance/lounge areas and gym 1, which felt like the nice upscale gym most are accustomed. Gym 2 and 3 have that old-school feel that are great for people that enjoy fresh air gym sessions. I wish their posing room had better lighting ironically enough. Staff was very nice and committed to the overall experience. Great if youre a fan of Alphalete or affiliated brands as you can explore their great shop area filled with varying merchandise from clothing to equipment to even snacks! Speaking of snacks, their eatery was also recommended by members but did not get to try. At the time of review, day passes are $40 for 24-hrs with the ability to enter and leave within that duration. Wish I had the opportunity to return on another occasion but will have to wait for another chance to be able to explore more! Warning, the GPS location may take you to their employee parking.

I had to stop in Houston for a day and decided to stop here for a workout, so I purchased a 24-hour pass. I went at 6:30 am so it was not packed. I went to all 3 gyms on the compound and didnt have to worry about equipment being taken up. This place has nearly any piece of equipment you can think of. Also, their restaurant inside was a pretty cool touch. Ive seen some reviews about a lot of tripods being setup. Although I saw quite a few, people kept it pretty close to them during their exercise, so it was hardly noticeable. It was also early morning, so maybe not the rush it usually maybe. I got a pair of their infinity shorts on the way out and they are probably the best workout shorts Ive had so far.

This place is the bodybuilding mecca of the south. 3 gyms on the whole facility, food options, apparel store, and even basketball are just some of the things to enjoy. The equipment is absolutely incredible and Ive had some of the best workouts of my life in this gym. Its a no brainer this is the place to be for social media stars and pro bodybuilders alike.

This place used to be great! I would always talk it up at my local gym and invited all my friends, when the day pass was $25. Now Alphaland seems to have gone down hill, there are several unique machines missing, all the attachments are rusted and beat up, and the vibe is not even close to what it used to be. The worst part of all is they raised the day pass to $40/person with no advance posting or notice. $40/person for a day pass is RIDICULOUS, and needless to say, I will not be going back or inviting any of my friends.

Day passes have been raised to $40 which is insane and not worth the 35 minute drive. Especially since the vibe has gone downhill. Music was not upbeat in the morning and several of the attachments were rusty. Main bathroom & locker room area still smell like sewage. This gym was amazing a year ago but seems dismal and overpriced now. Unfortunate.

5/6/2023 Update: Cons: Loud music with no variety (no seriously, they will only either play rap music OR Bad Bunny) The gym can get ridiculously packed during peak hours (which is pretty standard for most gyms) but its even more so during summer shredding or any event for that matter. Expensive memberships in the $100 range and an even more expensive day pass. Employee turnover rate is high, a lot of cliques within the gym itself, a lot of filming and tripods. In short, this gym will NOT be for you if youre not an influencer and dislike the idea of a fitness influencer. Now for the Pros: As soon as you walk into the gym, you are greeted by a retail store with gorgeous fitting rooms, a fully maned front desk, a cafe with lounge chairs and couches, an outside patio area, ample amount of womens and mens restrooms with locker rooms and showers, areas with snacks and drinks you can purchase. Three gyms, one which is enclosed with free weights and machines, squat racks and deadlift platforms and a turf downstairs and the cardio machines upstairs. Second gym has more of a warehouse gym feel to it, if weather permits the doors will be open or closed. The third gym is smaller and is always usually open. Two basketball courts and a soccer field. A sand volleyball court in the making and possibly a pool in the future. You can rent out basketballs, footballs, soccer balls, lifting belts from the second gym. Overall, some pretty great variety of equipment to use.

Crazy to see haters on this thread. I follow Christian, am a fellow entrepreneur, and can tell you what he did is no small feat. It takes balls, and theres a lot of risk. There are doers and talkers, and this gym was built by doers. Good for these guys, haters please remove your lame comments and go add value somewhere instead of the opposite.

I had a horrific experience at this gym and I can confidently say that it was the worst fitness centre I have ever been to. My friend and I made the mistake of purchasing a $35 day pass, thinking that we would see what the hype is all about. However, the atmosphere was anything but inviting, as our first impression was the entire gym was painted black, which created a depressing and claustrophobic environment. The gym was also filled with wannabe influencers who had set up tripods everywhere, filming themselves instead of working out, which was incredibly annoying and distracting. I felt like I was in a scene from Black Mirror with the incessant filming and Instagramming. Furthermore, the music was so deafeningly loud that it was impossible to hear anything else, let alone concentrate on our workout. I prefer a more quiet environment when working out, so this was a huge turnoff for me. But if you like very loud rap music with lots of swear words then this wont be an issue for you. To make matters worse, my friend saw the owner, Christian Guzman walking around with a guy holding a clipboard, and asked for a photo, since he is apparently a celebrity in the fitness industry. However, he brushed my friend off, saying, Sorry bro, not now. We had driven two hours just to come to this gym, and it only takes one second to snap a photo. I understand that hes probably busy running Alphaland, but this was a terrible way to treat paying customers. I could say more about this dump, but I think its best to avoid it if youre over the age of 18, not an influencer, and serious about working out. Its a terrible waste of time and money, and it left a sour taste in my mouth. I would not recommend this gym to anyone who values their time and money.

Day pass is $27 and monthly is $110? Christian do better bro. You have teenagers that probably have you on their iPhone Lock Screen, I m not of them but I do like your brand and wanted to check out your gym but I was very disappointed to find out what your charging. After reading the other reviews I see that the guest pass was $35? LOL I m glad you were able to lower it $8 after adding millions to your net worth in the past few years. You re a whole influencer and I m sure many come to Houston just to visit Alphaland and buy merch. Do better bro

Definitely an overhyped gym. The gyms equipment is its best feature. Has 1 main gym 2 out door gyms A football field A basketball court A food court Ive never in my life seen so many tripods. For a real gym goer who wants to exercise hard, Im not a fan because it appears like most people come here to shoot pictures and films and obtain content for social media. A guest pass costs $35, which is also WAYYY too much. Day guest past is $35 Monthly 100 a month not including the initial fee

I came here while i was visiting Houston as a big Alohalete apparel fanatic i had to shop here in person. I was disappointed because all the only outerwear they had available was 3XL and 2XL. Idk what obese people are shopping here but as a 6,3 person who wears S/M/L it was disappointing. I got some medium sized shorts and i guess ill get everything else online like usual and wait a week for it. Staff was nice
