As a past employee of this particular location, it saddens me to leave this review. Ever since COVID, I feel as if this location has gradually gone from a family staple, to a spot we gamble on whether or not we will receive quality service as well as quality food. Often times when we visit(drive thru), the extra sauces we pay for - are missing. When we order extra crispy all-around(fries&chicken), its either not done so, or its done so for too long. Theres no in between. Personally, I hate when the breading gets soggy and peels away from the chicken, thats why I prefer the extra crispy. This is not even mentioning the quality of the chicken itself - small. When I was employed the policy was not to serve a chicken finger smaller than the palm of our hands... I guess that is an outdated policy, because I have definitely received chicken fingers smaller than my palm, and frequently. There have also been multiple occasions where we have gotten food poisoning from this location, in the last three - four months. I truly am saddened to leave such a negative review and to choose to no longer be a loyal customer because of the lack of quality food, especially considering the price increase. I hope if I ever choose to give them another try, that I am not disappointed, and can retract some of the statements from this review. Until then, do better you guys.

Most people working here have so much unnecessary attitude, beginning with the lady taking orders. Food is alright only because it s Cane s, a chain. Don t come here especially if you have other options because the customer service just ruined my appetite. If you don t like your job, stop doing it and stop making people around you miserable.

Walked in with a smile and got nothing in return except blank stares and attitude from a black girl in the front with a lot of gloss and braces. They serve you old chicken and everything is refried again. It does not taste fresh. I ordered the box combo worth $30 and its just chicken that is fried again with no flavor. The sugarland location has freshly fried chicken. They need to stop doing this because people pay good money. Will not be coming back here again. Toast is also burnt. The coleslaw isnt good. Tea needs a little more ice because it was not cold enough. Service was ok but they need to stop serving old food to people.

The food, the service, and the atmosphere here is always amazing. The food is always accurate and the service is fast and professional. The atmosphere is always amazing when I go here. You all deserve a raise, and consider this a recommendation. Parking: Theyre so packed that you must get a spot when you can or park at Lowes located behind them. Kid-friendliness: Nice spacey family dine in. No play area, just family bonding. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to roll in from parking, but be careful for the other customers driving. Driving tends to wrapp around.

I arrived at this location in Sugar Land, Texas. This was my first encounter with this chain. I ordered chicken fingers combo. The staff was super delightful and very helpful. I did enjoy my meal. The chicken was moist, and the breading was top-notch. Yet, the flavor was bland. I was told prior that it was all about the canes sauce. I didnt mind the sauce. I will say that if you dont like the sauce, the chicken wont wow you. With the canes sauce, it definitely stood out. Excellent service, pretty good food if you like the sauce but only gave 4 for the atmosphere hence I did not go inside. Its definitely a place you should try. Note: I did wish they had more side items like mashed potatoes and macaroni.

The chicken strips shrunk in size considerably and were over cooked . They forgot to include the slaw and the FF were limp and soggy and we got half of what they used to give us in an order . Went thru drive through . This location has steadily been going downhill and we kept hoping but this was our last visit. With this economy where we re paying more we sure don t want a lot less and that s what we been getting from this location. Do better!!!

Good food. The strups are not always consistent, but theyre convenient and fast. Even when they have a pile up in the fast food line, they are always quick to keep the line moving. Staff is always attentive and friendly. Theres not much to say about the atmosphere. Overall, its a good quick bite.....dont forget the dipping sauce!!!

Its a pretty good place. Food is always on point. The designs they do for cups are pretty awesome and creative. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Food comes out fast and efficient. Parking: Depending on the time you get there. It can be pretty busy, especially with all the other places around it. If you get there at 12 pm. Lunch time, you may have difficulty finding parking. Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs and kids meals here.

Always great quality chicken. Their drive-thru lines can get long, but normally moves quickly. Ironically, when they post employees in the drive-through line to take orders, it seems to slow things down. I took a star off because of their continual price increases. In Aug 2020 the Caniac combo was $11.55. In 2021 it went up to $12.49, then to $14.69 this past June. Now its at $15.65! I understand theres inflation, but from Aug 2020 until Sep 2022, inflation was about 14%, while Canes prices went up 35%. Somebodys using inflation as an excuse for big profits...in my opinion. I plan to start looking at other options for good chicken. Update Jan 2024: prices held steady most of 2023, but combo prices went up around 3% at year-end.

This is a favorite of my grandchildren & since its near his school, I decided to pick up a 3 piece tender combo & take it to him & have lunch at school. The chicken strips are getting noticeably smaller and smaller. Also, on occasion, they forget to give me all of my chicken strips. There s a drastic difference in the size of the chicken strips. They re not just a little bit smaller, they are a lot smaller. Make sure you count your chicken strips before you leave. I ve been burned more than once.

I pulled up to the drive-thru the other day. I felt awkward due to 2 employees were talking about change/discussion and I was not greeted. It took them a minute to get done with what was going on, and just to be told pull up to the next person. I felt it was more a discussion. I, myself work in customer service and I always put the customer first before addressing or changing out employees. It s very unprofessional part of a supervisor to address/change any employee I front of customer. That should be done privately! I hope this get to corporate office.
